本发明公开了一种汽车密封条的在线贴绒工艺,一种车顶密封条的在线贴绒工艺,包括如下步骤:a)将塑料粒子送入挤出机,经挤出机加工形成规定形状、长度的素材;b)将其基体下面涂有热熔胶的植绒毛条,经放料装置、固定装置进行放料、导向,粘贴于上述素材上,得到准型材;c)在准型材经冷却装置冷却;d)经牵引装置牵引至切断装置进行切断,即得到所需型材。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于,由于其采用了在线贴绒技术,因为挤出型材和在其表面粘贴绒毛同步,所以几乎不存在废品,成品率接近100%;减少了产品生产过程对设备、场地的占有率,同时也大大提高了环境的洁净程度,减少了污染,保证了工作人员的身体健康。

汽车密封条的在线贴绒工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零、部件制造领域,特别涉及一种汽车密封条的在线贴绒工艺。
背景技术
汽车密封条是在汽车门窗下面的零件,其作用是防水、隔音,其性能的好坏取决于密封条表面的毛条的质量。现有技术中对于汽车密封条上面的绒毛制作都是采用静电植绒工艺。整个汽车密封条生产过程具体包括:挤出成型-型面植绒-冲切加工-包装检验-成品。挤出成型是把塑料粒子通过挤出机形成规定形状、规定长度的型材;型面植绒包括涂胶、加热、植绒、烘干、冷却;植绒后的型材再周转到冲切车间进行后续加工。该工艺对于产地、设备、人员有着太高的要求:设备必须要有涂胶机、烘箱、植绒机和一些其它的辅助设备,且为了保证植绒的品质,整个工作场地必须全部封闭,生产过程中也必须使用很多人力资源来保证生产。由于静电植绒有很多工装,会产生各种缺陷,如某处缺绒、结块、夹渣等,成品率一般只能达到80%-95%,而且乱飞的绒毛和刺鼻的胶水气味对人体的具有很大伤害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对上述现有技术现状,而提供一种工装简单、成品率高、环境污染低的汽车密封条的在线贴绒工艺。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种车顶密封条的在线贴绒工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:a)将塑料粒子送入挤出机,经挤出机加工形成规定形状、长度的素材;b)将其基体下面涂有热熔胶的植绒毛条,经放料装置、固定装置进行放料、导向,粘贴于上述素材上,得到准型材;c)在准型材经冷却装置冷却;d)经牵引装置牵引至切断装置进行切断,即得到所需型材。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于,由于其采用了在线贴绒技术,因为挤出型材和在其表面粘贴绒毛同步,所以几乎不存在废品,成品率接近100%;减少了产品生产过程对设备、场地的占有率,同时也大大提高了环境的洁净程度,减少了污染,保证了工作人员的身体健康。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
汽车密封条的在线贴绒工艺,包括如下步骤:a)将塑料粒子送入挤出机,挤出机的加工温度控制在160-230℃,经挤出机加工形成规定形状、长度的素材;b)将其基体下面涂有热熔胶的植绒毛条,制作成所需宽度,该植绒毛条经放料装置、固定装置进行放料、导向,粘贴于上述素材上,得到准型材;c)在准型材经冷却装置冷却;d)经牵引装置牵引至切断装置进行切断,即得到所需型材。
挤出的素材具有180℃左右的余温,植绒毛条下面的热熔胶贴于该素材表面遇热产生粘力,从而依附在其表面,形成准型材;该准型材在冷却后由牵引装置牵引不断前进,植绒毛条也就很轻易的粘接到准型材表面,制成型材。

1、汽车密封条的在线贴绒工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:a)将塑料粒子送入挤出机,经挤出机加工形成规定形状、长度的素材;b)将其基体下面涂有热熔胶的植绒毛条,经放料装置、固定装置进行放料、导向,粘贴于上述素材上,得到准型材;c)在准型材经冷却装置冷却;d)经牵引装置牵引至切断装置进行切断,即得到所需型材。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的在线贴绒工艺,其特征在于:将步骤a)中将挤出机的加工温度控制在160-230℃。
