技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射液，尤其涉及一种治疗猪的无名高热病的注射液。
背景技术
目前，在兽药领域，人们在探求一种长效的复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶注射液，磺胺间甲氧嘧啶是体内外抗菌作用最强的磺胺药，对大多数革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌都有较强抑制作用，主要用于其敏感菌所引起的呼吸道、消化道、泌尿道感染及球虫病、猪弓形体病、鸡住白细胞虫病，用于治疗猪的无名高热总有效率为98.09％、痊愈率为96.18％.。本发明提供了一种治疗猪的无名高热病的注射液，在保证疗效的情况下，延长了磺胺药物在体内的停留时间，根据有关资料记载，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮可与磺胺药可逆地结合为大分子复合物，在体内缓慢释放而达到长效作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗猪的无名高热病的注射液，该注射液有效治疗猪的无名高热，延长了磺胺药物在体内的停留时间。
本发明是这样来实现的，其特征是由以下重量配比的原料制成：
磺胺间甲氧嘧啶50～150克、甲氧苄啶20～40克、α-吡咯烷酮400～800克、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮305～50克、余量为水。
本发明的优点是：1、制作简单，有效治疗猪的无名高热；2、延长了磺胺药物在体内的停留时间，能在体内缓慢释放而达到长效作用。
具体实施方式
实施例一
将磺胺间甲氧嘧啶100克、甲氧苄啶20克、α-吡咯烷酮500克、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮30  25克与水混合至1000毫升，将20头大约克夏猪平分成两组，第一组肌肉注射本发明的注射液，第二组肌肉注射市场上具有长效作用的同类产品，皆按每Kg体重20mg计量注射。分别在0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00、2.00、3.00、5.00、9.00、12.00、24.00、36.00、48.00、60.00、72.00、96.00、108.00小时，从前腔静脉采血10ml，经HPLC分析血样的血药浓度及MCPKP软件拟合处理，得出了相关动力学参数。

实施例二：
将磺胺间甲氧嘧啶90克、甲氧苄啶25克、α-吡咯烷酮600克、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3040克与水混合至1000毫升，将20头大约克夏猪平分成两组，第一组肌肉注射本发明的注射液，第二组肌肉注射市场上具有长效作用的同类产品，皆按每Kg体重20mg计量注射。分别在0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00、2.00、3.00、5.00、9.00、12.00、24.00、36.00、48.00、60.00、72.00、96.00、108.00小时，从前腔静脉采血10ml，经HPLC分析血样的血药浓度及MCPKP软件拟合处理，得出了相关动力学参数。

1.一种治疗猪的无名高热病的注射液，其特征是由以下重量配比的原料制成：磺胺间甲氧嘧啶50～150克、甲氧苄啶20～40克、α-吡咯烷酮400～800克、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮30 5～50克、余量为水。
