Description

技术领域
本发明涉及用于动力驱动扭矩增强器的反作用臂,以及设有反作用臂的动力驱动扭矩增强器。 
背景技术
动力驱动扭矩增强器或扭矩增效器可用于两种速度,一种是高速,用以在螺栓或类似物上旋下或旋上螺母,一种是低速,用以对螺母施加高扭矩,以便紧固或松开螺母。 
扭矩增强器需要使用反作用装置将转动螺母期间产生的反作用力转移给一固定物体。这就带来了这样的问题,旋下速度必须被限制,以避免通常抵接在与待紧固的螺母相邻的螺母上的反作用臂高速撞击在该相邻螺母上,这可能导致严重的事故,比如在操作者手指挡道的情况下。

具体实施方式
如图所示,动力驱动扭矩增强器具有外壳,所述外壳用参考数字1标记,其具有手柄2。扭矩增强器具有马达3和例如行星类型的单级齿轮增效器4,所述单级齿轮增效器4由马达3驱动,其具有输出轴5。

在附图所示的位置,由太阳齿轮6形成的第二耦合器通过太阳齿 轮6的内表面与输出轴5以及驱动轴7的外表面相结合而将马达3驱动的单级增效器4的输出轴5与驱动轴7相连。当驱动轴7的输出端8与螺母相啮合并且接通扭矩增强器时,马达3通过单级增效器4和轴5以高速、低扭矩转动驱动轴7,使螺母旋下或旋上以便紧固或松开,例如以便在最初阶段在螺栓上高速、低扭矩地旋下螺母,在最初阶段,螺母与插有螺栓的物体间隔开一段距离。 
而当必须将螺母紧固在螺栓上时,必须以低速对螺母施加高扭矩。为此,反作用臂31从附图中实线所示的位置转动至虚线所示的位置。反作用臂31的所述部分32顺时针绕轴线A转动,在附图中向右推动切换元件19的杆20。带有突起22的杆20使耦合器或太阳齿轮6位移至附图的右边,这样,太阳齿轮6与驱动轴7的后端脱开,而太阳齿轮6的外齿与多级行星齿轮组的第一级的行星齿轮9的外齿相啮合。同时,切换元件19的杆20的突起21使第二耦合器16向右位移,使其突起17结合在多级行星齿轮组的第二级的托架24的相应凹坑中。

附图中实线所示的反作用臂31的位置对应于扭矩增强器高速、低扭矩运行的运行模式,而虚线所示的反作用臂31的位置对应于扭矩增强器低速、高扭矩运行时的运行模式。 
在上述第一位置,反作用臂31大体上垂直于扭矩增强器和外壳1的轴线B延伸,而在所述第二位置,反作用臂31大体上在扭矩增强器和外壳1的轴线B的方向上延伸。
在附图中实线所示的反作用臂的位置,正如上面所述的,扭矩增强器高速、低扭矩运行,由于扭矩低,操作者可以把持反作用臂、尤其是其部分38。但是,当扭矩增强器必须低速、高扭矩运行以紧固螺母时,操作者不能接受高扭矩,反作用臂31、尤其是其部分38抵靠在相邻的固定物体上,例如与待紧固的螺母相邻的螺母上。

Claims (6)

1.一种反作用臂,其用于动力驱动扭矩增强器,所述动力驱动扭矩增强器具有带有轴线的外壳、扭矩增强器装置和用于使扭矩增强器装置在高速/低扭矩与低速/高扭矩之间切换的切换装置,这样当所述反作用臂处于第一位置时,扭矩增强器装置以高速/低扭矩操作,所述反作用臂能用作操作者的手柄,当所述反作用臂处于第二位置时,扭矩增强器装置以低速/高扭矩操作,所述反作用臂能够抵靠在一固定物体上,因为操作者不能接受高扭矩,其中,所述反作用臂配置成,使得当该反作用臂处于所述第一位置时,其激活所述切换装置,这样,所述切换装置将所述外壳和所述扭矩增强器装置彼此连接,以从低速/高扭矩改变到高速/低扭矩。
