本实用新型公开了一种PVC管材挤出成型恒温冷却水套装置,安装在挤出模具与定径套之间,所述恒温冷却水套装置包括金属套管和连接在金属套管一端的法兰盘,所述法兰盘与挤出模具的模面相接触,并通过螺栓与挤出模具固定连接,所述金属套管远离法兰盘的一端与定径套的入口端紧密接触,在金属套管内设有循环水通道,在金属套管的外管壁上设有与循环水通道连通的进水口和出水口,所述进水口及出水口分别通过管道与冷却水箱相连。本实用新型通过在挤出模具与定径套之间增设恒温冷却水套装置,使管材在定径前提前得到冷却,管材出现拉断的机率大幅下降,保证了生产的连续性和稳定性,大幅度地提高了管材表面的光泽度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种挤出成型冷却装置,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种能提升管材表面光泽度的PVC管材挤出成型恒温冷却水套装置,属于塑料管材挤出成型技术领域。
背景技术
现有的PVC管材在挤出生产时,所采用的工艺方法是:挤出机熔融的高温胚料经模具挤出成型后,直接进入定径套装置进行定径,定径套是安装在冷却水箱内部的冷却定型装置,当冷却水箱内的喷淋水喷到定径套上时,快速带走定径套内高温胚料的热量,使胚料快速冷却固化定型。但是,由于定径套入口处的V型倒角长度较小,引导管材进入真空定径箱时速度慢,加之从模具挤出的成型管材胚料温度高,随着生产的进行容易使定径套入口处温度变高,冷却效果变差,胚料容易在定径套入口处膨胀而发生堵断危险,导致生产过程中断;同时因冷却效果不良而导致生产速度降低,管材表面光泽度不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种PVC管材挤出成型恒温冷却水套装置,使管材在定径前有一个预冷却的过程,保证生产的连续性和稳定性。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种PVC管材挤出成型恒温冷却水套装置,安装在挤出模具与定径套之间,所述恒温冷却水套装置包括金属套管和连接在金属套管一端的法兰盘,所述法兰盘与挤出模具的模面相接触,并通过螺栓与挤出模具固定连接,所述金属套管远离法兰盘的一端与定径套的入口端紧密接触,在金属套管内设有循环水通道,在金属套管的外管壁上设有与循环水通道连通的进水口和出水口,所述进水口及出水口分别通过管道与冷却水箱相连。
本实用新型通过在挤出模具与定径套之间增设恒温冷却水套装置,使管材在定径前提前得到冷却,在生产中不易出现因管材冷却不良造成过度膨胀,导致不能顺利通过定径套而发生堵断的现象,管材出现拉断的机率大幅下降,保证了生产的连续性和稳定性,大幅度地提高了管材表面的光泽度。

下面结合附图中的实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明,但并不构成对本实用新型的任何限制。
如图1所示,本实用新型所提供的一种PVC管材挤出成型恒温冷却水套装置2,安装在挤出模具1与定径套3之间,所述恒温冷却水套装置2包括金属套管21和连接在金属套管21一端的法兰盘22,所述法兰盘22与挤出模具1的模面相接触,并通过螺栓23与挤出模具1固定连接,所述金属套管21远离法兰盘22的一端与定径套3的入口端紧密接触,在金属套管21内设有循环水通道,在金属套管21的外管壁上设有与循环水通道连通的进水口24和出水口25,所述进水口24及出水口25分别通过管道与冷却水箱(图未示)相连,以保证金属套管21的循环水通道内流通的冷却水是恒温的。
在生产过程中,熔融的PVC胚料从挤出模具1挤出后,先进入所述恒温冷却水套装置2内进行预冷却,在恒温循环冷却水的作用下,胚料表面得到适度的预冷却而产生收缩,抵消了胚料在离模后产生的膨胀效果,使得生产过程更加顺利,胚料经过冷却水套装置2冷却后再进入定径套3内进行定径,直至管材完全冷却定型得到合格产品。
相比于传统PVC管材生产工艺,本实用新型在挤出模具1与定径套3之间增设恒温冷却水套装置2,使管材在定径前提前得到冷却,在生产中不易出现因管材冷却不良造成过度膨胀,导致不能顺利通过定径套而发生堵断的现象,管材出现拉断的机率大幅下降,保证了生产的连续性和稳定性,大幅度地提高了管材表面的光泽度。特别是针对高填充比例的PVC排水管,效果更佳,产品表面光泽度及产品合格率均得到大幅度提升,产量提高30%以上。

1.一种PVC管材挤出成型恒温冷却水套装置,安装在挤出模具与定径套之间,其特征在于:所述恒温冷却水套装置包括金属套管和连接在金属套管一端的法兰盘,所述法兰盘与挤出模具的模面相接触,并通过螺栓与挤出模具固定连接,所述金属套管远离法兰盘的一端与定径套的入口端紧密接触,在金属套管内设有循环水通道,在金属套管的外管壁上设有与循环水通道连通的进水口和出水口,所述进水口及出水口分别通过管道与冷却水箱相连。
