Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于飞机液压回路的过滤装置,该装置包括键锁-驱动构件。
背景技术
已知用于飞机液压回路的过滤装置,所述装置包括至少一个单独固定至液压模块的筒式过滤器。该过滤器包括容纳滤筒的容器。该容器拧至液压模块。
即使滤筒还未放置在容器内,容器往往也安装在液压模块上。当拆卸过滤器时,滤筒还会发生不与容器一起移离,而是保持附连至液压模块,例如因为来自模块内部的且在使用中与滤筒协配的构件所承载的垫片的阻力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种设计成避免这两个缺点的过滤装置。
根据本发明,提供一种飞机过滤装置,包括适于可拆卸地接纳过滤器的液压模块,该过滤器包括容纳滤筒的容器,其中,该容器在内部装配有由可弹性变形的材料制成的销,该销首先包括朝向容器的开口延伸且包括突出超过容器的边缘的弯折端部的键,其次包括朝向容器的底部延伸且朝向其中心定向的指状件,从而当滤筒在容器中就位时,指状件被滤筒推回,并迫使键缩回以使其弯折端部不再从容器径向地突出,滤筒装配有外部障碍物,该外部障碍物与指状件的一端协配以防止滤筒从容器中撤出。
因此,销的指状件具有以下功能:驱动键以使该键在滤筒在过滤器中就位时缩回,以及将滤筒保持在容器中。因此,由于具有较佳地由弹簧钢制成的简单弹性构件,可解决上述两个问题。
有利的是,销可包括配合在容器内侧的环形槽中的带,键和指状件从该带的相反两侧延伸。

具体实施方式
根据本发明,参见图1和2,用于飞机液压回路的过滤装置包括过滤器2,该过滤器包括容纳滤筒4的容器3。过滤器2设计成装配至液压模块1,如同可在图3和4中看到的那样,且在该例子中由钛制成。
容器3具有环形内槽5,销6插入该环形内槽5中,该销可在图7更清楚地看到。销在该例子中由弹簧钢制成,并包括带7,该带7弹性地配合在容器3的环形内槽5中。带有弯折端部9的键8从带7向上突出,从而当销6在容器上就位时,其弯折端部9越过容器3的边缘,并在其径向外部突出,如同可在图1中看到的那样。指状件10也从带中向容器底部延伸,并朝向容器3的中心弯折。
返回参见图1和2,滤筒4包括支座11和中空罩盖12,该支座11使滤筒4居中于容器3中,该中空罩盖12具有装配在滤筒外侧并终止于台阶14的裙部13。当滤筒4在容器3中就位时,销6的指状件10被推向容器3的壁,由此具有使带7局部扭转并引起键8的弯折端9缩回的作用,从而弯折端部9不再从容器3的边缘轴向地突出,如同可在图2中清楚地看到的那样。
销6因此实现两个功能:
·除非滤筒已在容器3中就位,否则就不能将过滤器2安装在液压模块1上。在这种情况下,如图3所示,弯折端部9防止将容器3拧至液压模块1;以及
·借助于与罩盖12的台阶14协配的指状件10的端部,它在容器被拆卸时将滤筒4保持在容器3中,该台阶14形成邻接抵靠在指状件10的端部上的障碍物,从而在过滤器的拆卸过程中,滤筒4被约束以与容器3一起移动。为了在过滤器2已从液压模块1中拆卸之后、从容器3中撤出滤筒4,必须撤出销6或至少使指状件10移离台阶14。
根据本发明的一特定方面且参见图3和4,液压模块1包括容纳插入件21的内螺纹20,该插入件21在这里是不锈钢插入件,拧在液压模块中且用足够的上紧扭矩上紧,以确保螺纹在使用中的良好机械性能。通常在使用中不拆卸插入件21,从而内螺纹20不会经受拧入拧出操作的疲劳循环。
为了锁定该螺旋固定,将舌状件33拧在液压模块1上以面向插入件21的开槽的周缘表面。如同可在图6中具体看到的那样,舌状件33与插入件21的开槽周缘表面协配以防止拧出插入件。
容器3未拧至液压模块1,而是拧入插入件21的内螺纹22。这里,拧入容器3,直到容器3的肩部23接触抵靠在插入件21上为止。
返回参见图3,可以看到,弹簧叶片30拧至液压模块(这里使用保持舌状件33的相同螺钉),从而具有悬臂部分31和有齿部分32,该有齿部分32朝向肩部23突出以与其周缘齿协配。当过滤器在液压模块1上就位时,如图5所示,肩部23的齿与有齿突片32的齿之间的相互配合就防止容器3相对于液压模块1转动。这种相互配合示于图5中。弹簧叶片30足够刚性,以确保使用中的各种程度的振动和冲击不会引起有齿突片32与肩部23分开,因此确保容器不会从插入件21中拧出。为了能拧入或拧出容器3,如图5中箭头所示,将有齿突片32弹性地移离肩部23就足够了。
在一变型中,有齿突片32的齿可具有适于在转动容器以拧出容器时使有齿突片能移开的形状。
因此,将容器3紧紧地拧入插入件21的内螺纹中没什么问题,因为容器在使用中不会拧出。容纳容器3的内螺纹22因此确实经受频繁的拧入拧出操作,然而它不被上紧,因此这些拧入拧出操作不会有使内螺纹经受疲劳损伤的风险。
因此,由钛制成的液压模块1中的内螺纹20确实经受高的力水平,但是它不经受重复的拧入拧出,因此只要它的尺寸合适就不会有任何损伤的风险。形成在插入件21中的内螺纹22确实经受重复的拧入拧出,但是不经受大的上紧力,从而它不会有劣化的风险。使插入件由不锈钢制成可提供以下益处:使内螺纹对于在拧入拧出操作过程中的磨损相对不敏感。
在一特定设置中,插入件21形成用于阀构件24的座部28,该阀构件24可在液压模块1内轴向地移动。如同可在图3中看到的那样,当过滤器还未在液压模块1上就位时,阀构件24与座部28协配以关闭液压模块1中的第一端口110的插入件21内侧之间的连通。相反,一旦过滤器就位,如图4所示,阀构件24的底端配合滤筒4的罩盖12上的锥体18,且抵抗弹簧25被罩盖12推回,从而打开端口100和滤筒4外侧之间的通道。应该注意到,垫片19在锥体18和阀构件24之间延伸,该垫片趋于在过滤器被拆卸时将滤筒保持在阀构件上。销6的指状件10具体用来抵消这种保持,并在拧出容器时迫使滤筒移离容器。
在该图中,可以看到,阀构件24是中空的,且形成朝向液压模块1的第二端口101的通道,由此使滤筒4的内侧与第二端口101连通。液压流体因此可在经过滤筒4时从第一端口100流向第二端口101。为了避免流体返回朝向第一端口100,阀构件24在内部装配有止回阀40,该止回阀40包括止回阀构件41,该止回阀构件41由弹簧43推向形成在阀构件24中的凹陷中的座部42。止回阀构件41通过从滤筒内侧进来的流体抵抗弹簧43被推回。
应该注意到,当过滤器2在液压模块1上就位时,流体的死容积V(在图4中用点来表示)在容器3的顶端和插入件21的座部28之间延伸。
当过滤器2从液压模块1中拆卸时,包含在容器中的所有液压流体与过滤器2一起移动,而座部上方28的包含在液压模块1中的所有流体保持在液压模块中,被关闭的阀构件24所保持。然而,在座部28和容器3的顶端之间延伸的、包含在死容积V中的流体既不包含在容器中,也不被阀构件24保持。
为了防止在拆卸过滤器时将死容积V洒到外侧,当过滤器2在液压模块1上就位时,容器3中的阀构件24所占据的容积设计成大于死容积V。这样,在拧出容器3时,随着阀构件24从容器3中拆卸,包含在死容积V中的流体逐渐占据容器3中的位置,由此在容器3中释放容积以便接纳该流体。通过确保释放的容积大于死容积V,可在拆卸过滤器2时避免除了少许几滴之外的任何流体洒到外侧。
本发明并不限于以上说明,相反覆盖落入权利要求书所限定范围内的任何变型。
具体地说,尽管销被描述成包括配合在容器内侧的环形槽中的带,但是可提供任何用于将销固定在容器内侧的技术,例如螺纹固定或焊接。
Claims (3)
1.一种飞机过滤装置,包括适于可拆卸地接纳过滤器(2)的液压模块,所述过滤器包括容纳滤筒(4)的容器(3),所述过滤装置的特征在于,所述容器在内部装配有由可弹性变形的材料制成的销(6),所述销首先包括朝向所述容器的开口延伸且具有突出超过所述容器的边缘的弯折端部(9)的键(8),其次包括朝向所述容器的底部延伸且朝向其中心定向的指状件(10),从而当滤筒在所述容器中就位时,所述指状件被所述滤筒推回,并迫使所述键缩回以使其弯折端部不再从所述容器径向地突出,所述滤筒装配有外部障碍物(14),所述外部障碍物与所述指状件的一端协配以防止所述滤筒从所述容器中撤出。
2.如权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述销包括配合在所述容器(3)内侧的环形槽中的带(7),所述键(8)和所述指状件(10)从所述带的相反两侧延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述滤筒的所述外部障碍物由台阶(14)构成,所述台阶在装配成覆盖于所述滤筒(4)上的罩盖(12)的裙部(13)的端部处延伸。
