Abstract
本发明目的在于提供一种轮胎,特别是对设置在胎面的胎肩部的散热单元进行改进,来防止胎面的异常磨损的汽车用轮胎。以往在行驶中的轮胎中,为了放出带束边缘(Edge)的热,提出有在胎肩部形成散热孔,或者形成去耦槽等的单元,然而仅仅如此则散热效果不充分,另外,缺乏防止因胎面和胎侧的连动所引起的异常磨损的功能。因此,本发明,在离开带束层边缘部的胎肩部,沿圆周方向形成槽,且在该槽内设置散热孔,在散热孔与相邻的散热孔之间,且在胎肩的上段部和槽的下部,分别形成散热槽,由此能够提高散热效果,并隔断胎面和胎侧的连动,从而防止胎面的异常磨损。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮胎,特别是涉及通过在与胎面连接的胎肩部改进形成散热单元,能够降低胎面的异常磨损的汽车用轮胎。
背景技术
在汽车用轮胎的胎面设置有多层带束,例如,观察如图3所示的以往的轮胎时,设置于胎面(101)的内部底部的多个带束层(104),通过使其末端的位置不同来分散剪切应力,其中,第2带束(104a)和第3带束(104b),其末端延伸到胎肩(109)侧的附近,在轮胎行驶中,该带束(104)的末端的运动活跃,特别是产生了很多的热。
即,由于连接上述胎面(101)和胎侧(102)的胎肩(109)的厚度较厚,因此迅速地向外部放出由第2带束(104a)和第3带束(104b)产生的热是有限的,上述胎面(101)会因与胎侧(102)一起连动变动的力偶(Couple)运动,而使异常磨损的产生几率提高。
另一方面,以往,为了放出从上述那样的胎肩(109)所产生的热,提出有如图4所示的轮胎,这是,在连接胎面(101)和胎侧(102)的胎肩(109)上形成散热孔(110),或形成去耦槽(Decoupling Groove),从而将从带束的末端传来的热,经胎肩(109)而向外部发散,然而在这样的散热构造中,胎肩的散热效果不充分,另外,无法有效地隔断胎面(101)和胎侧(102)的连动,因而缺乏防止上述胎面(101)的异常磨损的功能。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种提高胎肩的散热效果,进而隔断胎面部和胎侧的连动,从而能够减少胎面部的异常磨损现象的汽车用轮胎。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明提供具有如下构造的轮胎,即,在离开带束的边缘部(Edge)的胎肩部上,沿圆周方向形成槽,并在该槽内的底面部进一步等间隔地形成散热孔,在上述散热孔与相邻的散热孔之间,在与胎面连接的胎肩的上段部和槽的下部,分别形成有上段散热槽和下段连结散热槽。

具体实施方式
以下,参照例示附图对本发明进行详细地说明。
图1是表示本发明涉及的在胎肩形成有散热槽的汽车用轮胎的图,表示与轮胎中的胎面(1)和胎侧(2)连接的胎肩(9)的局部的轮胎局部剖开立体图,图2是图1的I-I的线剖视图。
本发明的汽车用轮胎,由胎面(1)、胎侧(2)以及胎圈部构成,在该胎面(1)的内部底部,设置有由多个带束(42、43)积层而成的带束层(4),其中,在离开上述带束层(4)边缘部的胎肩(9),沿圆周方向形成槽(5),且在该槽(5)的底面部内进一步等间隔地形成多个散热孔(6),在上述散热孔(6)与相邻的散热孔(6)之间,且在与胎面(1)连接的胎肩(9)的上段部和槽(5)的下部上,分别形成有上段散热槽(7)和下段连结散热槽(8)。
在此,优选地,在上述槽(5)和该槽(5)的底面部上所形成的散热孔(6)的深度形成方向为,朝向带束层(4)中的第二带束(43)和第三带束(42)的边缘方向,且沿上述胎肩(9)的圆周方向所形成的槽(5)的深度(D)为3~5mm,在该槽(5)的底面部等间隔地形成的多个散热孔(6)的深度(d)为1~2mm。
这样的本发明,通过在胎肩部沿圆周方向形成的槽,来进行散热作用,并且通过胎肩的上段部和槽的下部的散热槽以及在槽内所形成的散热孔,来提高散热的效果,此外,上述槽发挥去耦槽的作用,并隔断带束和胎侧的连动(Coupling movement),从而防止胎面的异常磨损,此外还具有使施加于胎圈部的应力减少的效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种在胎肩形成有散热槽的汽车用轮胎,其由胎面、胎侧以及胎圈部构成,在该胎面的内部底部,设置有由多个带束积层而成的带束层,其特征在于,
在离开上述带束层的边缘部的胎肩部,沿圆周方向形成槽,且在该槽的底面部进一步等间隔地形成多个散热孔,在上述散热孔与相邻的散热孔之间,且在与胎面连接的胎肩的上段部和槽的下部,分别形成有上段散热槽和下段连结散热槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的在胎肩形成有散热槽的汽车用轮胎,其特征在于,
上述槽和散热孔的深度形成方向形成为,朝向带束层中的第二及第三带束的边缘方向。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的在胎肩形成有散热槽的汽车用轮胎,其特征在于,
上述槽的深度(D)为3~5mm,散热孔的深度(d)为1~2mm。
