技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将针保护件安装到注射器体上的装置以及将针保护件安装到注射器上的方法。
背景技术
由现有技术已知不同的用于引入特别是用于等离子产生容器的封闭件的装置。这种装置例如包括振动输送盘,该振动输送盘使封闭件定向并排出到输送沟槽。封闭件被输送给封闭轮,该封闭轮从输送沟槽取出各个封闭件并在其进一步转动时安放到瓶子上,然后封闭。
这种装置例如由DE10322476A1已知。在此,分选装置和输送沟槽相互联接,它们作为单元可共同移动。但特别是在用针保护件封闭配设有针的注射器时,在现有技术中会经常出现这样的状态,在该状态下针保护件被倾斜放置,使得注射器的针接触针保护件并可能被弯曲,或者针刺穿针保护件。还可能出现这样的情况,即封闭件未以必需的安放力安放到注射器上。
发明内容
而按照本发明的、用于将针保护件安装到注射器体上的、具有权利要求1的特征的装置具有这样的优点,即,针保护件能快速而可靠地安放到注射器体上,而此时不会出现针保护件与注射器体的针之间的接触。由此可以使用特别是具有被粘接的针的注射器体,所述针对于由针保护件引起的接触特别敏感。在此,按照本发明的装置包括用于保持注射器体的保持装置、用于接收针保护件的针保护件接收器和用于提供压力空气的压力空气装置。所述装置还包括用于使针保护件接收器沿竖直方向运动的第一运动装置和用于使针保护件接收器在竖直运动期间至少部分地转动的旋转装置。在此,针保护件接收器设置在保持装置下方,使得从下面将针保护件安放到注射器体上。压力空气这样提供至针保护件接收器,使得针保护件在一气垫上在针保护件接收器中悬浮和转动,并由此能简单地同心地安放到注射器体上。

按照本发明的装置还优选包括一力传感器,以采集将针保护件安放到注射器体上的力。力传感器的使用使得能根据该安放力来确定针保护件是否已经正确而可靠地安放到注射器体上。由此在安放针保护件时就已能分选出带有用过大或过小的安放力被安放的针保护件的注射器。
力传感器优选设置在压紧器上。由此能保证特别紧凑的结构。
另外,按照本发明的装置优选包括一具有存储器的控制装置,其中,在该存储器内存储有至少一个用于安放力的、预定的力值。控制装置用于将所采集的安放力与预定的安放力相比较并且可以在错误的安放力的情况下分选出注射器。应注意,在此不仅可以对安放力检验一下界限而且可以对安放力检验一上界限。
特别优选的是,第一运动装置和第二运动装置被同时致起作用。由此能确保用于将针保护件安放到注射器体上的特别短的时间。
本发明还涉及一种用于将针保护件安装到注射器体上的方法,该方法包括借助于保持装置将注射器体保持住以及将针保护件置入针保护件接收器中的步骤。针保护件接收器在此设置在注射器体下方。此外提供压力空气,该压力空气被提供给针保护件接收器,以便将针保护件接收器中的针保护件置于悬浮在气垫上的状态中。当针保护件处于悬浮的状态时,则通过针保护件接收器朝向注射器体竖直地运动来引起针保护件到注射器体上的安放,其中,在安放过程中,针保护件接收器进行转动运动。由此实现针保护件接收器与注射器体可靠地对中。
所述方法进一步优选包括接收针保护件在注射器体上的安放力,特别是以便分选出具有错误地被放安放的针保护件的注射器。如果安放力小于或者大于一预定值,便特别要分选出该注射器。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图1至4详细说明用于将针保护件4安装到注射器体2上的装置1。
图1示意性示出装置1的总体结构。装置1包括用于保持注射器体2的保持装置5。保持装置5例如可以是夹持单元或类似装置。装置1还包括针保护件接收器6和压紧器10。如图1双箭头A所示,针保护件接收器6可在竖直方向上向上运动并在保持装置5的方向上向下运动。此外,针保护件接收器可沿箭头R的方向转动。在此,整个针保护件接收器6转动或者沿竖直方向运动。在此,转动在预定角度、例如90°范围中进行。针保护件接收器6借助于第一运动装置8沿竖直方向运动。第一运动装置8例如是由压力介质操作的活塞。沿箭头R方向的转动可借助于旋转装置9来提供。如双箭头B所示,压紧器10同样可在竖直方向上往复运动。压紧器10的运动借助于第二运动装置11进行,该第二运动装置例如是弹簧加载的活塞或类似装置。该活塞可由压力介质来操作并在取走压力介质后通过被预加载的弹簧进行自动的复位。

因此按照本发明,针保护件4被从下面安放到注射器体2上,其中针保护件4悬浮在一气垫60上。由此确保了针保护件4在安放过程期间可靠地对中。这还附加地通过针保护件接收器6在安放期间的旋转而被支持。所述安放力借助于力测量传感器12来监控,使得装置1能立即分选出被错误安放的注射器。由此特别是能避免带有错误地或者糟糕地安装的针保护件的注射器被销售。

Claims (10)

1.用于将一针保护件(4)安装到一设有一针(3)的注射器体(2)上的装置,包括:一用于保持住该注射器体(2)的保持装置(5),一用于接收该针保护件(4)的针保护件接收器(6),一用于提供压力空气的压力空气装置(7),一用于使该针保护件接收器(6)在竖直方向(A)上运动的第一运动装置(8)及一用于使该针保护件接收器(6)至少部分地转动的旋转装置(9),其中,该针保护件接收器(6)设置在该保持装置(5)的下方,所述压力空气被供给该针保护件接收器(6),使得该针保护件(4)在一气垫(60)上悬浮地被保持,该针保护件接收器(6)借助该第一运动装置(8)可在竖直方向(A)上运动。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,还包括一压紧器(10),该压紧器设置在所述保持装置(5)上方以及能被使得与所述注射器体(2)的背离所述针保护件的端部相接触。
