一种应用于建筑结构的锌矿渣混凝土,包括水泥、碎石、锌矿渣、水、粉煤灰及高效减水剂,其质量配合比为水泥∶碎石∶锌矿渣∶水∶粉煤灰∶高效减水剂=310~360∶220~330∶150~167∶80~108∶70~95∶10~15。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明利用锌矿渣全替代砂子来制做混凝土,节约了河砂资源,减少了建筑能耗,遵循了因地制宜、就地取材和合理开发利用自然资源的原则,具有重要的社会意义及实用价值。
具体实施方式
一种应用于建筑结构的锌矿渣混凝土,包括水泥、碎石、锌矿渣、水、粉煤灰及高效减水剂,其中,水泥:P·I 42.5硅酸盐水泥;碎石:天然碎石;锌矿渣:天然锌矿渣;水:自来水;粉煤灰:某电厂生产的I级粉煤灰;高效减水剂:高性能聚羧酸减水剂。其质量配合比(单位为Kg/m3)水泥∶碎石∶锌矿渣∶水∶粉煤灰∶高效减水剂=340∶225∶157∶85∶76∶12。其30天立方体抗压强度为45MPa,弹性模量为34GMPa,和易性良好。
