Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于防止比例控制锅炉的排放管内的蒸汽凝结的方法,更具体地,是涉及一种用于防止锅炉排放管内的凝结的方法,在该方法中,当环境空气温度等于或低于预定温度时,空间供暖管的温度被升高且风机随后旋转,从而通过排放管排出温暖的空气,以防止锅炉排放管的末端部蒸汽凝结和冰柱的产生。
背景技术
图1是示出了传统锅炉排放结构的示意图。
在传统的锅炉中,经过空气供应管10引入的环境空气利用风机20与燃料一起被供应到燃烧器30,由于燃烧器30内的燃烧产生的排放气体在主热交换器40内与利用循环泵50传送的空间供暖水进行热交换,然后经热交换的排放气体通过排放管60排放到锅炉外面,即,排放到空气中。
排放气体含有大量的水(H2O),且排放气体的温度通常等于或高于100℃,从而含在排放气体内的湿气通过排放管以未凝结的蒸汽状态排放到外面。
但是,当环境空气的温度相当低时,例如在冬天,出现以下情形:排放管的末端部的温度变得相当低,以致于等于或低于露点温度,使含在排放气体内的蒸汽开始凝结,露点温度通常在40℃~55℃。在此情形中,该蒸汽凝结在排放管的末端部处。
此外,在此情形中,当环境空气的温度在零度以下,即,在冬天,凝结在排放管末端部处的蒸汽开始冻结,从而形成冰柱。冰柱不仅影响景物的美观,而且若冰柱从高的建筑物的上层落下可使人和财产受到损害。
通常,为了防止在排放管的末端部处产生冰柱而用于升高排放气体的温度的方法和为了防止排放管末端部温度的下降而用于隔离排放管的外部的方法均已被建议。
在此,排放气体的温度与锅炉的效率有关。但是,正如用于防止在排放管的末端部产生冰柱的方法一样,为了升高排放气体的温度,必然地使锅炉的效率降低,从而引起热能浪费。
此外,为了隔离排放管的外部,其需要复杂的结构且使用隔热材料使得成本增加,从而不易应用。
发明内容
因此,鉴于上述提到的问题而促成本发明。本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于防止锅炉排放管内凝结的方法,在该方法中,当环境空气温度等于或低于预定温度时,空间供暖管的温度被升高且风机随后旋转,以通过排放管排出温暖的空气,从而防止锅炉排放管的端部蒸汽凝结和冰柱的产生。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于防止锅炉排放管内凝结的方法,其包括步骤:运行锅炉且执行燃烧冲程;确定由环境空气温度探测传感器测量的环境空气温度是否等于或低于预定温度;如果测量的环境空气温度等于或低于预定温度则转换三通阀至热水位置;如果空间供暖水的温度达到预定温度则执行燃烧器的熄灭冲程;运行循环泵和风机,从而在热交换器内进行热交换并通过排放管排放温暖的空气。
在此情形中,优选地,当三通阀已转换到热水位置时,空间供暖水利用循环泵的运转流经包括循环泵、热交换器、三通阀、热水热交换器和膨胀水箱的闭合回路进行循环。
此外,优选地,在三通阀已经转换到热水位置的状态时,用于执行燃烧器的熄灭冲程的空间供暖水的预定温度是可在包括膨胀水箱在内的供热水循环闭合回路中能被升高达到的最高温度。
如上面所描述的,根据本发明用于防止锅炉排放管内凝结的方法,空间供暖管的温度被升高且风机旋转,从而通过排放管排出温暖的空气,以防止锅炉排放管的端部蒸汽凝结和冰柱的产生。此外,该方法可防止由于冰柱的下落而对人和财产的损害。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图描述本发明的优选实施例。在下面的说明书和图中,相同的附图标记用于定义相同或相似的元件,并且相同或相似元件的重复的描述将被省略。
图2是示出了采用根据本发明的防止凝结方法的锅炉结构的示意图,图3是示出了根据本发明的防止凝结的方法的流程图。
为了执行根据本发明的控制方法,环境空气温度探测传感器(未示出)安装在室外或安装在锅炉供气风机20的一个进口内,以探测环境空气温度。
首先,S201中,锅炉运行以进行燃烧冲程。在此情形中,操作模式包括加热模式和热水模式。
S203中,若环境空气温度探测传感器所探测的环境空气达到0℃,此时凝聚在排放管60末端部的水冻结;S205中,控制器将三通阀90转换到热水位置,以防止空间供暖水被引入到与房间地板进行热交换的空间供暖管100内,且使空间供暖水流入到热水热交换器80内。在此情形中,S207中,在燃烧器30中执行的燃烧冲程保持其状态。
此时,优选地,空间供暖水利用循环泵50的运行流经包括循环泵50、主热交换器40、三通阀90、热水热交换器80和膨胀水箱70的闭合回路进行循环。即,优选地,本发明的方法具有空间供暖水不可避免地流经膨胀水箱70的流动通道结构。
即,膨胀水箱70通常可存储4至8升的空间供暖水。进一步,若燃烧产生在三通阀90已经转换为热水位置的状态时,循环在闭合回路的空间供暖水被加热,从而膨胀水箱70可聚集防止排放气体的末端部冻结的热能。
S209中,供暖水温度测量传感器(未示出)测量流动在管中的空间供暖水的温度,并且控制器确定是否所测量的空间供暖水的温度达到预定温度。若所测量的空间供暖水的温度达到预定温度,则控制器确定所测量的温度可防止排放气体的端部冻结,从而执行S211的熄灭冲程。
在此,优选地,在三通阀90已经转换为热水位置的状态时,用于燃烧器30的熄灭冲程的空间供暖水的预定温度是可在包括膨胀水箱70在内的供热水循环闭合回路中能被升高达到的最高温度。通常,将锅炉内部的空间供暖管中水的温度升高达到80~85度是可能的。
但是,若其内有空间供暖水循环的流动通道结构是特定的,则最高温度可通过实验确定。
若执行了熄灭冲程,则循环泵50和风机20运行,并且由风机20传送的空气在主热交换器40内与通过上述步骤被加热的空间供暖水进行热交换,从而该空气变成暖和的空气。当暖和的空气被排放到外部,则暖和的空气与处在排放管60末端部的蒸汽或凝结的水滴相接触,从而防止冻结。
尽管结合目前认为最实用的和优选的实施例对本发明进行了描述,但是可以理解的是,本发明不应限制在这些公开的实施例和附图中,而是相反地,其意于覆盖处于本权利要求书中的精神和范围内的各种修改和变化。
工业应用性
如上面所描述的,根据本发明的方法可防止若环境空气温度等于或低于预定温度时处于锅炉的排放管的端部的蒸汽凝结和冰柱的产生。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于防止锅炉排放管内凝结的方法,包括以下步骤:
运行锅炉并执行燃烧冲程;
确定由环境空气温度探测传感器测量的环境空气温度是否等于或低于环境空气预定温度;
如果所述测量的环境空气温度等于或低于所述预定温度,转换三通阀至热水位置,以加热供热水循环闭合回路中的空间供暖水;
如果空间供暖水的温度达到空间供暖水预定温度则执行燃烧器的熄灭冲程;和
运行所述闭合回路中的风机和循环泵,并且由风机传送的空气在主热交换器内与通过上述步骤被加热的空间供暖水进行热交换,从而该空气变成暖和的空气。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中当所述三通阀已转换到所述热水位置时,所述空间供暖水利用所述循环泵的运行流经包括所述循环泵、所述热交换器、所述三通阀、热水热交换器和膨胀水箱的闭合回路进行循环。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中当所述三通阀已经转换到所述热水位置的状态时,用于执行所述燃烧器的所述熄灭冲程的所述空间供暖水的预定温度是可在包括膨胀水箱在内的所述的供热水循环闭合回路中能被升高达到的最高温度。
