Abstract

本发明公开了一种带网格加强筋的汽车制动鼓,它包括制动鼓鼓体,在制动鼓鼓体的外圆周表面上设置有网格状加强筋,该网格状加强筋由与制动鼓鼓体轴线垂直的多个环形加强筋和与制动鼓鼓体轴线平行的若干条状加强筋构成。网格状加强筋不但可明显地提高制动鼓的强度、增加刚度的作用,减少由于热量和制动力作用使制动鼓开裂、变形的几率,保持制动蹄与制动鼓良好的贴合。同时也增加了制动鼓的散热面积,从而可有效降低制动鼓温度,降低了对钢圈和轮胎的热量影响,提高制动鼓、摩擦片及轮胎的使用寿命,有效防止由于制动鼓龟裂、轮胎爆胎而引发的事故,提高了行车的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制动鼓,具体涉及一种带网格加强筋的汽车制动鼓。 
背景技术
目前,国内外生产使用的汽车制动鼓鼓体大部分为光滑外表面,有部分产品的外表面设置有若干条纵向与汽车制动鼓的轴向平行的筋条,这种结构的制动鼓存在以下不足: 
(1)强度低、鼓体容易发生疲劳开裂,从而引起制动失灵发生事故,纵向筋对此毫无加强作用。 
(2)散热差,制动产生的热量散发慢,从而汽车制动鼓和汽车制动蹄升温快速,降低了摩擦系数,影响了制动效果。 
(3)在使用中,由于热量和制动力的作用,汽车制动鼓极易产生形变,影响汽车制动蹄与汽车制动鼓的贴合,降低制动效果。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种带网格加强筋的汽车制动鼓,它可明显提高鼓体的强度和刚度,具有较好的散热效果,确保制动性能良好,提高行车安全性能。 
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种带网格加强筋的汽车制动鼓,它包括制动鼓鼓体,其特征在于:在制动鼓鼓体的外圆周表面上设置有网格状加强筋,该网格状加强筋由与制动鼓鼓体轴线垂直的多个环形加强筋和与制动鼓鼓体轴线平行的若干条状加强筋构成。 
所述环形加强筋和条状加强筋的横截面为半园形、三角形、梯形或矩形。 
在所述制动鼓鼓体上设置有2~6个环形加强筋和4~30个条状加强筋。 
所述网格状加强筋与制动鼓鼓体铸造为一体。 
本发明相对于现有技术的汽车制动鼓具有如下优点:(1)由于在制动鼓鼓体的外圆周表面上设置有网格状加强筋,使得制动鼓鼓体强度和刚度高、鼓体不容易发生疲劳开裂;(2)增加了散热面积,使得汽车制动鼓散热好,制动产生的热量散发快,保持了汽车制动鼓良好的制动效果;(3)在使用中,由于设置网格状加强筋,汽车制动鼓不易产生形变,不会影响汽车制动蹄与汽车制动鼓的贴合,提高制动效果;(4)由于本发明设置了网格状加强筋,增加了汽车制动鼓的强度,在生产时就可以适当的减少汽车制动鼓壁厚度,实现轻量化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。 
如图1所示,一种带网格加强筋的汽车制动鼓,它包括制动鼓鼓体1,在制动鼓鼓体1的外圆周表面上设置有网格状加强筋,该网格状加强筋由与制动鼓鼓体轴线垂直的四个环形加强筋2和与制动鼓鼓体轴线平行的二十四个条状加强筋3构成。 
如图2所示,构成网格加强筋的环形加强筋2和条状加强筋3的四种横断面形状,这四种形状分别是半园形、三角形、梯形和矩形。实际应用这只是四种常用的形状,本发明主权利要求保护的范围不仅仅局限于这几种形状。 

Claims (3)

1.一种带网格加强筋的汽车制动鼓,它包括制动鼓鼓体(1),其特征在于:在制动鼓鼓体(1)的外圆周表面上设置有网格状加强筋(2、3),该网格状加强筋(2、3)由与制动鼓鼓体轴线垂直的多个环形加强筋(2)和与制动鼓鼓体轴线平行的若干条状加强筋(3)构成,所述网格状加强筋(2、3)与制动鼓鼓体(1)铸造为一体。
2.按照权利要求1所述的带网格加强筋的汽车制动鼓,其特征在于:所述环形加强筋(2)和条状加强筋(3)的横截面为半圆形、三角形、梯形或矩形。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的带网格加强筋的汽车制动鼓,其特征在于:在所述制动鼓鼓体上设置有2~6个环形加强筋(2)和4~30个条状加强筋(3)。
