Abstract

本发明公开了一种变速差速后车桥传动机构,属于三轮或四轮电动车的传动装置。它由电动机转子的中心轴伸入至变速箱体内端的轴上连接安装有离心离合器中心盘和离心离合器外盘,离心离合器中心盘上装有离心离合器甩块和弹簧,离心离合器外盘的轴套上安装有超越离合器,超越离合器轴套外端上连接配合有齿形皮带,齿形皮带的另一端与后从动皮带轮连接,后从动皮带轮是安装在变速齿轮箱伸出的主轴上,变速齿轮箱的另一端与后车桥连接,后车桥的二端头设置有杀车蹄块;后从动皮带轮的另一端设有后从动轮轴套及其与其配合的弹簧、压盖及差速器箱体。本发明结构不仅简单、合理、紧凑,可以实现双驱差速传动,扭矩大,爬坡载重能力强。

变速差速后车桥传动机构
技术领域
本发明涉及三轮或四轮电动车的传动装置,具体的说是一种变速差速后车桥传动机构。
背景技术
三轮或四轮电动车由于环保,使用方便且安全等多种因素深受人们的青睐。现有电动车的结构都是比较复杂的,而且运行时间有限,且成本很高
为此,本发明人于2009年1月22日申请了《电动车离心离合器与超越离合器同轴一体化传动机构》,申请号:200910110937.3和200920136470.5二项专利。为了使现有电动车的相关机构能与三轮或四轮电动车相结合,故推出了本发明的相关结构。
发明内容
为了克服现有三轮或四轮电动车结构的不足,本发明的目的是要在本申请人已申请上述2项专利的基础上提出一种变速差速后车桥传动机构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种变速差速后车桥传动机构,其特征是:电动机转子的中心轴伸入至变速箱体内端的轴上连接安装有离心离合器中心盘和离心离合器外盘,离心离合器中心盘上装有离心离合器甩块和弹簧,离心离合器外盘的轴套上安装有超越离合器,超越离合器轴套外端上连接配合有齿形皮带,齿形皮带的另一端与后从动皮带轮连接,后从动皮带轮是安装在变速齿轮箱伸出的主轴上,变速齿轮箱的另一端与后车桥连接,后车桥的二端头设置有杀车蹄块;后从动皮带轮的另一端设有后从动轮轴套及其与其配合的弹簧和压盖,后从动皮带轮、后从动轮轴套及其与其配合的弹簧和压盖都安装在差速器箱体内。
所述的离心离合器甩块有2~6块。
所述的离心离合器设有轴套内套,轴套内套与电动机转子中心轴配合之间设置有2~6个滚针轴承。
所述的杀车蹄块有2~8个。
工作时当电动机转速达到1000转以下由滚针轴承在滑行,离心离合器外盘轴上和超越离合器不会工作。当电动机转速达到1000转以上利用离心力把装在离心离合器中心盘上的甩块甩开与离心离合器外盘接合带动离心离合器外盘轴转动,离心离合器外盘轴上的超越离合器开始工作,超越离合器工作同时带动连接在超越离合器外壳轴套外端皮带轮上的齿形皮带传动后从动张紧皮带轮工作,后从动张紧皮带轮通过皮带轮轴转动带动变速齿轮箱内齿轮工作,从而实现车轮转动。超越离合器工作时转动齿形皮带,由齿形皮带传动后从动皮带轮,后从动皮带轮由皮带轮弹性张紧作用自动调整后轮速度。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明在电动机伸出的主轴上同时安装了离心离合器与超越离合器,从而使其达到一体化。将一体化的机构与三轮或四轮车连接,即可以实现其运行。因此,本发明的结构不仅简单、合理、紧凑,而且起步放电的电流小,且平稳。本发明的结构可以采用全钢齿轮传动的结构,维修拆装方便。本发明与现有技术的CVT自动变速结合,可以实现双驱差速传动,扭矩大,爬坡载重能力强。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
请参阅图1,电动机1转子的中心轴伸入至变速箱2体内端的轴上连接安装有离心离合器中心盘3和离心离合器外盘4,离心离合器中心盘3上装有离心离合器甩块5和弹簧,离心离合器外盘4的轴套上安装有超越离合器6,超越离合器6轴套外端上连接配合有齿形皮带7,齿形皮带7的另一端与后从动皮带轮10连接,后从动皮带轮10是安装在变速齿轮箱14伸出的主轴上,变速齿轮箱14的另一端与后车桥8连接,后车桥8的二端头设置有杀车蹄块15;后从动皮带轮10的另一端设有后从动轮轴套及其与其配合的弹簧12和压盖13,后从动皮带轮10、后从动轮轴套11及其与其配合的弹簧12和压盖13都安装在差速器箱体9内。

Claims (4)

1、一种变速差速后车桥传动机构,其特征是:电动机转子的中心轴伸入至变速箱体内端的轴上连接安装有离心离合器中心盘和离心离合器外盘,离心离合器中心盘上装有离心离合器甩块和弹簧,离心离合器外盘的轴套上安装有超越离合器,超越离合器轴套外端上连接配合有齿形皮带,齿形皮带的另一端与后从动皮带轮连接,后从动皮带轮是安装在变速齿轮箱伸出的主轴上,变速齿轮箱的另一端与后车桥连接,后车桥的二端头设置有杀车蹄块;后从动皮带轮的另一端设有后从动轮轴套及其与其配合的弹簧和压盖,后从动皮带轮、后从动轮轴套及其与其配合的弹簧和压盖都安装在差速器箱体内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种变速差速后车桥传动机构,其特征是:所述的离心离合器甩块有2~6块。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种变速差速后车桥传动机构,其特征是:所述的离心离合器设有轴套内套,轴套内套与电动机转子中心轴配合之间设置有2~6个滚针轴承。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种变速差速后车桥传动机构,其特征是:所述的杀车蹄块有2~8个。
