Abstract

本发明涉及载重车辆用轮胎,特别是用于提供改善第二带束层和第三带束层的端部的分离现象的轮胎。本发明提供下述轮胎,其是以通过将第二带束层和第三带束层的端部相互连结,使得第二带束层和第三带束层的端部不分离的方式构成的轮胎,特别是使第二带束层向两侧延长,并在第二带束层的两端设置边缘垫后,将第二带束层的两端向内侧卷起,包围边缘垫而形成第三带束层。

技术领域
本发明涉及充气子午线轮胎,更具体而言涉及载重用卡车、公共汽车的轮胎。
背景技术
载重用充气子午线轮胎,与轿车用轮胎相比承受较大的载荷,因此充填较多的空气来提高空气压力,为此带束层端部的移动较大,该移动作用为带束层端部的剪切应力而成为带束层端部分离(Separation)的原因。而且,近年来的载重用轮胎也趋于扁平化,这样的扁平化更增加了对带束层的负荷,因而越发容易产生上述带束层端部的分离。
为了防止出现该现象,一直以来在第二带束层和第三带束层的两端部之间插入带束层边缘垫(belt edge cushion)来成形轮胎。然而,这样的方法也难以解决带束层端部的分离问题,而依然产生的带束层端部的分离问题影响到对于品质的信赖性。
发明内容
因此,本发明目的在于抑制第二带束层和第三带束层之间产生的分离现象从而提高轮胎耐久性。
为此,本发明通过将第二带束层和第三带束层的端部相互连结,使得第二带束层和第三带束层的端部不分离,由此解决了第二带束层和第三带束层的端部的分离问题。本发明提供的轮胎,为了使第二带束层和第三带束层不分离,而将第二带束层向两侧延长,并在第二带束层两端设置边缘垫后,将第二带束层两端向内侧卷起包围边缘垫而形成第三带束层。

具体实施方式
针对由胎面、胎侧和胎圈部构成、且在胎面上设置了三层以上的加强带束层的轮胎,本发明提供的轮胎,其构成为:在形成第二带束层2和第三带束层3时,通过将第二带束层2和第三带束层3的端部相互连结,而使第二带束层2和第三带束层3的端部不分离。
对于连结第二带束层2和第三带束层3的端部的手段,虽然也可以采取以铆钉等进行结合的手段,然而本发明所提供的轮胎,是在第二带束层2的两端部设置边缘垫5,并使超过边缘垫5的第二带束层2的两侧向内侧卷起,包围边缘垫5而形成第三带束层3。
在实施上述的本发明时,优选为,通过提供对第二带束层2和第三带束层3进行封装化,从而使生胎的成型变得容易。
上述的本发明,为了强化第二带束层2和第三带束层3的粘接状态,优选为,在第二带束层2和第三带束层3之间设置橡胶片6。优选为,橡胶片6具有中央填充部61,该中央填充部61填充第三带束层3的中央部两端31之间的隔离部。
附图中,未说明的符号1是第一带束层,未说明的符号4是第四带束层。
如上构成的本发明,由于第二带束层和第三带束层的端部是相互连结的状态,因此能够抑制带束层端部的分离,提高带束层耐久性。另外,通过确保足够的带束层边缘垫(或带)标距,而能够有效地抑制带束层端部因剪切应力而出现的分离。

Claims (4)

1.一种载重车辆用轮胎,由胎面、胎侧和胎圈部构成、且在胎面上设置了三层以上的加强带束层,其特征在于,构成为:
将第二带束层和第三带束层的端部设置成相互连结在一起,使第二带束层和第三带束层的端部不分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的载重车辆用轮胎,其特征在于,
设置成将第二带束层和第三带束层连结在一起,即:在第二带束层的两端部设置边缘垫,并将超过边缘垫的第二带束层的两侧向内侧卷起包围边缘垫而形成第三带束层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的载重车辆用轮胎,其特征在于,
在第二带束层和第三带束层之间设置橡胶片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的载重车辆用轮胎,其特征在于,
橡胶片具有中央填充部,该中央填充部填充第三带束层的中央部两端之间的隔离部。
