本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种应用于建筑结构的铜矿渣混凝土。
背景技术
建筑上的夹芯钢管结构具有承载力高、塑性和韧性好、施工方便、耐火性能较好、经济效果好等特点,能适应现代工程结构向大跨、高耸、重载发展和承受恶劣条件的需要,符合现代施工技术工业化的要求,因而正被越来越广泛地应用于单层和多层工业厂房柱、设备构架柱、各种支架、栈桥柱、地铁站台柱、送变电杆塔、桁架压杆、桩、空间结构、高层和超高层建筑以及桥梁结构中,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。在一些铜矿渣资源丰富、河砂资源匮乏的地区,现有夹芯钢管结构的发展和应用受到了限制。
发明内容
本发明提供一种应用于建筑结构的铜矿渣混凝土,降低了工程造价,减少了建筑能耗,并遵循了因地制宜、就地取材和合理开发利用自然资源的原则,具有重要的社会意义及实用价值。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种应用于建筑结构的铜矿渣混凝土,包括水泥、碎石、铜矿渣、水、粉煤灰及高效减水剂,其质量配合比为水泥∶碎石∶铜矿渣∶水∶粉煤灰∶高效减水剂=530~570∶620~730∶310~367∶180~208∶170~195∶30~45。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明利用铜矿渣全替代砂子来制做混凝土,节约了河砂资源,减少了建筑能耗,遵循了因地制宜、就地取材和合理开发利用自然资源的原则,具有重要的社会意义及实用价值。
具体实施方式
一种应用于建筑结构的铜矿渣混凝土,包括水泥、碎石、铜矿渣、水、粉煤灰及高效减水剂,其中,水泥:P·I 42.5硅酸盐水泥;碎石:天然碎石;铜矿渣:天然铜矿渣;水:自来水;粉煤灰:某电厂生产的I级粉煤灰;高效减水剂:高性能聚羧酸减水剂。其质量配合比(单位为Kg/m3)水泥∶碎石∶铜矿渣∶水∶粉煤灰∶高效减水剂=540∶725∶357∶185∶176∶42。其30天立方体抗压强度为55MPa,弹性模量为44GMPa,和易性良好。
