Abstract
一种隔热水泥,其组分重量百分比为:水泥熟料35~73%,蛭石粉5~10%,钛酸酯1~8%,氟石膏20~45%,水泥速凝剂0.05~2%。其优点是:将水泥技术与化工技术相结合,生产工艺简单、隔热性能较之普通水泥提高一倍以上,隔热效果温差在6~10℃,使用方法与普通水泥一样,它同时保留了普通水泥的一切性能,具有永久性的耐候性、耐水性,适用在任何气温变化的情况下使用;一次使用,无须维护;此外,本发明隔热水泥还具有能与钢板紧密粘合的能力,且能对钢板起防锈作用,所以能作为大型油罐的保温防锈层。

技术领域
本发明涉及水泥技术领域,具体的说是一种隔热水泥。
背景技术
目前房屋建筑的隔热节能是节省工作中的重中之重。现行办法是在建筑外墙附加一层隔热层(聚苯乙烯泡沫层或隔热涂料)以达到节能目的。其中,采用聚苯乙烯泡沫层的办法虽有相当的隔热效果,但其施工复杂、成本高、且不持久也不易维护。而隔热涂料的办法虽然施工简单、成本低,但因其涂层太薄而隔热效果很差。
实际上,建筑物所使用的水泥,本身也是一种隔热体,只是它的隔热效果很差,所以改变水泥结构,提高水泥隔热性能无疑是一条捷径,而迄今为止,国内外均无这方面的报导。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研制一种具有显著隔热性能、性价比高,同时又具有水泥性能的隔热水泥。
本发明隔热水泥是通过以下技术方案实现的:保留普通水泥中的“熟料”成份,改变水泥中的辅料成份,即去掉水泥中的辅料(如“水渣”、粉煤灰、火山灰等),以热导系数低的蛭石粉、海泡石粉、氟石膏、钛酸酯取而代之。
本发明隔热水泥,其组分重量百分比为:
将上述组分经球磨机粉磨到150~200目即可包装。
在上述混合物中还可加入上述混合物重量5~15%的海泡石粉。
本发明隔热水泥的优点是:将水泥技术与化工技术相结合,生产工艺简单、隔热性能较之普通水泥提高一倍以上,隔热效果温差在6~10℃,使用方法与普通水泥一样,它同时保留了普通水泥的一切性能,具有永久性的耐候性、耐水性,适用在任何气温变化的情况下使用;一次使用,无须维护;此外,本发明隔热水泥还具有能与钢板紧密粘合的能力,且能对钢板起防锈作用,所以能作为大型油罐的保温防锈层。
