背景技术

此外,在简单情形中,可设置二位二通阀作为进气阀4,并且可设置另一个二位二通阀作为排气阀6。在此,如基本上已经由DE102004 035 763 A1所公知的两个二级电磁阀那样,根据优选实施例设置有二级电磁阀4和6。因此,每个电磁阀4、6分别在其初级侧上具有初级二位二通阀以及在其次级侧上具有二位三通阀,其中,初级衔铁和次级衔铁在共同的衔铁引导管中引导,并且由带有两个电流级的公共的电磁线圈系统控制。在此,在无电流的状态中,初级阀打开,并且次级阀处于其进气位置中,以实现进气或输送控制压力。在第一低电流强度中,初级阀关闭,次级阀没有变化,以使压力在随后的气动缸中得以保持;在第二高电流强度中,(在不改变闭锁的初级阀情况下)调节次级阀,以通过次级阀实现排气。
阀4、5、6通过内部地构成在预控制壳体2中空气通道12与气动接口14相连接。
因此,有利地,在预控制单元1上没有设置电控装置。控制通过电接口8来进行。
但此外电路板7也可替代性地设有控制装置,例如调整装置的微处理器和/或其他电子构件。
图5示出预控制单元1利用其构成为迷宫式密封的气动接口14向下嵌入到用于增强空气量的中继阀18上。电子构件20上面地安装到预控制单元1上,并且与电接口8相联接,由此,形成压力调节器24。

Claims (19)

1.阀控制单元,尤其是用于商用车辆的压力调节器,其中,所述阀控制单元(1)具有:
阀控制壳体(2),
电磁阀(4、5、6),所述电磁阀具有电磁线圈(16),并且具有插入到所述电磁线圈(16)中的阀内部件(4a、5a、6a),以及
气动接口(14),
其中,所述电磁线圈(16)接收在所述阀控制壳体(2)中,
其中,阀孔(3)在所述阀控制壳体(2)中延伸,所述阀内部件(4a、5a、6a)插入到所述阀孔(3)中,
其特征在于:
用于测量气动压力的压力传感器(10)接收在所述阀控制单元中或在所述阀控制单元上,
空气通道(12)在所述阀控制壳体(2)中、在所述气动接口(14)、所述阀孔(3)以及所述压力传感器(10)之间延伸,并且
所述电磁线圈(16)和压力传感器(10)与电接口(8)相联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述阀控制壳体(2)一件式地构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,至少两个电磁阀(4、5、6)被构成为具有两个接收在共同的电磁线圈系统中的衔铁的二级电磁阀,其中,所述电磁线圈系统能够无电流地运行,以及能够以较低的第一电流强度和较高的第二电流强度通电。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述压力传感器(10)作为传感器芯片,例如作为混合传感器,安置并且联接在所述阀控制壳体(2)的上侧(2a)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,在所述上侧(2a)上安置线路承载件(7),所述压力传感器(10)和所述电磁线圈(16)以及所述电接口(8)与所述线路承载件(7)相联接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述电接口(8)仅构成在所述阀控制壳体(2)的所述上侧(2a)上,例如与电路板(7)和/或挠性薄膜和/或冲压栅一起构成,或在电路板(7)和/或挠性薄膜和/或冲压栅上构成。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述线路承载件(7)装备有其他构件,尤其是装备有用于电磁阀的电控制的控制装置、和/或调整电子设备的构件。
8.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述阀控制单元不具有电子控制装置,并且通过其电接口(8)与外部的电子控制装置相连接。
9.根据权利要求5至8之一所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述气动接口(14)布置在所述阀控制壳体(2)的与所述上侧(2a)对置的下侧(2b)上,其中,空气通道(12)在所述阀控制壳体(2)中从所述气动接口(14)延伸向所述压力传感器(10)。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述气动接口(14)具有或构成迷宫式密封件。
11.根据前述权利要求之一所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述气动接口(14)具有在气动管路之间的多个气动连接。
12.根据前述权利要求之一所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述电磁线圈(16)布置在所述阀控制壳体(2)的中间的自由空间(9)、例如浇铸包(9)中,所述阀孔(3)与所述插入的阀内部件(4a、5a、6a)一起穿过所述自由空间(9)延伸。
13.根据权利要求12所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,电磁阀的所述阀内部件分别构成为可插入的一件式阀筒(4a、5a、6a)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述插入的阀筒(4a、5a、6a)使得插入到所述自由空间(9)中的电磁线圈(16)稳固。
15.根据前述权利要求中之一所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述气动接口(14)安设到增强空气量的阀(18)上,并且通过例如经由固定螺丝产生的压紧力密封地固定。
16.根据前述权利要求之一所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,作为电磁阀(4、5、6)至少设置有:用于在气动冗余运行与电子气动控制之间转换的冗余阀(5),和/或两个用于进气和排气的电磁阀(4、6)。
17.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述阀控制单元是用于商用车辆的电子气动制动系统的制动压力预控制单元,或者是商用车辆的气动水平调整或牵引调整的预控制单元。
18.根据前述权利要求之一所述的阀控制单元,其特征在于,所述一件式的阀控制壳体(2)由塑料构成,例如以注塑方法制成。
19.压力调节器(24),具有构成为预控制单元(1)的根据前述权利要求之一所述的阀控制单元、在产生压紧力情况下密封地安装到气动接口(14)上的中继阀(18)、以及带有控制装置的电子装置(20),其中,所述电子单元(20)与所述预控制单元(1)的电接口(8)相联接。
