Abstract

挤压装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于相对轴向移动两个部件的挤压装置,这两个部件彼此共轴排列,并且这两个部件只能凭借高压向彼此移动,该挤压装置包括:壳体,在壳体内可轴向移动的挤压板,以等角度间隔的环形方式排列且供挤压板轴向移动使用的多个压力缸,具有用于与待挤压部件接合的共轴的环形接合边缘的插件。
背景技术
例如,在管端部或轴连接部的挤压过程中使用这种类型的挤压方法。需要高压因为必须要克服紧密配合中的摩擦,而且在许多情况下必须还要实现额外的材料变形。典型的例子是筒夹或夹紧连接轴套在机床的相应工具保持架内或筒夹保持架内的压入和压出。
用于某些工具接受器的实施例,特别是那些有很小锥度或没有锥度的筒夹以及接受器锥体,同样优选用于很高转速的机床,具有插入工具轴的筒夹或者夹紧连接轴套不能容易地被插入到筒夹保持架的接受器内并用夹紧螺母固定,或者,相反地,在旋松夹紧螺母后不能够再次被移走,而必须用高压来压入并再次被压出。有很多方法可以用来解决这种压入和压出,但是它们都有缺点。
执行这些任务的挤压装置在瑞士专利NO.896/06中被描述。为了避免对每个不同的工具尺寸需要整套的挤压装置,工具接受器被设计成可更换的插件,它们能够被插入到壳体的相应凹进部分中。这些插件由下固定板和上固定板以及挤压板组成,挤压板通过压头在上、下固定板之间移动。所述固定板和可移动挤压板具有接合边缘,用来放置在待压入部件上相应的凹槽或者凸缘上。
这种布置的缺点是具有压头的插件制造相对复杂因而价格贵。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种能够完整执行上述方案的功能的挤压装置,但是结构更加简单从而制造成本更加经济。
根据本发明,通过在一开始提到的那种类型的挤压装置来实现这个目的,它的区别特征在于,插件由两个外壳半部组成,这两个外壳半部在组装时形成基本圆柱体形状;所述外壳半部又由三个共轴的部分组成,这三个共轴部分在组装时为环形,且在所述三个部分的内侧上形成有所述接合边缘,并且在所述三个部分的外侧具有围绕一周的肋,所述肋接合位于壳体以及挤压板上的环形槽。

具体实施方式
在附图所示的工作示例的如下详细描述中,省略了提及现有技术中已知的内容。这些内容在瑞士专利NO.896/06中被清楚地描述。
图1显示了挤压装置的主要部分,该挤压装置通过旋转支持器2安装在机架1上。挤压装置有可拆开的壳体,该壳体包括固定的壳体半部3以及能够向外枢转的壳体半部5。所述的两个壳体半部通过铰链4彼此连接。能够向外枢转的壳体半部装备有锁紧装置8,在关闭状态下,锁紧装置与在固定壳体半部上的相应的配对件9配合。
图2以更大比例显示了壳体半部。它由下部件10和螺合到下部件上的盖11组成,在下部件10与盖11之间形成内腔,可轴向移动的半个挤压板6设置在该内腔中。现有技术中已知,半个挤压板通过弹簧元件被保持在静止位置,并且通过压头以及压力缸轴向移动。
下部件10具有共轴的、半圆形或者半圆柱形的凹进部分12,在凹进部分12的内表面延伸有槽13。同样,盖11具有相应的凹进部分14以及在凹进部分14的内表面延伸的槽15,并且所述半个挤压板6具有相应的凹进部分16以及在凹进部分16的内表面延伸的槽17。在壳体关闭的状态下,上述槽与在另一壳体半部上的对应槽结合形成围绕一圈的环形槽。具有槽13、15、17的凹进部分12、14、16用来接收相应形状的插件的半部。
图3以更大比例显示了插件的半部。其由三个部分组成,这三个部分在这里被标示成半环,因为当它们被插入到壳体半部中并且壳体被关闭时,这三个部分能够与另一插件半部的相应部分组成封闭的环。下半环18由圆柱形部分19、绕着圆柱形部分19内表面延伸的接合边缘20以及绕着外表面延伸的肋21组成。因此,中间半环22由圆柱形部分23、绕着圆柱形部分23内表面延伸的接合边缘24以及绕着外表面延伸的肋25组成,并且上半环26由圆柱形部分27,绕着圆柱形部分27内表面延伸的接合边缘28以及绕着外表面延伸的肋29组成。
上、下半环通过螺栓30互相连接,确定了轴向的空间,所以当插件插入到壳体中时,在上、下半环外表面延伸的两个肋接合下部件以及盖上的相应的槽。由所述螺栓导向的中间半环22在上、下半环之间可轴向移动。在插入状态下,中间半环22的外侧肋25接合挤压板半部的凹进部分中的槽17。因此,当通过压力缸轴向移动挤压板时,中间半环22的相应轴向位移必然发生。
为了将具有不同尺寸的工具保持架压入和压出,提供了合适内部尺寸的插件。具有不同内部尺寸的插件的外部尺寸通常是相同的。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于轴向相对移动两个部件的挤压装置,这两个部件彼此共轴排列,并且只能凭借高压朝向彼此移动,该挤压装置包括:壳体,在壳体内可轴向移动的挤压板,以等角度间隔的环形方式排列且用于使压力板轴向移动的多个压力缸,具有共轴的环形接合边缘的插件,该插件用来接合待挤压部件,其特征在于,该插件由两个外壳半部组成,所述两个外壳半部在组装时形成基本圆柱体形状,并且所述外壳半部又由三个半环组成,在所述半环的内侧上形成有所述接合边缘,并且在所述半环的外侧上具有围绕一周的肋,所述肋接合位于壳体以及挤压板上的环形槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的挤压装置,其特征在于,提供成对的不同尺寸的插件半部用于挤压不同尺寸的部件。
