Abstract

本发明公开了一种碎纸刀具及其加工方法,其中,所述碎纸刀具的加工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将刀片组装在待加工的刀轴上,并采用夹具固定;(2)采用滚压刀具对刀片之间的待加工刀轴进行滚压或挤压,使相邻刀片之间的刀轴向贴近刀片的部位形成凸起;(3)撤出滚压刀具,利用刀片两侧的凸起将刀片夹持固定于刀轴之上。通过上述方法加工成型的碎纸刀具,包括刀轴和刀片,所述刀片以一定的间隔排列安装于刀轴上,相邻刀片之间的刀轴上具有凸起,所述刀片夹持固定于所述凸起之间。本发明具有整体结构性强、精度高、产能高等优点,有利于节约加工成本和材料成木。

Description

一种碎纸刀具及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于碎纸机的刀具,以及这种碎纸刀具的加工成型的方法。
背景技术
传统的碎纸机刀具及其加工工艺,通常分为以下三类:
1、间隔圈固定方式:如图1(a)至图1(c)所示,这种刀具由刀轴11、刀片12、卡簧13和间隔圈14组成,其中,刀片12通过相邻的间隔圈14固定在刀轴11上,在刀轴11的最末端采用卡簧13固定。这种刀具加工的优点是:工艺简单,操作方便。但是,其缺点是:(1)因增加间隔圈而增加了整个刀具的成本;(2)因为间隔圈和刀片相互叠加,而间隔圈和刀片都有厚度公差,细小的公差累积到最后,可能导致卡簧不能装配的情况,从而增加了装配的难度;(3)间隔圈只能承受一定限度的力,容易碎裂。
2、滚珠膨胀空心管方式:如图2(a)至图2(c)所示,这种刀具由刀轴21、刀片22组成,其中,刀轴21为空心钢管,在加工过程中,采用滚珠23(钢球)从刀轴21内滚过,由于滚珠23的直径比刀轴21的内径略大,使刀轴21膨胀,从而与刀片22固定成型。这种刀具加工的优点是:节约成本,减少了间隔圈,操作方便。但是,其缺点是:(1)因为刀轴是空心管结构,无法承受很强的刀片扭力(相比多面体的实心刀轴而言);(2)因为刀轴是空心管结构,所能承受的压力也没有实心刀轴的承受力强,在刀轴运转过程中,一旦承受较大的压力,刀轴容易发生变形,只适用于少量碎纸。
3、整体加工方式:采用实体的棒材,通过车削加工成整体式的一体刀具,这种刀具加工的优点是:整体结构,有可靠的强度。但是,其缺点是:(1)加工车削工艺要求很高,切削量大,产能低;(2)批量生产需要大批的机械加工设备,且产品的优良率低,可修复性小。
发明内容
基于现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的碎纸刀具及其加工方法,利用在刀轴的表面旋转滚动挤压的方式,使材料在挤压处向两侧流动,从而将刀片和刀轴固定成型。
本发明所采用的技术方案:一种碎纸刀具的加工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将刀片组装在待加工的刀轴上,并采用夹具固定;(2)采用滚压刀具对刀片之间的待加工刀轴进行滚压或挤压,使相邻刀片之间的刀轴向贴近刀片的部位形成凸起;(3)撤出滚压刀具,利用刀片两侧的所述凸起将刀片夹持固定于刀轴之上。
上述滚压刀具包括滚刀架、滚刀、垫片和卡簧,其中滚刀以垫片为间隔排列安装于滚刀架上,两端通过卡簧固定。所述滚刀架上相邻滚刀之间的间距大于或等于待加工刀具的刀片厚度。基于上述刀具的加工方法,本发明所述的碎纸刀具,包括刀轴和刀片,所述刀片以一定的间隔排列安装于刀轴上,相邻刀片之间的刀轴上具有通过滚压刀具滚压或挤压形成的凸起,所述刀片夹持固定于的所述凸起之间。
所述滚压刀具包括滚刀架、滚刀、垫片和卡簧,其中滚刀以垫片为间隔排列安装于滚刀架上,两端通过卡簧固定。所述滚刀架上相邻滚刀之间的间距大于或等于待加工刀具的刀片厚度。
上述刀轴为实心的多面体或表面带有凹槽的圆柱体刀轴。
本发明具有以下优点:(1)整体结构性强,类似整体加工成型的刀具;(2)无需使用间隔圈来固定刀片,提高了组装的精度,避免组装过程中的累积公差;(3)无车削量,产能高,节约加工成本和材料成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体结构作进一步的描述。
如图3(a)至图3(c)所示,为本发明所述碎纸刀具的加工过程中所使用的加工工具——滚压刀具,其包括滚刀架31、滚刀32、垫片33和卡簧34,其中,滚刀32以垫片33为间隔排列安装于滚刀架31上,滚刀32的最末端通过卡簧34与滚刀架31固定。
如图4(a)至图4(c)所示,本发明所述的碎纸刀具的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刀片2组装在待加工的刀轴1上,并采用夹具(图中未画出)固定;
(2)采用滚压刀具的滚刀32沿着进刀方向A对刀片2之间的待加工刀轴1进行滚压或挤压,使相邻刀片2之间的刀轴1向贴近刀片2的部位形成凸起4,两个所述凸起4中间形成凹槽3;
(3)撤出滚压刀具,利用刀片2两侧的所述凸起4将刀片2夹持固定于刀轴1之上。
为了保证加工过程的顺利进行,所述滚刀架31上相邻滚刀32之间的间距大于或等于待加工的刀具的刀片2的厚度。
如图4(c)所示,加工成型的碎纸刀具,包括刀轴1和刀片2,所述刀片2以一定的间隔排列安装于刀轴1上,相邻刀片2之间的刀轴1上具有凹槽3(通过上述滚压刀具滚压或挤压形成),刀片2的两侧具有凸起4,所述刀片2夹持固定于所述凸起4之间。
所述刀轴1可以采用实心的多面体或表面带有凹槽的圆柱体刀轴,以增强刀轴对刀片扭力和压力的承受力。

Claims (7)

1.一种碎纸刀具的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刀片组装在待加工的刀轴上,并采用夹具固定;
(2)采用滚压刀具对刀片之间的待加工刀轴进行滚压或挤压,使相邻刀片之间的刀轴向贴近刀片的部位形成凸起;
(3)撤出滚压刀具,利用刀片两侧的凸起将刀片夹持固定于刀轴之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述碎纸刀具的加工方法,其特征在于,所述滚压刀具包括滚刀架、滚刀、垫片和卡簧,其中滚刀以垫片为间隔排列安装于滚刀架上,两端通过卡簧固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述碎纸刀具的加工方法,其特征在于,所述滚刀架上相邻滚刀之间的间距大于或等于待加工刀具的刀片厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述碎纸刀具的加工方法加工成型的碎纸刀具,其特征在于,包括刀轴和刀片,所述刀片以一定的间隔排列安装于刀轴上,相邻刀片之间的刀轴上具有通过滚压刀具滚压或挤压形成的凸起,所述刀片夹持固定于所述凸起之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的碎纸刀具,其特征在于,所述滚压刀具包括滚刀架、滚刀、垫片和卡簧,其中滚刀以垫片为间隔排列安装于滚刀架上,两端通过卡簧固定。
6.根据权利要求5所述的碎纸刀具,其特征在于,所述滚刀架上相邻滚刀之间的间距大于或等于待加工刀具的刀片厚度。
7.根据权利要求4所述的碎纸刀具,其特征在于,所述刀轴为实心的多面体或表面带有凹槽的圆柱体刀轴。
