本发明公开了一种具有特殊医用目的的肠内营养液，它包括营养液乳剂和营养液水剂伴侣，所述的营养液乳剂和营养液水剂伴侣各自分别装在一个容器内，所述的营养液乳剂中含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物和脂溶性维生素；所述的营养液水剂伴侣中含有水溶性维生素、常量元素和微量元素。本发明具有以下优点：(1)质量容易控制，大大降低了生产成本；(2)使营养液中蛋白质的浓度可以由原来的4％提高到6％-8％，能适用于要限制水的摄入量的脑水肿病人和心衰病人等；(3)营养液水剂伴侣用量灵活，便于增加与减少使用量，满足不同病情需求；(4)在不使用营养液水剂伴侣的情况下，营养液乳剂可以用于需要限制常量元素的摄入的病人。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种营养液，特别是涉及一种具有特殊医用目的的肠内营养液。
背景技术
肠内营养液是一种通过胃肠道提供人体所需营养物质的营养液。肠内营养液一般含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、常量元素、微量元素和水，输注肠内营养液是临床营养支持的重要途径。现有肠内营养液通常只有一个包装，即营养液的所有组成成份都混合装在一个容器内。由于生产营养液需要高温高压灭菌，使得不耐热的水溶性维生素极易受到加工破坏；另外，由于常量元素为阳离子，它会与蛋白质中的氨基酸阴离子结合，产生聚集沉淀现象，使营养液无法成为稳定的混悬液；由于沉淀溶液无法稳定，以至无法适应需要摄入高浓度营养液的病患者；再者，对于需要限制常量元素摄入量的病人，此种肠内营养液更是无法适用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中存在的缺陷，提供一种具有特殊医用目的的肠内营养液。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种具有特殊医用目的的肠内营养液，其特征在于：它包括营养液乳剂和营养液水剂伴侣，所述的营养液乳剂和营养液水剂伴侣各自分别装在一个容器内。
所述的营养液乳剂含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物和脂溶性维生素；所述的营养液水剂伴侣含有水溶性维生素、常量元素和微量元素。
所述的营养液乳剂中的蛋白质质量百分比含量为6％-8％。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：(1)将原本装在同一容器内的肠内营养液，按其成份的水溶性和脂溶性分别归类，然后将脂溶性的成份装在一个容器内，构成营养液乳剂，将水溶性的成份装在另一个容器内，构成营养液水剂伴侣。通过这种科学的分装，使本肠内营养液的质量容易控制，大大降低了生产成本，表现在：营养液水剂伴侣中水溶性维生素不容易受到加工破坏、常量元素不影响营养液的稳定性。(2)由于营养液具有较高的稳定性，使营养液中蛋白质的浓度可以由原来的4％提高到6％-8％，能适用于要限制水的摄入量的脑水肿病人和心衰病人等。这是现有肠内营养液无法做到的。(3)营养液水剂伴侣用量灵活，便于增加与减少使用量，满足不同病情需求，根据病情，营养液水剂伴侣的用量可以增加或减少30-50％。(4)在不使用营养液水剂伴侣的情况下，营养液乳剂可以用于需要限制常量元素的摄入的病人，例如肾病病人。
