技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备及其生产方法,属于聚苯乙烯塑料挤出发泡生产技术领域,主要用于介质温度为70度以下的气管、水管及石油输送管道的保温管生产。
背景技术
现有技术一般采用聚氨酯发泡塑料用作管道保温,其生产方法通常采用不连续挤出、复合发泡、单件生产工艺,导致其生产效率低、抗压强度比较低且价格相对较高,从而使聚氨酯发泡保温管的成本较高,且生产工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服上述不足之处,一种聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备及其生产方法,是一种采用一台单螺杆挤出机串联另一台单螺杆挤出机连续挤出发泡生产聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管的生产设备及其生产方法。这种生产设备及其生产方法生产的挤塑发泡保温管能够克服不连续挤出和生产效率较低的问题,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,生产制作简单方便。
聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备及其生产方法是采取以下方案实现的:
聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备由上料部分、发泡剂注入部分、1号单螺杆挤出机、2号单螺杆挤出机、静态混合器、模头、挤出模具、定型套和双辊牵引机组成。上料部分由拌料机和上料机组成,拌料机为市售叶片式拌料机,上料机采用市售螺旋上料机,聚苯乙烯原料通过上料部分的拌料机和上料机进入1号单螺杆挤出机中;发泡剂注入部分包括发泡剂贮罐和计量泵,发泡剂注入点位于1号单螺杆挤出机的中端,发泡剂是通过计量泵注入的;1号单螺杆挤出机和2号单螺杆挤出机依次串联组成生产聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管的挤出机,同时1号单螺杆挤出机和2号单螺杆挤出机的机筒被划分为13个温控区,每个温控区装有电加热板和温度传感器,电加热板为铸铝加热板,温度传感器为B型热电偶,其中1号单螺杆挤出机的机筒I划分为7个温控区,2号单螺杆挤出机的机筒II划分为6个温控区,13个温控区的机筒用以实现各区的不同工艺要求的温度控制。
2号单螺杆挤出机的机筒II外装有冷却水套。2号单螺杆挤出机前端装有静态混合器,静态混合器前端装有挤出模具,挤出模具前端装有定型套和双辊牵引机。
聚苯乙烯原料经过自动上料部分,加入聚苯乙烯挤出机的干燥料斗中,聚苯乙烯原料通过1号单螺杆挤出机不断剪切、加温塑化向前输送,当熔融状态的聚苯乙烯输送至1号单螺杆挤出机的发泡剂注入口时,发泡剂与聚苯乙烯混合,然后将熔融状态下的混合体经过2号单螺杆挤出机的充分混合、冷却和挤压,经静态混合器静态混合,最后挤入保温管挤出模具,通过定型套的定型,由双棍牵引机牵引即可得到聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管。
本发明聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备的生产方法如下:首先将1号单螺杆挤出机和2号单螺杆挤出机13个温控区按照工艺要求预热,预热2~3个小时,当温度达到设定值时,保温半小时;1-13温控区的温度分别设定值为:170℃、190℃、195℃、195℃、195℃、195℃、200℃、180℃、180℃、180℃、180℃、180℃和180℃;
当机筒温度达到上述预热温度时,启动拌料机,将聚苯乙烯颗粒原料加入1号单螺杆挤出机料斗,给单螺杆挤出机上料;开机,先启动2号单螺杆挤出机,待五分钟后启动1号单螺杆挤出机,然后打开计量泵,发泡剂经计量泵注入到1号单螺杆挤出机内,此时关闭2号单螺杆挤出机的各段温控区电源,开始走机,目的是把挤出机内的死料完全挤出。然后开启2号单螺杆挤出机的冷却水套,2号单螺杆挤出机8-13区机筒温度分别降至150℃、135℃、110℃、100℃、80℃和50℃。
待1号单螺杆挤出机和2号单螺杆挤出机连接处的压力达到10-12MPa时,熔融的粘稠混合体塑料经过静态混合器的充分混合进入挤出模具的挤出模腔,然后物料经挤出模具出口挤出,同时伴随发泡剂的瞬间膨胀而发泡,经过定型套的冷却定型即可挤出得到内外表面都很光滑平整的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管,由双棍牵引机牵引、切断即可得到聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管。
所述的聚苯乙烯颗粒与发泡剂重量配比为100:4~15。
所述的发泡剂选用市售二氧化碳组合发泡剂或氟利昂发泡剂。
本发明聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备及其生产方法,采用1号单螺杆挤出机串联2号单螺杆挤出机,可连续挤出发泡生产聚苯乙烯挤出发泡保温管,大大提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,且管子具有很好的保温隔热性能,导热性数小于0.03W/(M·K);良好的抗压性能达到250kPa。

2号单螺杆挤出机的机筒II36外装有冷却水套35。2号单螺杆挤出机6前端装有静态混合器9,静态混合器9前端装有挤出模具10,挤出模具10前端装有定型套11和双辊牵引机26。双辊牵引机26通过电机12传动。
所述的1号单螺杆挤出机包括机架I31、1号电机5、传动皮带I29、皮带轮I30、料斗2、机筒I28、1号机单螺杆3和1-7号温控区。机筒I28装在机架I31上,机筒I28内装有1号机单螺杆3,1号电机5装在机架I31底部,1号电机5通过皮带轮I30、传动皮带I29传动1号机单螺杆3。机筒I28被划分为1-7号温控区,1-7号温控区分别为1区温控13、2区温控14,3区温控15、4区温控16、5区温控17、6区温控18、7区温控19。

当机筒温度达到上述预热温度时,启动拌料机,将聚苯乙烯颗粒原料加入1号单螺杆挤出机的料斗2,给单螺杆挤出机上料;开机低频率启动2号电机7,待其电流稳定后,低频启动1号电机5,注意1号电机5电流的变化,然后打开计量泵,发泡剂自动注入1号单螺杆挤出机1内。聚苯乙烯颗粒与发泡剂重量配比为100:4~15。发泡剂选用市售二氧化碳组合发泡剂或氟利昂发泡剂,随着两机转速的提升,同时增加发泡剂的注入量,待含有发泡剂的料从挤出模具出口流出,此时关掉2号单螺杆挤出机6的8区~13区加热开关,开始走机,目的是把挤出机内的死料完全挤出。开启2号单螺杆挤出机6的机筒II36外装有冷却水套,开启水泵,等待2号单螺杆挤出机6的8-13区机筒温度分别降至150℃、135℃、110℃、100℃、80℃和50℃。

待整个系统的压力按照工艺要求稳定建立,待1号单螺杆挤出机1和2号单螺杆挤出机6连接处的压力达到10-12MPa时,熔融的粘稠混合体塑料经过静态混合器9的充分混合进入挤出模具10的挤出模腔,然后物料经挤出模具10出口挤出,同时伴随发泡剂的瞬间膨胀而发泡,然后经过定型套11的冷却定型即可挤出得到内外表面都很光滑平整的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管,由双棍牵引机26牵引、切断即可得到聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管27。
所述的聚苯乙烯颗粒与发泡剂重量配比为100:4~15。
所述的发泡剂选用市售二氧化碳组合发泡剂或氟利昂发泡剂。

Claims (8)

1、一种聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备,其特征在于由上料部分、发泡剂注入部分、1号单螺杆挤出机、2号单螺杆挤出机、静态混合器、模头、挤出模具、定型套和双辊牵引机组成;上料部分由拌料机和上料机组成,聚苯乙烯原料通过上料部分的拌料机和上料机进入挤出机中;发泡剂注入部分包括发泡剂贮罐和计量泵,发泡剂注入点位于1号单螺杆挤出机的中端,发泡剂是通过计量泵注入的;1号单螺杆挤出机和2号单螺杆挤出机依次串联组成生产聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管的挤出机,同时1号单螺杆挤出机和2号单螺杆挤出机的机筒被划分为13个温控区,每个温控区装有电加热板和温度传感器,其中1号单螺杆挤出机的机筒I划分为7个温控区,2号单螺杆挤出机的机筒II划分为6个温控区,13个温控区的机筒用以实现各区的不同工艺要求的温度控制;
2号单螺杆挤出机的机筒II外装有冷却水套,2号单螺杆挤出机前端装有静态混合器,静态混合器前端装有模头,模头上装有挤出模具,挤出模具前端装有定型套和双辊牵引机。
2、根据权利要求1所述的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备,其特征在于所述的电加热板为铸铝加热板,温度传感器为B型热电偶。
3、根据权利要求1所述的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备,其特征在于所述的1号单螺杆挤出机包括机架I、1号电机、传动皮带I、皮带轮I、料斗、机筒I、1号机单螺杆和1-7号温控区;机筒I装在机架I上,机筒I内装有1号机单螺杆,1号电机装在机架I底部,1号电机通过皮带轮I、传动皮带I传动1号机单螺杆。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备,其特征在于所述的机筒I被划分为1-7号温控区,1-7号温控区分别为1区温控、2区温控,3区温控、4区温控、5区温控、6区温控、7区温控。
5、根据权利要求1所述的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备,其特征在于所述的2号单螺杆挤出机包括机架II、2号电机、传动皮带II、皮带轮II,8-13号温控区、机筒II、2号机单螺杆、冷却水套;机筒II装在机架II上,机筒II内装有2号机单螺杆,2号电机装在机架II底部,2号电机通过皮带轮II、传动皮带II传动2号机单螺杆;机筒II被划分为8-13号温控区,8-13号温控区分别为8区温控、9区温控、10区温控、11区温控、12区温控、13区温控。
6、根据权利要求1或5所述的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备,其特征在于所述的机筒II被划分为8-13号温控区,8-13号温控区分别为8区温控、9区温控、10区温控、11区温控、12区温控、13区温控。
7、权利要求1所述的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备的生产方法如下:首先将1号单螺杆挤出机和2号单螺杆挤出机13个温控区按照工艺要求预热,预热2~3个小时,当温度达到设定值时,保温半小时,1-13温控区的温度分别设定值为:170℃、190℃、195℃、195℃、195℃、195℃、200℃、180℃、180℃、180℃、180℃、180℃和180℃;
当机筒温度达到上述预热温度时,启动拌料机,将聚苯乙烯颗粒原料加入1号单螺杆挤出机料斗,给单螺杆挤出机上料;开机,先启动2号单螺杆挤出机,待五分钟后启动1号单螺杆挤出机,然后打开计量泵,发泡剂经计量泵注入到1号单螺杆挤出机内,此时关闭2号单螺杆挤出机的各段温控区电源,开始走机,目的是把挤出机内的死料完全挤出;然后开启2号单螺杆挤出机的冷却水套,2号单螺杆挤出机8-13区机筒温度分别降至150℃、135℃、110℃、100℃、80℃和50℃;
待1号单螺杆挤出机和2号单螺杆挤出机连接处的压力达到10-12MPa时,熔融的粘稠混合体塑料经过静态混合器的充分混合进入挤出模具的挤出模腔,然后物料经挤出模具出口挤出,同时伴随发泡剂的瞬间膨胀而发泡,经过定型套的冷却定型即可挤出得到内外表面都很光滑平整的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管,由双棍牵引机牵引、切断即可得到聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管。
8、根据权利要求7所述的聚苯乙烯挤塑发泡保温管生产设备的生产方法,其特征在于所述的聚苯乙烯颗粒与发泡剂重量配比为100∶4~15。
