本发明涉及一种用于汽车部件的、尤其是用于车辆座椅的调整装置。
这种调整装置已普遍地公知。例如由德国公开专利申请DE 197 25899 A1公知了一种调整装置或一种调整驱动装置,尤其是用于手动调整车辆座椅的高度或倾斜度的调整装置或调整驱动装置。该驱动操作杆与锁紧装置相耦合,该锁紧装置可与一个布置在驱动齿轮的圆周上的齿部啮合。该调整驱动装置还包括一个布置在一个制动壳体中的制动装置。在这种情况下,设置一个深拉的锅作为容纳制动器的制动壳体。由此产生例如这样的缺点:该制动壳体的深拉的锅必须在大表面积上成形以形成所述制动壳体,一方面,这会带来偏高的成本,另一方面,还存在为了保证调整装置所需的稳定性和调整装置的相应的尺寸精确度而带来的成本。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于汽车部件的、尤其是用于车辆座椅的调整装置,该调整装置可通过尤其轻便、简单、结构紧凑且成本低廉的方式制造,尽管如此,为了保证可靠的工作以及同样为了在通常约为10至20年的整个寿命上功能可靠的工作,该调整装置仍然具有所需的尺寸精确度。
所述目的通过一种用于汽车部件的、尤其是用于车辆座椅的调整装置来实现,该调整装置具有一个制动壳体和一个致动旋转轴,此外,该制动壳体在致动旋转轴的径向方向上基本上借助于一个基本呈板状延伸的壳体部件构成。因此,可以简单的方法制造一个特别稳定的制动壳体,该制动壳体正好在产生最大的力的方向上、即在致动旋转轴的径向方向上具有特别高的稳定性,并且所述稳定性几乎可以任何这样的方式增加,即在适当的材料厚度下和在适当的制动壳体内径下,仅形成更大的用于构成该壳体部件的板状材料,以使壳体部件的绕该制动壳体的凹槽保留的边缘更大。
根据本发明,优选地,调整装置具有一个法兰部件,该制动壳体在致动旋转轴的至少一个轴向方向上基本上借助于该法兰部件构成。因此,可以简单的手段得到一个稳定的制动壳体,该制动壳体一方面具有较大的结构紧凑性,另一方面很易于装配,因为对于该制动壳体的内部,法兰部件能够防护或保护在该制动壳体中的部件以免丢失。此外,根据本发明,优选该法兰部件和该壳体部件尤其是借助于螺纹连接、铆接或夹紧而彼此连接以构成该制动壳体。因此可实现该制动壳体的特别稳定的连接或特别稳定的构型。
根据本发明,还优选该壳体部件具有平行于该壳体部件的主延伸平面的、成平行面的侧面。因此,一方面该壳体部件可以特别准确和尺寸精确的方式构成,另一方面可简单且成本低廉地生产,因为可仅使用板材来构成该壳体部件,此外,这种板材不需要或仅仅需要很小的变形。

Claims (10)
