Abstract
一种外壳,其包括一薄膜层、一形成于薄膜层上的装饰层及一结合于装饰层上的基体层,所述薄膜层的表面形成有一皮革漆层。一种外壳的制作方法包括如下步骤:制作一第一薄膜层,在该第一薄膜层一表面上涂覆一皮革漆层;提供一第二薄膜层;提供二作相对转动的辊轮,该二辊轮之间形成有一狭缝;使所述二辊轮作相对转动,并将所述涂覆有皮革漆层的第一薄膜层与第二薄膜层相贴合地垂直穿过二辊轮之间的狭缝,将该二薄膜层碾压成一体;在该第二薄膜层表面设置一装饰层;在该装饰层上结合一基体层。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于一种外壳及其制作方法,尤其是关于一种具柔软触感的外壳及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有便携式电子产品的外壳大多采用IML(模内贴膜注塑)工艺制成。采用该工艺制成的外壳通常包括一透明的塑料薄膜、一印刷于塑料薄膜内表面的油墨层及一注塑于油墨层表面的塑料基体层。由该工艺制成的外壳的外层是一耐磨耐刮伤的透明薄膜,中间是印刷油墨层,内层是塑料层,印刷油墨层夹在中间,使用过程中可防止油墨层的脱落及被磨损,因而可长期保持产品鲜艳明亮的颜色,深受消费者的青睐。然而此外壳的薄膜表面虽然耐磨耐刮伤,却不具备柔软的触感,难以满足人们对外壳触感的要求。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种具柔软触感的外壳。
另外,还有必要提供一种上述壳体的制作方法。
一种外壳,其包括一薄膜层、一形成于薄膜层上的装饰层及一结合于装饰层上的基体层,所述薄膜层的表面形成有一皮革漆层。
一种外壳的制作方法,用以使该外壳表面具有柔软触感,其包括如下步骤:
制作一第一薄膜层,在该第一薄膜层一表面上涂覆一皮革漆层;
提供一第二薄膜层;
提供二作相对转动的辊轮,该二辊轮之间形成有一狭缝;
使所述二辊轮作相对转动,并将所述涂覆有皮革漆层的第一薄膜层与第二薄膜层相贴合地垂直穿过二辊轮之间的狭缝,将该二薄膜层碾压成一体;
在所述第二薄膜层表面设置一装饰层;
在所述装饰层上结合一基体层。
本发明外壳通过在第一薄膜层的表面上涂覆皮革漆层并进行碾压,使该外壳在具有柔软的触感的同时,且相较于现有皮革漆喷涂形成于壳体表面的方式,本发明皮革漆层与第一薄膜层的结合力更强,表面更平整,使用效果更佳。

具体实施方式
本发明较佳实施方式的外壳100如图1所示,其包括一第一薄膜层16、结合于第一薄膜层16相对表面的一皮革漆层18及一第二薄膜层14、一形成于第二薄膜层14表面的装饰层12及一结合于装饰层12上的基体层10。
第一薄膜层16为透明塑料层,该塑料可选自为聚丙烯(PP)或聚酰胺(PA)中的任一种。该第一薄膜层16包括一外表面161及一与外表面161相对的内表面163。
皮革漆层18为一聚氨酯清漆层,其可通过涂覆的方式形成于第一薄膜层16的外表面161上。
第二薄膜层14为一透明塑料层,其结合于第一薄膜层16的内表面163上。形成该第二薄膜层14的材料可选自为聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或聚乳酸(PLA)中的任一种。
装饰层12为油墨层,其可采用常规丝网印刷的方式形成于第二薄膜层14的表面上,以形成产品所需要的商标或其它装饰性图案。
基体层10为一塑料层,其可通过注塑成型的方式形成于装饰层12上。形成基体层10的材料可选自为聚乙烯(PE)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)等塑料中的任一种。
本发明较佳实施方式外壳100的制作方法包括如下步骤:
请参阅图2所示,制作一第一薄膜层16。第一薄膜层16为透明塑料层,该塑料可选自为聚丙烯(PP)或聚酰胺(PA)中的任一种。第一薄膜层16包括一外表面161及一与外表面161相对的内表面163,在该外表面161上涂覆一皮革漆层18并干燥。该皮革漆层18为一聚氨酯清漆层。
提供一第二薄膜层14。形成该第二薄膜层12的材料可选自为聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或聚乳酸(PLA)中的任一种。
提供二辊轮17及19,该二辊轮17、19的表面为平面。所述辊轮17与辊轮19在同一水平面上作相对转动,如,辊轮17作顺时针转动,辊轮19作逆时针转动,且辊轮17与辊轮19之间形成一狭缝20,该狭缝20的宽度略小于所述皮革漆层18、第一薄膜层16及第二薄膜层14的厚度之和。
使所述二辊轮17、19作相对转动,并将所述涂覆有皮革漆层18的第一薄膜层16与第二薄膜层14同时垂直伸入辊轮17与辊轮19形成的狭缝20中,且使第二薄膜层14贴合于第一薄膜层16的内表面163。该第一薄膜层16与第二薄膜层14在辊轮17及辊轮19的牵引下同时向下移动,且涂覆于第一薄膜层16的皮革漆层18被辊轮17碾压,第二薄膜层14的表面被辊轮19所碾压。当所述第一薄膜层16与第二薄膜层14全部通过狭缝20时,该第一薄膜层16与第二薄膜层14便紧密结合于一起,皮革漆层18表面更平整,且牢固附着于第一薄膜层16上。
在所述第二薄膜层14的表面上设置一装饰层12。该装饰层12可为油墨层,其可采用常规丝网印刷的方式形成于第二薄膜层14的表面上,以形成产品所需要的商标或其它装饰性图案。
将所述形成有装饰层12的第一薄膜层16与第二薄膜层14成型为如图1中所示外壳100的外围形状。
提供一成型模具,将所述成型后的第一薄膜层16与第二薄膜层14置于该模具内并注塑一基体层10,使该基体层10结合于装饰层12上。注塑基体层10的材料可选自为聚乙烯(PE)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)塑料中的任一种。
本发明较佳实施方式的外壳100通过在第一薄膜层16的外表面161上涂覆皮革漆层18并进行碾压,使该外壳100在具有柔软的触感的同时,且相较于现有皮革漆喷涂形成于壳体表面的方式,本发明皮革漆层18与第一薄膜层16的结合力更强,表面更平整,使用效果更佳。
Claims (12)
1.一种外壳,其包括一薄膜层、一形成于薄膜层上的装饰层及一结合于装饰层上的基体层,其特征在于:所述薄膜层的表面形成有一皮革漆层。
2.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述薄膜层包括一透明第一薄膜层及一与第一薄膜层相结合的透明第二薄膜层,该第一薄膜层未与第二薄膜层相结合的表面涂覆有一皮革漆层。
3.如权利要求2所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述第一薄膜层为塑料层,形成第一薄膜层的塑料选自为聚丙烯或聚酰胺中的任一种;所述第二薄膜层为塑料层,形成第二薄膜层的塑料选自为聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚乳酸中的任一种。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述皮革漆层为聚氨酯清漆层。
5.如权利要求2所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述装饰层为油墨层,其采用丝网印刷的方式形成于第二薄膜层上。
6.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于:所述基体层为一塑料层,形成该基体层的材料选自为聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯等塑料中的任一种。
7.一种外壳的制作方法,用以使该外壳表面具有柔软触感,其包括如下步骤:
制作一第一薄膜层,在该第一薄膜层一表面上涂覆一皮革漆层;
提供一第二薄膜层;
提供二作相对转动的辊轮,该二辊轮之间形成有一狭缝;
使所述二辊轮作相对转动,并将所述涂覆有皮革漆层的第一薄膜层与第二薄膜层相贴合地垂直穿过二辊轮之间的狭缝,将该二薄膜层碾压成一体;
在所述第二薄膜层表面设置一装饰层;
在所述装饰层上结合一基体层。
8.如权利要求7所述的外壳的制作方法,其特征在于:所述第一薄膜层包括一外表面及一与外表面相对的内表面,该外表面上涂覆皮革漆层,该内表面与所述第二薄膜层相贴合。
9.如权利要求7所述的外壳的制作方法,其特征在于:所述第一薄膜层为透明塑料层,该塑料选自为聚丙烯或聚酰胺中的任一种;所述第二薄膜层为透明塑料层,该塑料选自为聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚乳酸中的任一种。
10.如权利要求7所述的外壳的制作方法,其特征在于:所述装饰层为油墨层。
11.如权利要求7所述的外壳的制作方法,其特征在于:所述基体层为塑料层,其通过注塑的方式结合于装饰层上。
12.如权利要求11所述的外壳的制作方法,其特征在于:所述注塑基体层前将形成有装饰层的第一薄膜层与第二薄膜层成型为外壳的外围形状。
