图1中以透视图示出了本发明设备的实例。设备设备100包括汲取管200、配送单元300和容器400。设备100的一些实施例可只包括汲取管200和容器400。
图2A为图1所示设备的剖视图。图2B以分解剖视图形式示出了相同设备。容器400包括与容器口部420联接的容器主体410。容器主体410可以是刚性结构，或者可选择地也可以设计成柔软的。容器口部420提供了汲取管200的一部分从其中穿过的开口。
在一些实施例中，容器400可盛装流体产品510，这种流体产品510可以是流体化妆品。在其中容器400“盛装”流体产品510的实施例中，一部分流体产品510处于由容器400限定的容积中。在这些实施例中，流体产品510不需要占有由容器主体410限定的整个容积，而其他物质可同时占据由容器主体410限定的容积。
配送单元300包括配送主体310和配送塞320。配送单元300可容纳适合于配送流体产品510的任何机构。例如，配送单元300可容纳配送泵、喷雾阀或者配送盖。配送塞320允许配送单元300与汲取管200接合。术语“接合”定义为在接合部之间存在直接接触的这种结合。
汲取管200便于流体产品510从设备100中配送。本领域技术人员将知道，如果汲取管茎部末端280在流体产品510内，同时容器400的压力大于汲取管200内的压力，则在容器400内盛装的流体趋向于从容器400中经过汲取管200流出。
参见图3和4，汲取管200包括汲取管塞210和茎部220。优选的是，汲取管塞210和茎部220制造成一个整体。例如，汲取管200可以是结合有汲取管塞210和茎部220的整体吹模或者注模制成的热塑件。优选的是，汲取管200以聚乙烯模制。可选择的是，汲取管塞210和茎部220可以分离件制成，然后结合成汲取管200。例如，汲取管200的实施例可包括通过压配合、粘接、焊接或者结合的其他方法结合的汲取管塞210和茎部220。
汲取管塞210可具有第一压配合表面230。参见图2A和2B，汲取管200通过在第一压配合表面230和容器口部420之间压配合而接合到容器400上。此接合为可拆卸的接合，借此，汲取管200和容器400可通过在第一压配合表面230和容器口部420之间压配合而接合、分开并再次接合。

包括这样的汲取管塞210的表面：(1)与容器口部420接触，并且(2)由于汲取管200与容器400压配合联接而经受变形和/或与容器口部420经受变形的部分接触。第一压配合表面230可以是汲取管塞210的整体的连续表面或者多个分离表面。在图3和4中所示的汲取管塞210实施例包括具有整体连续表面的第一压配合表面230，其中该表面为敞开圆筒形状。其他实施例包括具有多个分离表面的第一压配合表面230，例如形成敞开盒体的四个平面。
汲取管塞210可具有第二压配合表面240。参见图2A和2B，配送单元300可通过在配送塞320和第二压配合表面240之间压配合而接合到汲取管200上。此接合为可拆卸的接合，借此，配送单元300和汲取管200可通过在配送塞320和第二压配合表面240之间压配合而接合、分开并再次接合。

图5示出了本发明设备的可选择实施例，其中使用了搭扣配合表面235来使汲取管200和容器400可拆卸接合。
容器400的实施例尺寸一般从几英寸高到大约一英尺高，甚至更高。通常，容器400和汲取管200由非金属材料制造。
应该理解的是，本发明设备不限于公开的具体形式。相反，它们将覆盖落入权利要求范围内的所有改型、等同结构和替代结构。例如，尽管本发明设备描述成特别适合与流体化妆品一起使用，然而本领域技术人员将理解的是，本发明设备可与许多其他流体一起使用。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于配送流体的设备，包括：

汲取管，包括：
具有第一压配合表面的汲取管塞；以及
与该汲取管塞联接的茎部；
汲取管为整体件；
其中通过在汲取管塞的第一压配合表面和容器口部之间压配合，该汲取管可拆卸地接合到容器上。
2.如权利要求1的设备，还包括可拆卸地接合到汲取管上的配送单元，该配送单元包括联接到配送主体上的配送塞。
3.如权利要求2的设备，该汲取管塞还包括第二压配合表面，其中通过在配送塞和汲取管塞的第二压配合表面之间的压配合，该配送单元可拆卸地联接到汲取管上。
4.如权利要求3的设备，第一压配合表面和第二压配合表面定位成存在这样的直线：其中该直线与第一压配合表面垂直，同时与第二压配合表面的一部分相交。
