硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机,属于精密机械加工设备技术领域。其目的是提供一种既能调节轴向间隙,又能调节径向间隙,且经济实用、重复定位精度高的改进的硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机。其技术要点是:包括通过轴承安装固定在蜗杆轴承座上的蜗杆,通过轴承安装固定在蜗轮轴承座上的蜗轮,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合,蜗杆轴承座与蜗轮轴承座联结面是圆弧面和平面相互配合安装,两接触面之间设有一道环形的密封圈,然后通过定位销和螺栓固定联结。其结构紧凑、先进、合理和科学,适用范围广,特别适合机械手、高精密旋转工作台等与伺服电机等高精度设备配合使用。

本发明涉及一种改进的硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机,属减速机械技术领域。 
背景技术
蜗轮蜗杆减速机是机械传动中重要的减速设备,由于它有一定的自锁性、能有较高的传动比等优点,在冶金、矿山、机重运输、石油化工、建筑建材、轻工等行业都有广泛的应用。但是,传统的蜗轮蜗杆减速机只能调节轴向间隙,蜗轮与蜗杆之间的中心距是固定不变的。由于设计、加工和装配等过程都不可避免的存在误差,蜗轮与蜗杆的径向间隙总是存在的,因此轴向间隙只能调整单侧,另一侧侧隙较大,对于需要频繁正反转以及重复定位要求很高的场合,它的使用就有局限性。另外,蜗轮端的动力输出形式仅有轴端伸出形式、空心轴安装形式以及花键空心轴安装形式等。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既能调节轴向间隙,又能调节径向间隙,且经济实用、重复定位精度高的改进的硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机。 
其技术方案是:一种硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机,包括通过轴承安装固定在蜗杆轴承座上的蜗杆,通过轴承安装固定在蜗轮轴承座上的蜗轮,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合,其特征在于:所述蜗杆轴承座与蜗轮轴承座结合的底板上设有接触平面和圆弧接触面,该接触平面和圆弧接触面上设有环形密封垫槽,密封垫槽内设有密封圈;与其对应的蜗轮轴承座一侧也设有与蜗杆轴承座配合的接触平面和圆弧接触面;蜗杆轴承座与蜗轮轴承座之间的接触平面和圆弧接触面相互配合安装,由螺栓联结固定。 
其技术效果是:由于在蜗杆轴承座与蜗轮轴承座二者结合的部位处,设有相互配合安装的接触平面和圆弧接触面,且在其接触面之间又设有密封圈,故不仅可以调节轴向间隙,而且还可以调节径向间隙:如蜗杆与蜗轮径向间隙偏大,可根据需要适当切削蜗杆轴承座的接触面或者蜗轮轴承座的接触面,以缩小蜗轮蜗杆之间的中心距;如蜗杆与蜗轮径向间隙调整量不大或运转不灵活时,只要适当增减密封圈的厚度,就可很方便的调节所需的蜗轮蜗杆之间的径向间 隙。因此,本发明的减速机,对于需要频繁正、反转以及重复定位要求很高的场合,它的使用效果十分显著;另外,本发明结构简单,加工制作容易,调节使用方便,易于操作,而且适用范围广,特别适用如机械手、高精度的旋转工作台等与伺服配合的数控设备,其工作稳定性好,误差小,传动精确高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种改进的硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机,包括通过轴承安装固定在蜗杆轴承座上的蜗杆,通过轴承安装固定在蜗轮轴承座上的蜗轮,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合。蜗杆轴承座11与蜗轮轴承座21结合的底板上设有接触平面111和圆弧接触面112,该接触平面和圆弧接触面上设有环形密封垫槽113,密封垫槽内设有密封垫3,密封垫槽外围的四周钻有螺栓孔114和定位销孔115。与其对应的蜗轮轴承座一侧也设有与蜗杆轴承座配合的接触平面211和圆弧接触面,该接触平面和圆弧接触面的四周也钻有螺栓孔214和定位销孔215。蜗杆轴承座与蜗轮轴承座之间的接触平面和圆弧接触面相互配合安装,由定位销定位,螺栓12、28联结固定。 
上述的蜗轮24,在满足刚度和强度的前提下采用通孔的结构形式并采用端面法兰联结的输出方式,即在其端面圆周上钻有用于输出联结法兰的螺栓孔,使得输出安装方便、快捷。同时,由于蜗轮是空心的,既可以节约大量材料,减轻重量,而且通孔不作为输出用的安装孔,故可以方便的在孔内布线(当然,也可以在内部重叠安装动力输出轴),使设备的结构更简捷、更安全。 
为了装配的需要,蜗轮轴承座的轴承孔径要略大于蜗轮的最大的外圆直径。 
另外,蜗轮采用力学性能好、承载能力大的钢材制造,以代替传统的青铜材料。蜗杆和蜗轮的啮合面可以加工成硬齿面,以提高减速机的承载力,提高传动效率,改善机械性能。 

Claims (4)

1.一种硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机,包括通过轴承安装固定在蜗杆轴承座上的蜗杆,通过轴承安装固定在蜗轮轴承座上的蜗轮,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合,其特征在于:蜗杆轴承座(11)与蜗轮轴承座(21)结合的底板上设有接触平面(111)和圆弧接触面(112),该接触平面和圆弧接触面上设有环形密封垫槽(113),密封垫槽内设有密封垫(3);与其对应的蜗轮轴承座一侧也设有与蜗杆轴承座配合的接触平面(211)和圆弧接触面;蜗杆轴承座与蜗轮轴承座之间的接触平面和圆弧接触面相互配合安装,由螺栓(12、28)联结固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于:蜗轮(24)采用端面法兰联结的输出方式。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于:蜗轮(24)采用通孔的结构形式,通孔内可以布线,也可以重叠安装动力输出轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬齿面蜗轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于:蜗轮(24)采用钢材制造,蜗杆和蜗轮的啮合面为硬齿面。
