本发明公开了一种干式地板导热嵌缝材料,由下列物质按质量百分比组成:热膨胀剂9-10%,石墨粉38-40%,白水泥38-40%;然石膏1.5-2%,无水石膏1.5-2%,石灰2.8-3%,铝酸钙水泥5.2-5.5%,粉煤灰0.2-0.5%,矿渣微0.2-0.5%。本发明是一种能嵌在地暖槽和地暖管之间,起到良好导热作用的干式地板导热嵌缝材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导热嵌缝材料,特别是涉及一种干式地板导热嵌缝材料。
背景技术
目前国内地暖行业没有一种专门用来结合地暖使用的地面装饰材料,大多数都是由客户自己购买地面板材来覆盖地暖层,地面板材有很多种,有实木、仿实木,陶瓷等。材质不同,传热速率也不一样,比如有很多家庭都是客厅采用瓷砖地面,卧室里采用复合地板,假如它们的厚度是一样,瓷砖比复合地板的传热速率要慢,所以开启地暖系统,客厅会比卧室升温慢,达不到采暖的理想效果,而且用传统的地板还有几个缺点,第一,地暖层加上地板层这个总厚度比较大,对于居室层高有一点影响;第二,现有地板对环境影响比较大,尤其是木制的,对于森林资源有不小的影响,其次地板内有很多化学物质,大多数是挥发性的,对于居室环境和人体健康有危害;第三,假如地板下的盘管发生漏水的情况,维修的时候比较不方便,必须拆开地板进行维修,瓷砖地板更麻烦。因此,需要有一种地暖板,能够做到环保、厚度薄、散热速度基本一致、维修方便这几点。目前有一种集成式地暖地板,在地暖保温基板的上表面开设有地暖槽,在地暖槽内铺设有地暖管,需要一种材料能嵌在地暖槽和地暖管之间,能起到均匀导热的作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能嵌在地暖槽和地暖管之间,起到良好导热作用的干式地板导热嵌缝材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的干式地板导热嵌缝材料,由下列物质按质量百分比组成:
热膨胀剂   9--10%,    石墨粉    38--40%,
白水泥     38--40%,   天然石膏  1.5--2%,
无水石膏   1.5--2%,   石灰      2.8--3%,
铝酸钙水泥 5.2--5.5%, 粉煤灰    0.2--0.5%,
矿渣微     0.2--0.5%。
采用上述技术方案的干式地板导热嵌缝材料,其使用方法是将其逐量加入预先准备的清水内,混合比例:1份水+9~10份粘结剂使用电动搅拌器将填缝材料与水充分搅拌,将填缝材料搅拌至润滑均匀,无明显块状或糊状结块,即可使用。
本发明的优点:
热膨胀剂的效能高、膨胀时间长、碱含量低、增强、成本低、工艺简单,石墨粉具有优异的导电、导热、润滑耐磨、结构增强、耐腐蚀、耐高温等性能,是理想的导电材料和性能改进添加材料。普通硅酸盐水泥:是熟料与石膏及其它组分(粉煤灰、矿渣、火山灰)一起粉磨而成,加入石膏是为了调节凝结时间,石膏:主要成分为硫酸钙。在干粉砂浆中一般用α、β半水石膏或天然石膏。干粉砂浆中石膏的作用与其在水中的溶解度比较重要。而石膏在水中的溶解度与它的生产方法、磨细方法和磨细程度、存放时间、使用温度和值有关,溶解度的大小对干粉砂浆的粘结性产生根本性的影响。铝酸钙水泥二铝酸钙水泥是用于干粉砂浆的一种高性能粘结剂。铝酸钙水泥具有较强的粘结力,甚至在低温下强度发展也很快,高的耐火性和化学稳定性。在嵌缝中铝酸钙水泥可作为粘结剂的一个组分,在不同的复合粘结剂中发挥不同的作用。它对砂浆的和易性、硬化性质、强度、收缩率等都有影响。根据配方,此干式地板导热嵌缝材料具有良好的导热,凝结及控制一定范围内的膨胀系数.经测算,强度在三天能达到15MPA,28天能达到40MPA,抗折三天能达到3MPA,28天能达到6.5MPA。
综上所述,本发明是一种能嵌在地暖槽和地暖管之间,起到良好导热作用的干式地板导热嵌缝材料。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
干式地板导热嵌缝材料由下列物质按质量百分比组成:
热膨胀剂   10%, 石墨粉   40%,
白水泥     38%, 天然石膏 2%,
无水石膏   2%,  石灰     3%,
铝酸钙水泥 4%,  粉煤灰   0.5%,
矿渣微     0.5%。
实施例2:
干式地板导热嵌缝材料由下列物质按质量百分比组成:
热膨胀剂  9%,  石墨粉    38%,
白水泥    40%, 天然石膏  2%,
无水石膏  2%,  石灰      2.8%,
铝酸钙水泥 5.2%,粉煤灰    0.5%,
矿渣微     0.5%。
实施例3:
干式地板导热嵌缝材料由下列物质按质量百分比组成:
热膨胀剂   10%,  石墨粉    38%,
白水泥     40%,  天然石膏  1.5%,
无水石膏   1.5%, 石灰      2.8%,
铝酸钙水泥 5.5%, 粉煤灰    0.5%,
矿渣微     0.2%。
实施例4:
干式地板导热嵌缝材料由下列物质按质量百分比组成:
热膨胀剂   9%,   石墨粉    40%,
白水泥     39%,  天然石膏  1.5%,
无水石膏   1.5%, 石灰      2.8%,
铝酸钙水泥 5.5%, 粉煤灰    0.2%,
矿渣微     0.5%。

1.一种干式地板导热嵌缝材料,其特征是:由下列物质按质量百分比组成:
热膨胀剂  9--10%,  石墨粉  38--40%,
白水泥  38--40%,  天然石膏  1.5--2%,
无水石膏  1.5--2%,  石灰  2.8--3%,
铝酸钙水泥  5.2--5.5%,  粉煤灰  0.2--0.5%,
矿渣微  0.2--0.5%。
