Abstract

本发明为一种新型节能密炼机上顶栓气缸及其控制系统,属于气动系统节能领域。该气缸及其控制系统用于橡胶密炼机中橡胶原料密炼过程的加载动作。发明内容主要涉及可在密炼过程中大幅降低空气消耗量、并可提高重锤空载时的上升、下降速度的新型节能气缸及其控制系统。本发明采用两级气缸机构,主气缸用于对橡胶原料的施压,副气缸用于对施压重锤的快速驱动。该两级气缸机构可节约用气量,提高驱动速度,与现行的气缸相比可以实现节能60%以上。本发明申请的新型节能气缸及其控制系统针对空载行程较长的驱动,能大大提高工作效率及能量利用率,有利于在气动节能领域的广泛使用。

Description

新型节能密炼机上顶栓气缸及其控制系统
技术领域:
本发明属于气动系统节能领域,涉及橡胶密炼机上的新型节能上顶栓气缸及其控制系统。
背景技术:
上顶栓气缸的节能是橡胶密炼机中气动系统节能领域的关键技术。气动系统由于成本低、无污染、易维护、输出力及工作速度调节非常容易等优点在工业自动化中发挥着重要作用,橡胶密炼机中的上顶栓装置普遍采用气缸驱动。由于上顶栓气缸的空气消耗量在橡胶工业工厂中占气动系统总能耗很大比例且其能量利用率不高,在能源问题日益突出的今天,上顶栓气缸的节能对橡胶工业的节能降耗有着重要的意义。
国内外现有的上顶栓气缸都是采用单一气缸驱动,伸缩速度慢,空气消耗量大。本发明将上顶栓气缸改为两级气缸驱动,可大幅度地提高伸缩速度、节省压缩空气。
另外,由于上顶栓气缸非常耗能,国内外一部分的上顶栓机构改为液压气缸来实现,然而液压系统中的漏油会污染工作环境,影响产品质量,而且设备投资成本高、故障率高、维护复杂。由于本发明的新型节能气缸结构简单、轻便、安装维护简单、成本较低,压力满足技术要求,另外工作介质为纯净的空气,不但具有防火、防爆的能力,而且不会引入杂质,影响产品质量,所以可以替代液压缸。
发明内容:
本发明的目的:提供一种新型节能上顶栓气缸及其控制系统。
本发明的技术方案:一种基于两级气缸的新型节能上顶栓气缸驱动装置(参见图1),其控制系统由位置传感器、换向阀、控制器等构成(参见图2)。
该驱动机构初始状态为主活塞5、副活塞4都位于气缸行程上端。密炼开始的加载复位动作顺序如下:
(1)副气缸换向阀10由下位切换至中位,副气缸3的上下两腔与气控
先导式调压阀14的输出口连通,活塞杆7在其连接的重锤8的重力下下行并带动副活塞4下行。此时,副气缸3的下腔压缩空气回收至副气缸3的上腔;
(2)当副活塞4下行至副气缸3的行程下端终端时,位置传感器信号SW4发出,控制器17控制锁紧气缸换向阀9由下位切换至上位,锁紧挡块1伸出,将活塞杆7的上顶端锁紧,活塞杆7与副气缸3的缸体连成一体;
(3)锁紧气缸2锁紧后,位置传感器信号SW1发出,控制器17控制主气缸换向阀11由上位切换至下位,主活塞及其连接部5下行,带动安装在主活塞及其连接部5上的副气缸3的缸体连同被锁紧的活塞杆7下行进行密炼过程的加载;
(4)主活塞及其连接部5下行至行程下端终端时,密炼加载结束,位置传感器信号SW6发出,控制器17控制锁紧气缸换向阀9由上位切换至下位,锁紧气缸2复位,锁紧挡块1缩回,锁紧解除;
(5)锁紧解除后,位置传感器信号SW2发出,控制器17控制主气缸换向阀11由下位切换至上位,副气缸换向阀10由中位切换至下位,主活塞及其连接部5上行,主气缸6的上腔压缩空气经换向阀11、单向阀12回收至副气缸3的下腔,副活塞4与主活塞及其连接部5同时上行;
(6)当主、副气缸各自到达行程上端终端时,位置传感器信号SW5、SW3发出,一个加载复位过程完成。
另外,主、副气缸的加载与复位时的压缩空气供给压力都可由压力传感器13、电/气调压阀15、气控先导式调压阀14与控制器17构成的压力控制系统根据工艺要求进行设定。
本发明的优点是:与现行上顶栓系统相比,新型气动节能上顶栓系统,可大幅度地提高伸缩速度、节省压缩空气。此外该装置结构简单、轻便、安装维护简单,成本较低。具有防火、防爆的能力,不会引入杂质、保证了产品质量。

Pout:电/气调压阀的输入信号。

Claims (3)

1、一种降低气缸空载时的空气消耗量、提高空载时驱动速度的机构,其特征在于:面向空载及加载行程进行切换的两级气缸机构:改变单缸完成整个工作过程的传统方法,通过两级气缸对活塞杆进行驱动。空载时采用副气缸(小口径气缸)的副活塞快速驱动活塞杆,加载时采用主气缸(大口径气缸)的主活塞加载驱动活塞杆。副活塞、主活塞与活塞杆的连接通过锁紧装置进行锁紧与释放。该两级气缸机构通过对空载状态下的活塞杆用副气缸驱动,达到大幅降低空载时空气消耗量、提高空载时驱动速度的目的。
2、实现权利要求1所述驱动机构的一种回收压缩空气的气动回路,其特征在于:(1)副气缸下降时,接通其上下两腔,利用活塞杆上连接的重锤的重力回收副气缸下腔压缩气体至上腔;(2)主气缸上升时,经换向阀接通主气缸上腔与副气缸下腔,回收主气缸上腔压缩空气至副气缸下腔并提升副气缸活塞杆。
3、实现权利要求1所述驱动机构及权利2所述气动回路的一种基于位置传感器和换向阀切换实现对气缸分级控制的控制器,其特征在于:根据位置传感器的信号通过控制器控制两级气缸驱动动作的切换、锁紧装置的锁紧与释放、副气缸下腔压缩空气的回收、主气缸上腔压缩空气的回收。
