Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型粉煤灰基保温干粉的配方设计,属于建筑节能保温材料技术领域。配方设计包括以下组成部分:(1)粉煤灰;(2)增强料;(3)钙化剂;(4)保温填充料;(5)稠化剂。本发明采用特殊的配方设计,设计成分简单,生产过程简易,使用成本低廉的粉煤灰为基料,在配方中添加无机保温填充料,绿色环保,高效节能,配方产品与水混合后可成为优质保温砂浆,密度在1.7-1.8g/cm3,凝固后抗压强度达到10MPa,传热系数为0.025w/(m.k)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型粉煤灰基保温干粉的配方设计,属于建筑节能保温材料技术领域。
背景技术
干粉砂浆是指经干燥筛分处理的骨料(如石英砂)、无机胶凝材料(如水泥)和添加剂(如聚合物)等按一定比例进行物理混合而成的一种颗粒状或粉状,以袋装或散装的形式运至工地,加水拌和后即可直接使用的物料。又称作砂浆干粉料、干混料、干拌粉,有些建筑黏合剂也属于此类。干粉砂浆在建筑业中以薄层发挥粘结、衬垫、防护和装饰作用,建筑和装修工程应用极为广泛。
传统的干粉一般都是用作粘结和装饰,功能较为单一。砂浆品种不丰富。国外已经开发了逾千种的干粉砂浆品种,而我国则还不到百种,因此在使用中出现砂浆不配套、不满足功能的现象,给砂浆的推广使用带来极为不利的影响。
本发明采用特殊的配方设计,设计成分简单,生产过程简易,使用成本低廉的粉煤灰为基料,在配方中添加无机保温填充料,绿色环保,高效节能,配方产品与水混合后可成为优质保温砂浆,密度在1.7-1.8g/cm3,凝固后抗压强度达到10MPa,传热系数为0.025w/(m.k)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型粉煤灰基保温干粉的配方。
1.一种新型粉煤灰基保温干粉的配方,包括如下组成部分:
(1)粉煤灰;
(2)增强料;
(3)钙化剂;
(4)保温填充料;
(5)稠化剂。
2.粉煤灰规格如下:
密度在1.8-2.5g/cm3之间;
细度(0.08mm方孔筛筛余)3-30%;
颗粒粒径为1-50um。
3.增强料为水泥,其规格为52.5级普通硅酸盐水泥。
4.钙化剂为石灰,有效氧化钙含量在65%-80%之间。
5.保温填充料包括珍珠岩,海泡石,蛭石,玻璃微珠等,填充料粉末直径在50-70um。
6.稠化剂包括天然石膏,氟石膏,钛白石膏,磷石膏等。
7.各组分质量百分比如下:
粉煤灰,50-60%;
增强料,10-15%;
钙化剂,10-15%;
保温填充料,8-10%;
稠化剂,3-5%。
具体实施方式
通过以下的实施例将进一步理解本发明,但不能限定本发明的内容。
实施例1
一种新型粉煤灰基保温干粉的配方:
粉煤灰,60%;
52.5级普通硅酸盐水泥,12%;
石灰,13%;
海泡石,10%;
磷石膏,5%。
实施例2
一种新型粉煤灰基保温干粉的配方:
粉煤灰,55%;
52.5级普通硅酸盐水泥,15%;
石灰,10%;
中空玻璃微珠,15%;
钛白石膏,5%。

Claims (8)

1.一种新型粉煤灰基保温干粉的配方设计,其特征在于,包括如下组成部分:
(1)粉煤灰;
(2)增强料;
(3)钙化剂;
(4)保温填充料;
(5)稠化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设计,其特征在于,在(1)中所述粉煤灰规格如下:
密度在1.8-2.5g/cm3之间;
细度(0.08mm方孔筛筛余)3-30%;
颗粒粒径为1-50um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设计,其特征在于,在(2)中,所述增强料为水泥,其规格为52.5级普通硅酸盐水泥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设计,其特征在于,在(3)中,所述钙化剂为石灰,有效氧化钙含量在65%-80%之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设计,其特征在于,在(4)中,保温填充料包括珍珠岩,海泡石,蛭石,玻璃微珠等,填充料粉末直径在50-70um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设计,其特征在于,在(5)中,所用稠化剂包括天然石膏,氟石膏,钛白石膏,磷石膏等。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设计,各组分质量百分比如下:
粉煤灰,50-60%;
增强料,10-15%;
钙化剂,10-15%;
保温填充料,8-10%;
稠化剂,3-5%。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述对一种新型粉煤灰基保温干粉的配方设计。
