Description

技术领域
本发明涉及配送连续物件,尤其涉及在一种易打开的储存单元中配送物件。
背景技术
传统地,病人和其他服用药品的人以及他们的看护人员执行按周计算来装药的规矩。这些人把用于其药品贮藏的他们的储存罐和瓶子以及其它贮物器收集起来,并把药装在依照七天设置的容器里。容器的每个格子装有一天或一段特定时间的全部药品。服药的时候需要服药的人或者看护人员知道补给药片储存在哪里、需要吃哪些药以及在什么时间吃。对许多服药的人来说,药瓶上的印刷字太小而无法阅读。盖子和封口装置会很难去除,将小药片移送到适合的小格子容器中也会是一种考验。
发明内容
因此本发明的一个目的是提供一系列的连续储存单元,用于陈列在易打开的储存单元中的小物件例如零件或药品。在储存单元上有可裂口的泡状结构,受挤压会使得边缘破裂而形成剥离片(flap),将该剥离片向回拉可以打开储存单元。自组装产品会需要许多组装步骤,涉及到成百上千的多尺寸的小零件,例如螺栓、螺母、垫圈、螺丝钉、支架和小工具。每个步骤都需要特定的一组零件。装配工必须以特定的顺序定位并使用各个零件,以有序地组装产品。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一系列连续的储存单元,由具有资质的人在控制条件下往这些储存单元中装入药品。这些储存单元可以在大医院以及邮购的药品仓库自动装填。订单的货物由受过训练的职员和熟练技术人员利用可靠的电脑和庞大的数据库来供应。
本发明的进一步的目的是提供一系列的连续储存单元,用于将连续配送的药品连续陈列。当各个储存单元被陈列并且药品被取出时,可以直观地知道下一个储存单元是剩下的储存单元中的哪一个。

通用实施方式(附图1A、1B、1C)
装置10以特定的顺序配送具有特定数量的特定物件,例如特定剂量的药品10M(见图1A)。柔性的顶部薄片12C受压并与底部薄片12B有选择地接合(见图1B),因此两个相对的薄片的选择性接合形成了一系列连续的储存单元10X、10Y和10Z。通过受压而有选择地接合,在各个储存单元周围形成了周边密封,其具有易拆密封部分和破坏性密封部分。储存单元10Y的周边密封具有易拆密封部分14F(无阴影线)和破坏性密封部分14D(双阴影线)。通过将两薄片一起热压而形成的易拆密封部分可以在不对任何一薄片造成损伤的情况下简单地把它们拉开而分离。但是破坏性密封部分就无法在不对一个或两个上述薄片造成损伤的情况下分开。

因为在形成密封的挤压阶段采用了较高的温度和/或压力和/或挤压持续时间,破坏性密封部分的强度比易拆密封部分的强度大。也就是说,破坏性密封部分比易拆密封部分更可靠地熔合在一起。优选地,腔密封的强度比不牢固的易拆密封部分的强度大但是没有大到像破坏性密封部分一样坚固。腔密封的强度比不牢固的易拆密封部分的大,这样腔密封在泡状结构裂口形成周边破裂的过程中不会分开。腔密封的强度比坚固的破坏性密封部分小,这样在易拆密封部分破裂后药品腔能够被拉开。
于2004年4月27日授予本申请发明人的美国专利6,726,364显示了一种裂口的泡状结构,该泡状结构提供了沿着一周边裂口部分的相对的剥离片。使用者将剥离片反向剥开,从而将腔打开现出产品。在此通过引用的方式将美国专利6,726,364的主题完全结合到此公开中。
对角线腔密封(图1A)
在各个储存单元中的腔密封可以对角地横过在药品腔和腔入口区之间的储存单元而延伸。对角线腔密封14S(见图1A)为药品腔16M和腔入口区16R形成了三角形结构。该三角形药品腔具有沿着两直角边的破坏性密封部分14D(左和右)和沿着斜边的对角线腔密封14S。三角形腔入口区具有沿着两直角边的易拆密封部分14F(左和右)和沿着斜边的腔密封14S。腔密封大约是易拆密封部分的单个直角边长度的1.4倍。当腔密封被分开时,使用者用手指或手最大限度地获取药品腔中的药品。也可以使用其他非对角线的结构。图2显示了一种不对称的实施方式,其中腔入口区26R被限制成为在角部20K处的小区域。图3显示了一种直型的实施方式,其中药品腔36M比腔入口区36R大。

带条的实施方式(图3)
底部薄片和顶部薄片可以是以带状队列连续提供一系列连续储存单元的带条。底部薄片带条32B(见图3)可以比顶部薄片带条32C宽,并且延伸超过顶部薄片的周边易拆密封部分34F。这样的延伸提供了抓持板32T,用于在所储存的药品被配送时抓持住它。抓持板可以具有升高的边缘坎,用于将药品保留在抓持板上。
两个相对的薄片的带条可以缠绕到配送卷轴48上(见图4),其具有内侧固定(mooring)端48M和外侧末端48T,用于从末端起连续提供连续储存单元的带条。可以设有药品分配器48D,用于支撑配送卷轴和储存单元。药品40M可以是真空包装在储存单元带条上的密封药品腔中。将空气从药品腔中抽出减少了所需的运载体积和卷轴尺寸。即使轻度真空就能够在搬运和处理过程中将药品锁定在位置上,防止它们互相摩擦。可选择地,可以在密封药品腔中提供有惰性气体用于保存药品。在药品腔被封闭之前对其进行吹氮处理以替换周围的氧气。
顶部薄片可以是透明的,允许通过视觉对药品进行分辨。对使用者或看护人员来说,常常仅通过颜色、尺寸或形状来对药品进行识别。上述薄片可以标有颜色,以表示当天服药的时间段。例如,粉色可以表示早上,黄色可以表示中午,蓝色可以表示晚上。可选择地,顶部薄片和底部薄片可以是不透明的,用于防止紫外线和其他光照伤害。
行和列的实施方式(图2和5)
连续的储存单元系列可以是横贯一片两相对薄片的行和列的矩阵。药品的存量可以一目了然。一系列撕离穿孔24P(见图2)横穿过相邻储存单元20U之间的矩阵,从而能够陈列单个的储存单元。药品储存单元可以从矩阵中撕下并单独分配。可选择地,各个连续储存单元可以沿着两个相对的薄片的带条紧紧地与前面的和后面的储存单元固定(见图3)。配送后的空储存单元仍然保留在带条上,连同装有忘记吃的药的完整储存单元一起,作为服药(compliance)的记录。
连续储存单元50U的日历矩阵50可以具有多个与特定月份的星期数对应的水平行。该矩阵也可以具有七个竖直列,与每周七天相对应。使用者可以轻易地找到每天的药品。日历天也可以被分成上午储存单元50A和下午储存单元50P,如图5中的4号星期二所示。日历矩阵的底部薄片可以具有足够的刚性以自我站立,并用作直立的展示台,展示储存单元矩阵和连续地储存在其中的药品。
医疗数据
与药品相关的医疗数据可以与各个储存单元相关联。药品的名称和剂量可以和时间表(日期和当天服药的时间)一起列出。还可以列明主要的副作用和急救号码,病人的名字年龄,以及医生或者看护人员的名字。医疗数据可以直接印在薄片上,或者随后印在贴在薄片上的标签30L上(见图3),或者插在药品腔或腔入口区里。基本信息可以包括在快速扫描格式例如条形码中。更多的扩展数据例如医疗史可以包括在适合的大型数据格式例如语音数字数据中。
工业应用

1.一种装置,用于以特定的顺序配送具有特定数量的特定物件,包括:

物件腔,在各个储存单元内部紧邻破坏性密封部分,用于储存具有特定数量的特定物件;
腔入口区,在各个储存单元内部紧邻易拆密封部分,用于通向物件腔;
腔密封,其通过将所述两个相对的薄片有选择地接合而形成,并横过位于物件腔和腔入口区之间的各个储存单元延伸;
可裂口的泡状结构,在易拆密封部分和腔密封之间的各个腔入口区内,并在有选择的接合过程中由所述两个相对的薄片形成;
所述泡状结构在所施加的压力作用下朝向储存单元的易拆密封部分而扩张,这一扩张将形成所述泡状结构的两个相对的薄片分离,直到泡状结构在易拆密封部分产生周边破裂;以及
柔性剥离片,在泡状结构裂口时由柔性顶部薄片沿着破裂的易拆密封部分而形成,当需要配送物件腔中储存的物件时,将所述柔性剥离片从底部薄片上剥离,分开腔密封以打开物件腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述柔性剥离片位于各个储存单元的角部。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在各个所述储存单元内的所述腔密封对角地横过在物件腔和腔入口区之间的储存单元而延伸。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述底部薄片也是柔性的,并形成一剥离片,该剥离片与由柔性顶部薄片形成的剥离片相对。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述底部薄片和所述顶部薄片都是条片,形成具有两个相对的薄片的带条,用于连续陈列一系列连续的储存单元。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括一系列撕离穿孔,这些穿孔横穿所述连续的储存单元之间的具有两个相对薄片的带条,以允许将单个储存单元陈列出来。

9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括分配器,其用于在将具有连续的储存单元的带条连续陈列的过程中支撑配送卷轴。
10.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,各个所述连续储存单元紧紧地与前面的储存单元和后面的储存单元沿着具有相对薄片的带条而固定。
11.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述顶部薄片是透明的,使得所述物件能够通过视觉辨认。
12.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述顶部薄片和所述底部薄片是不透明的。
13.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括与各个储存单元和其中所储存的物件相关的物件数据。
14.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述特定的物件是以特定的顺序配送的具有特定剂量的特定药品。
15.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连续储存单元的系列是横贯相对薄片的行列矩阵。
16.如权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述底部薄片具有足够的刚性以自我站立,并用作直立展示台展示储存单元矩阵和连续地储存在其中的药品。
17.如权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连续储存单元的行列矩阵具有与特定月份的星期数相对应的多个水平行,以及与一周七天相对应的七个竖直列。
18.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述药品被真空包装于所述密封药品腔中。
19.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述密封药品腔中进一步包括惰性气体,用于保存药品。
