Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将针保护件安装到注射器体上的装置以及将针保护件安装到注射器上的方法。
背景技术
由现有技术已知不同的用于引入特别是用于等离子产生容器的封闭件的装置。这种装置例如包括振动输送盘,该振动输送盘使封闭件定向并排出到输送沟槽。封闭件被输送给封闭轮,该封闭轮从输送沟槽取出各个封闭件并在其进一步转动时安放到瓶子上,然后封闭。
这种装置例如由DE10322476A1已知。在此,分选装置和输送沟槽相互联接,它们作为单元可共同移动。但特别是在用针保护件封闭配设有针的注射器时,在现有技术中会经常出现这样的状态,在该状态下针保护件被倾斜放置,使得注射器的针接触针保护件并可能被弯曲,或者针刺穿针保护件。还可能出现这样的情况,即封闭件未以必需的安放力安放到注射器上。
发明内容
而按照本发明的、用于将针保护件安装到注射器体上的、具有权利要求1的特征的装置具有这样的优点,即,针保护件能快速而可靠地安放到注射器体上,而此时不会出现针保护件与注射器体的针之间的接触。由此可以使用特别是具有被粘接的针的注射器体,所述针对于由针保护件引起的接触特别敏感。在此,按照本发明的装置包括用于保持注射器体的保持装置、用于接收针保护件的针保护件接收器和用于提供压力空气的压力空气装置。所述装置还包括用于使针保护件接收器沿竖直方向运动的第一运动装置和用于使针保护件接收器在竖直运动期间至少部分地转动的旋转装置。在此,针保护件接收器设置在保持装置下方,使得从下面将针保护件安放到注射器体上。压力空气这样提供至针保护件接收器,使得针保护件在一气垫上在针保护件接收器中悬浮和转动,并由此能简单地同心地安放到注射器体上。
从属权利要求给出本发明的优选的改进方案。
所述装置优选还包括一压紧器,该压紧器设置在注射器体的保持装置的上方。压紧器能与注射器体的另一端部相接触并提供一抵抗用于将针保护件安放到注射器体上的安放力的抵抗力。
压紧器优选能在竖直方向上借助于一个第二运动装置来运动。由此可以优选地使压紧器和针保护件接收器同时在相反的方向上运动,以便将针保护件安放到注射器体上。
按照本发明的装置还优选包括一力传感器,以采集将针保护件安放到注射器体上的力。力传感器的使用使得能根据该安放力来确定针保护件是否已经正确而可靠地安放到注射器体上。由此在安放针保护件时就已能分选出带有用过大或过小的安放力被安放的针保护件的注射器。
力传感器优选设置在压紧器上。由此能保证特别紧凑的结构。
另外,按照本发明的装置优选包括一具有存储器的控制装置,其中,在该存储器内存储有至少一个用于安放力的、预定的力值。控制装置用于将所采集的安放力与预定的安放力相比较并且可以在错误的安放力的情况下分选出注射器。应注意,在此不仅可以对安放力检验一下界限而且可以对安放力检验一上界限。
特别优选的是,第一运动装置和第二运动装置被同时致起作用。由此能确保用于将针保护件安放到注射器体上的特别短的时间。
本发明还涉及一种用于将针保护件安装到注射器体上的方法,该方法包括借助于保持装置将注射器体保持住以及将针保护件置入针保护件接收器中的步骤。针保护件接收器在此设置在注射器体下方。此外提供压力空气,该压力空气被提供给针保护件接收器,以便将针保护件接收器中的针保护件置于悬浮在气垫上的状态中。当针保护件处于悬浮的状态时,则通过针保护件接收器朝向注射器体竖直地运动来引起针保护件到注射器体上的安放,其中,在安放过程中,针保护件接收器进行转动运动。由此实现针保护件接收器与注射器体可靠地对中。
所述方法进一步优选包括接收针保护件在注射器体上的安放力,特别是以便分选出具有错误地被放安放的针保护件的注射器。如果安放力小于或者大于一预定值,便特别要分选出该注射器。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图1至4详细说明用于将针保护件4安装到注射器体2上的装置1。
图1示意性示出装置1的总体结构。装置1包括用于保持注射器体2的保持装置5。保持装置5例如可以是夹持单元或类似装置。装置1还包括针保护件接收器6和压紧器10。如图1双箭头A所示,针保护件接收器6可在竖直方向上向上运动并在保持装置5的方向上向下运动。此外,针保护件接收器可沿箭头R的方向转动。在此,整个针保护件接收器6转动或者沿竖直方向运动。在此,转动在预定角度、例如90°范围中进行。针保护件接收器6借助于第一运动装置8沿竖直方向运动。第一运动装置8例如是由压力介质操作的活塞。沿箭头R方向的转动可借助于旋转装置9来提供。如双箭头B所示,压紧器10同样可在竖直方向上往复运动。压紧器10的运动借助于第二运动装置11进行,该第二运动装置例如是弹簧加载的活塞或类似装置。该活塞可由压力介质来操作并在取走压力介质后通过被预加载的弹簧进行自动的复位。
装置1还包括压力空气装置7,以便在针保护件接收器6上提供压力空气。针保护件接收器6包括一基本上杯状的接收部6a,该接收部在其底部具有一与压力空气输入通道6b相连接的开口。这可在从2中看出。如图2中的箭头P所示,压力空气通过压力空气输入通道6b被输入杯状的接收部6a中。由此在杯状的接收部6a中形成一气垫60,针保护件4悬浮地被保持在该气垫上。
在压紧器10上还设有一力测量传感器12。力测量传感器12用于采集用来将针保护件4安放到注射器体2上的安放力。该力传感器12与一控制装置13连接。控制装置13包括一存储器,在该存储器中存储有安放力的预定的上界限值和下界限值。在此,控制装置13比较安放力的当前值和所述被存储的值并且必要时在存在偏差时发出相应的信号并分拣出以错误的安放力被安放的注射器。
按照本发明的装置1的功能如下:在第一步骤中,在其上已安放了针3的注射器体2通过保持装置5被保持住。针3例如可借助粘结固定在注射器体2上。同时或者然后将针保护件4安置到针保护件接收器6中,更确切地说安置到杯状的接收部6a中。这例如可借助于一输送沟槽来实现。针保护件接收器6和压紧器10处于它们的初始位置中。这种情形在图1中示意性示出。现在如果应将针保护件4安放到注射器体2上,则首先借助于压力空气装置7产生压力空气或者从一压力空气储存器中取出压力空气并通过压力空气输入通道6b将压力空气输入到杯状的接收部6a的下区域中。由此产生一气垫60,针保护件4悬浮在该气垫上。这种状态在图2中示出。在下一步骤中,针保护件接收器6在竖直方向上向上朝向注射器体2运动。这由图2中的箭头C示出。同时,针保护件接收器6转动一预定的角度,例如90°。因此,该旋转与针保护件接收器6的竖直运动同时进行。
在针保护件接收器6向上朝向注射器体2运动期间,压紧器10同时沿竖直方向向下运动。在此,压紧器10一直运动到其与注射器体2的背面相接触,以便在将针保护件4安放到注射器体2上时提供阻力。在此,压紧器10必须在针保护件4的本来的安放过程之前贴靠在注射器体2的相反的端部上,以便提供安放阻力。针保护件接收器6进一步朝向注射器体2运动,直到针保护件4在针3之上被放置到注射器体2的一优选缩小的区域上。在此,通过气垫60和旋转运动R使针保护件4对中。因此,以一安放力来进行针保护件4的安放,该安放力由在压紧器10的另一端部上的力测量传感器12来采集。力测量传感器12将所采集的安放力传递给控制装置13,该控制装置将当前的安放力与一被存储的安放力进行比较。在存在预定偏差的情况下,控制装置13发出相应的信号并且具有被错误地安放的针保护件的注射器体被分拣出。
当针保护件4被安放在了注射器体2上时,针保护件接收器6和压紧器10又同时沿相反的方向运动,这就是说,针保护件接收器6向下运动,如图4中箭头D所示,而压紧器10向上运动,如图4中箭头E所示。
由此结束针保护件4在注射器体2上的安放,保持装置5可将设有针保护件的注射器体输出或者转移到相应的输送装置上。
因此按照本发明,针保护件4被从下面安放到注射器体2上,其中针保护件4悬浮在一气垫60上。由此确保了针保护件4在安放过程期间可靠地对中。这还附加地通过针保护件接收器6在安放期间的旋转而被支持。所述安放力借助于力测量传感器12来监控,使得装置1能立即分选出被错误安放的注射器。由此特别是能避免带有错误地或者糟糕地安装的针保护件的注射器被销售。
Claims (10)
1.用于将一针保护件(4)安装到一设有一针(3)的注射器体(2)上的装置,包括:一用于保持住该注射器体(2)的保持装置(5),一用于接收该针保护件(4)的针保护件接收器(6),一用于提供压力空气的压力空气装置(7),一用于使该针保护件接收器(6)在竖直方向(A)上运动的第一运动装置(8)及一用于使该针保护件接收器(6)至少部分地转动的旋转装置(9),其中,该针保护件接收器(6)设置在该保持装置(5)的下方,所述压力空气被供给该针保护件接收器(6),使得该针保护件(4)在一气垫(60)上悬浮地被保持,该针保护件接收器(6)借助该第一运动装置(8)可在竖直方向(A)上运动。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,还包括一压紧器(10),该压紧器设置在所述保持装置(5)上方以及能被使得与所述注射器体(2)的背离所述针保护件的端部相接触。
3.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于,所述压紧器(10)可借助一个第二运动装置(11)在竖直方向上运动。
4.根据上述权利要求之任一项的装置,还包括一力测量传感器(12),以便接收一在将所述针保护件(4)安放到所述注射器体(2)上期间的一安放力。
5.根据权利要求4的装置,其特征在于,所述力测量传感器(12)设置在所述压紧器(10)上。
6.根据权利要求4或5的装置,还包括一具有一存储器的控制装置(13),其中,在该存储器中存储了至少一个用于安放力的预定的值,该控制装置将安放力的被采集的值与安放力的该预定的值相比较。
7.根据权利要求3至6之任一项的装置,其特征在于,所述第一运动装置(8)与所述第二运动装置(11)可同时被致起作用。
8.用于将一针保护件(4)安装到一注射器体(2)上的方法,包括以下步骤:
借助一保持装置(5)保持住所述注射器体(2),
将所述针保护件(4)置入一针保护件接收器(6)中,其中,该针保护件接收器(6)设置在所述注射器体(2)下方,
在所述针保护件接收器(6)中提供压力空气,以便将所述针保护件接收器(6)中的针保护件(4)在一气垫(60)上置于一悬浮的状态中,
使所述针保护件接收器(6)向所述注射器体(2)方向运动,以便将所述针保护件(4)安放到所述注射器体(2)上,其中,所述针保护件接收器(6)同时执行一旋转运动。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其特征在于,一安放力在所述针保护件(4)被安放到所述注射器体(2)上期间被借助一力传感器(12)采集。
10.根据权利要求9的方法,其特征在于,当所述安放力与一预定的安放力具有一预定的偏差时,分拣出所述注射器体(2)。
