Abstract
本発明は、例えば、コレットチャック又は締め付けスリーブのように、工具保持具又はコレットチャック保持具の対応する孔内への高圧によってのみ、互いに同軸に配置され、互いに変位できる二つの部品を、軸線方向に相対的に変位させるための加圧装置。
【解決手段】
この装置は、加圧される部品を同軸的に覆い、軸方向の面に沿って蝶着された外側ハウジングを有する。ハウジング内には、インサート半体を挿入することができる。インサート半体は、いずれの場合にも、加圧される部品の一つに係合するための係合端を有する二つの固定板と、加圧される第2の部品に係合するための係合端を有する軸方向に移動可能な加圧板とを備える。

Claims (2)
- 互いに同心的に配置され、高圧によってのみ互いに変位できる二つの部品を相対的に軸線方向に変位させる加圧装置であって、ハウジングと、前記ハウジングの内部で軸線方向に変位できる加圧板と、等角度間隔を置いて環状形態に配置され、前記加圧板を軸線方向に変位させるためのものである多数の圧力シリンダと、加圧すべき前記部品に係合する同心環状の係合端を有するインサートと備える加圧装置において、前記インサートが二つのシェル半体から成り、前記二つのシェル半体が組み立てられると、ほぼ円筒の形状を形成し、前記シェル半体は三つのリング半体から成り、前記三つのリング半体の内側には前記係合端が形成されており、前記三つのリング半体の外側には、前記ハウジング及び前記加圧板上の環状溝に係合する全周囲のリブが設けられていることを特徴とする加圧装置。
- 請求項1に記載の加圧装置において、異なる寸法を有するインサート半体の対が、異なる寸法の部品を加圧するために設けられていることを特徴とする加圧装置。
