Abstract

本发明提供一种模制品的制造方法包括如下步骤:提供一软质层,该软质层为皮革、织物及布中的任一种;提供一注射模具,该注射模具包括一母模及一与该母模配合的一公模;将所述软质层设置在公模与母模之间;将该母模与该公模合模,由母模与该公模围成一模腔;将熔融的注射成型的材料注射于该模腔内形成一基体,同时该注射成型的材料与所述软质层一体结合形成一所述基体与软质层结合的半成品,同时该半成品边缘形成多余的软质层;开模取出该半成品;采用激光切割切除所述半成品边缘多余的软质层,获得所述模制品。

Description

模制品的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种模制品的制造方法,尤其涉及一种具有皮革或织物或布表面的模制品的制造方法。
背景技术
随着移动通讯技术的发展,各式各样的电子装置如移动电话等竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受移动技术带来的种种便利,这些电子装置壳体的美观程度及触觉效果也愈来愈受到人们的关注与重视。
壳体是电子装置的主要零组件之一,其广泛应用于电话、计算机、游戏机等电子装置上。由于塑料材料本身具有质轻、成本低、加工技术相对简单、抗腐蚀等诸多优点,所以大多数电子装置都采用塑料壳体。
为进一步使壳体具有良好的触感,现有技术中采用了一由皮革、织物等为材料的软质层设置在该壳体的最外层,该软质层通过一黏胶层与塑料材料紧密结合以制造出具有良好手感的壳体。一般地,在制造该壳体的过程中,需先将该软质层剪切成符合壳体尺寸的大小,然后在皮革或织物的一表面印刷或粘贴一粘接层(如胶水或热熔胶膜),再进行注射成型,通过所述粘接层来实现皮革或织物与塑料基体紧密结合以形成电子装置的壳体。但是该制造方法不仅复杂,增加了制造工序和加工材料,使电子产品壳体的制造成本大大提高,而且在注射成型前便将软质层剪切为一与成型后的壳体大小相当的尺寸,在注射成型时,该软质层会因为在模内定位不稳,或有注射材料对该软质层的冲击力使得软质层在模具中的位置偏移。成型完成后,软质层不能正好覆盖于壳体上的预定位置,造成不良品的出现。
发明内容
鉴于以上缺点,有必要提供一种减少加工工序及加工材料、降低成本、提高成型良率的模制品的制造方法。
一种模制品的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供一软质层,该软质层为皮革、织物及布中的任一种;
提供一注射模具,该注射模具包括一母模及一与该母模配合的一公模;
将所述软质层设置在公模与母模之间;
将该母模与该公模合模,由母模与该公模围成一模腔;
将熔融的注射成型的材料注射于该模腔内形成一基体,同时该注射成型的材料与所述软质层一体结合形成一所述基体与软质层结合的半成品,同时该半成品边缘形成多余的软质层;
开模取出该半成品;
采用激光切割切除所述半成品边缘多余的软质层,获得所述模制品。
与现有技术相比,本发明模制品的制造方法的过程中减少工序及制作材料,可降低制造成本的同时提高生产效率。另外,将半成品制造完成后,再对软质层进行切割,所以可保证基体的一表面完全被软质层覆盖,避免了不良品的出现。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明模制品10,包括一软质层12及一基体14。该软质层12为皮革或织物或布制成,如天然皮革、人造皮革、棉织物、纤维织物、毛织物,塑料织物或尼龙布等。本较佳实施方式的软质层12为人造皮革、棉织物或尼龙布。该软质层12具有一与基体14接合的接合面122,该接合面122为一粗糙面或毛面,其上具有若干毛面结构或微细结构。
该基体14为可注射成型的材料经过注射成型制成,该可注射成型的材料为塑料、橡胶或硅胶,其中塑料材料可为聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)、聚碳酸酯(PC,polycarbonate)、聚醯亚胺、液晶聚合物、聚醚醯亚胺、聚苯硫、聚飒、聚苯乙烯、乙二醇改性聚酯及聚丙烯聚合物中的一种或多种。该基体14优选为丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)或聚碳酸酯(PC,polycarbonate)材料。所述丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物及聚碳酸酯与皮革或织物具有良好的接合效果,特别是与人造皮革、棉织物或尼龙布的接合效果更佳。
基体14以注塑成型的方式成型于软质层12的接合面122,以此使基体14热熔接合于软质层12。接合面22的毛面结构或微细结构,增加了该软质层12与基体14的接合面积,进一步增强了两者的接合效果。
本发明较佳实施例的模制品10的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
提供一软质层12,该软质层12的尺寸略大于待成型模制品10的尺寸。该软质层12由皮革、织物及布中的任一种制成,如天然皮革、人造皮革、棉织物、纤维织物、毛织物、塑料织物或尼龙等。该软质层12具有一接合面122,该接合面122为一粗糙面或毛面,接合面122具有多个微细结构;提供一注射模具,请参阅图2所示,该注射模具包括一母模32及一与该母模32配合的一公模34,该母模32开设有一模穴322,该公模34设置有一凸起342,同时一流道3422贯穿该凸起342及该公模34。
将该软质层12贴合在与公模34相对的母模32的表面上,且软质层12的接合面122与该公模34相对。
请参阅图3,将该母模32与该公模34合模,该软质层12被凸起342顶入模穴322中并贴合在该公模34的一侧,同时由母模32与该公模34围成一模腔36。
请一并参阅图4及图5,熔融的注射成型的材料通过流道3422被注射于该模腔36内,该注射成型的材料可为丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物或聚碳酸酯材料。该熔融的注射成型的材料推动贴合在该公模34一侧的软质层12向该母模32一侧移动,当注射成型的材料将所述模腔36充填满时,该模腔36内的软质层12贴合在该母模32上,此时由注射成型的材料成型成所述基体14,同时所述软质层12与该基体14一体成型为一具有软质层12的半成品20,该软质层12与该基体14的边缘结合处形成一该模制品10的外轮廓线202,该软质层12上位于该外轮廓线202以外的为待切除部。
然后,冷却所述注射模具后开模,将形成的半成品20取出。
最后,对该半成品20的软质层12的待切除部进行激光切割,以形成该模制品10。其具体过程是:提供一激光切割机,其包括一固定治具80及一设置于该固定治具上方的激光头90。将半成品20上形成的模制品10的外轮廓线202导入该激光切割机的控制系统中。再在控制系统中进行路径编辑,以使该激光切割机的激光头90的切割路径与该外轮廓线202相同。最后将该半成品20固定在该治具上,由该激光头90发出激光束902对该半成品20的外轮廓线202以外的软质层12即所述待切除部切除,以形成该模制品10。
通过激光对该半成品20边缘多余的软质层12进行切割,可使模制品10的边缘光滑平整。同时,将半成品20制造完成后,再对软质层12进行切割,所以可保证基体14的一表面完全被软质层12覆盖,避免了不良品的出现。
所述制造方法的步骤还可包括对软质层12的接合面122进行粗糙化处理的步骤,例如对软质层进行打磨处理或喷砂处理获得该微细结构或使该微细结构更粗糙的步骤。

Claims (10)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种模制品的制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    提供一软质层,该软质层为皮革、织物及布中的任一种;
    提供一注射模具,该注射模具包括一母模及一与该母模配合的一公模;
    将所述软质层设置在公模与母模之间;
    将该母模与该公模合模,由母模与该公模围成一模腔;
    将熔融的注射成型的材料注射于该模腔内形成一基体,同时该注射成型的材料与所述软质层一体结合形成一所述基体与软质层结合的半成品,同时该半成品边缘形成多余的软质层;
    开模取出该半成品;
    采用激光切割切除所述半成品边缘多余的软质层,获得所述模制品。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的模制品的制造方法,其特征在于:该切割过程由一激光切割机完成。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的模制品的制造方法,其特征在于:该激光切割的步骤包括如下子步骤:提供一激光切割机,其包括一固定治具及一设置于该固定治具上方的激光头;将该半成品固定在该固定治具上;开启激光头发出激光对该所述半成品边缘多余的软质层进行切割。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的模制品的制造方法,其特征在于:该激光切割的步骤还包括于开启所述激光头之前,将所述模制品的外轮廓线输入该激光切割机及对激光头运动路径依据所述外轮廓线进行编辑的步骤。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的模制品的制造方法,其特征在于:将所述软质层贴合在与公模相对的母模的表面上。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的模制品的制造方法,其特征在于:所述提供软质层的步骤还包括一对该软质层进行粗糙化处理的步骤,以使所述软质层具有一粗糙接合面,该基体嵌入该接合面内。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的模制品的制造方法,其特征在于:所述粗糙化处理的步骤为对软质层进行打磨处理或者喷砂处理。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的模制品的制造方法,其特征在于:该基体为塑料、橡胶或硅胶材料。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的模制品的制造方法,其特征在于:所述皮革选自天然皮革及人造皮革中的任一种。
  10. 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的模制品的制造方法,其特征在于:所述织物选自毛织物、棉织物、纤维织物、塑料织物及尼龙布中的任一种。
