Abstract

本发明旨在公开一种隔热水泥,其成分的重量百分比为:水泥熟料40~70%,三乙醇氨0.6~12%,蛭石剂7~16%,氟石膏1~5%,水泥速凝剂2%;将水泥技术与化工技术相结合,生产工艺简单,隔热性能较普通水泥提高一倍以上,隔热效果温差10~12℃,使用方法与普通水泥一样,他同时保留了普通水泥的一切性能,而且具有耐水性,本发明水泥的密度相较于普通水泥低3~5%,所以能作为移动型建筑物的用料。

本发明涉及水泥技术领域,具体的说是一种隔热水泥。
背景技术
目前房屋建筑的隔热节能是节省工作中的重中之重。现行的办法是在建筑外墙附加一层隔热层(聚苯乙烯泡沫层)以达到节能目的。其中,采用聚苯乙烯泡沫层的办法虽有相当的隔热效果,但其施工难度高,成本昂贵。
实际上,建筑物所使用的水泥,本身也是一种隔热体,只是它的隔热效果差,所以改变水泥的物理特性,提高水泥隔热性能无疑是一条捷径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研制一种具有显著隔热性能、性价比高的水泥。
本发明一种隔热水泥是通过以下技术方案实现的:保留普通水泥中的“熟料成分”,加入一种隔热剂,以热系数低的三乙醇氨,蛭石粉、氟石膏和氯化钙为原料。
本发明隔热水泥,其组分重量百分比为:
本发明特种隔热水泥的优点是:将水泥技术与化工技术相结合,生产工艺简单,隔热性能较普通水泥提高一倍以上,隔热效果温差10~12℃,使用方法与普通水泥一样,他同时保留了普通水泥的一切性能,而且具有耐水性。本发明水泥的密度相较于普通水泥低3~5%,所以能作为移动型建筑物的用料。
