Abstract

detecting the running state of the self, judging whether the running state of the self accords with the local playing strategy or not, and playing the advertisement data which accords with the local playing strategy when the running state of the self accords with the local playing strategy;
otherwise, according to the received real-time playing strategy, the advertisement data corresponding to the real-time playing strategy is played in real time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining advertisement data from an advertisement application server comprises:
receiving advertisement updating information actively pushed by the advertisement application server;
and downloading the advertisement data from the advertisement application server according to the received advertisement updating information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining advertisement data from an advertisement application server comprises:
according to a preset period, sending an advertisement updating request message to the advertisement application server;
receiving an advertisement updating response message containing advertisement updating information sent by the advertisement application server;
and downloading the advertisement data from the advertisement application server according to the received advertisement updating information.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the advertisement update information at least comprises: an advertisement identification and an advertisement download address;
and downloading the advertisement data corresponding to the advertisement identification from the advertisement application server according to the advertisement downloading address.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein after the step of storing the retrieved advertisement data, the method further comprises:
receiving a local play strategy download address actively pushed by the advertisement application server;
downloading the local playing strategy from the advertisement application server according to the received local playing strategy downloading address; storing the downloaded local playing strategy;
and playing the advertisement data corresponding to the local playing strategy at preset time according to the stored local playing strategy.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein after the step of storing the retrieved advertisement data, the method further comprises:
sending a playing control request message to the advertisement application server according to the preset period;
receiving a play control response message containing a control information download address from the advertisement application server;
downloading the local playing strategy from the advertisement application server according to the received control information downloading address;
storing the downloaded local play strategy;
and playing the advertisement data corresponding to the local playing strategy at preset time according to the stored local playing strategy.
7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein after the step of playing the advertisement data corresponding to the real-time playing strategy in real time or playing the advertisement data corresponding to the local playing strategy at a predetermined time, the method further comprises:
counting the playing times of the advertisement data;
and reporting the playing times of the advertisement data to the advertisement application server.

an advertisement data acquisition unit for acquiring advertisement data from an advertisement application server;
an advertisement data storage unit for storing the acquired advertisement data;
the advertisement data playing unit is used for receiving a real-time playing strategy transmitted by the advertisement application server through the call establishment signaling, receiving a download address of a local playing strategy pushed by the advertisement application server, and downloading the local playing strategy according to the download address of the local playing strategy; detecting the running state of the self-body, judging whether the running state of the self-body accords with the local playing strategy or not, and playing the advertisement data which accords with the local playing strategy when the running state of the self-body accords with the local playing strategy; otherwise, according to the received real-time playing strategy, the advertisement data corresponding to the real-time playing strategy is played in real time.

receiving the playing times of the advertisement data actively reported by the terminal; or actively inquiring the playing times of the advertisement data of the terminal; and analyzing the advertisement data played by the terminal according to the playing times of the advertisement data.
21. A server for implementing advertisement playing, the server comprising:
the updating information sending unit is used for sending advertisement updating information to a terminal, and the advertisement updating information is used for the terminal to download the advertisement data for storage;
a control information sending unit, configured to send a real-time playing policy to a terminal through a call setup signaling, and push a download address of a local playing policy to the terminal, so that the terminal downloads the local playing policy according to the download address of the local playing policy, where the real-time playing policy is used to control the terminal to play the advertisement data corresponding to the real-time playing policy in real time, and the local playing policy allows the terminal to determine whether an operating state of the terminal matches the local playing policy, and when the operating state of the terminal matches the local playing policy, the terminal plays the advertisement data according to the local playing policy.
22. The server according to claim 21, wherein the update information sending unit is further configured to actively push the advertisement update information to the terminal.
23. The server according to claim 21, wherein the update information sending unit is further configured to receive an advertisement update request message periodically sent by the terminal, and send the advertisement update information to the terminal through an advertisement update response message.
24. The server according to claim 22 or 23, wherein the advertisement update information includes at least: advertisement identification and advertisement download address.
25. The server according to claim 22, wherein the control information sending unit is further configured to actively push a download address of the local playback policy to the terminal; the local playing strategy downloading address is used for the terminal to download the stored local playing strategy so as to control the terminal to play the advertisement data corresponding to the local playing strategy at preset time according to the stored local playing strategy.
26. The server according to claim 23, wherein the control information sending unit is further configured to receive a play control request message periodically sent by the terminal, and send a download address of the local play policy to the terminal through a play control response message;
the local playing strategy downloading address is used for the terminal to download the stored local playing strategy so as to control the terminal to play the advertisement data corresponding to the local playing strategy at preset time according to the stored local playing strategy.
27. The server according to claim 25 or 26, wherein the server further comprises: the terminal information counting unit is used for receiving the advertisement data playing times actively reported by the terminal, actively inquiring the advertisement data playing times of the terminal and analyzing the advertisement data played by the terminal according to the obtained advertisement data playing times;
an advertisement data storage unit for storing advertisement data;
the equipment information maintenance unit is used for storing the advertisement updating information of the updated advertisement data of the terminal;
and the control information storage unit is used for storing the local playing strategy.
28. A system for realizing advertisement playing, the system is composed of an advertisement application server and more than one terminal,
the advertisement application server includes: an update information transmitting unit for transmitting advertisement update information to a terminal; a control information sending unit, configured to send a real-time playing policy to a terminal through a call setup signaling, and push a download address of a local playing policy to the terminal, so that the terminal downloads the local playing policy according to the local playing policy download address, where the real-time playing policy is used to control the terminal to play the advertisement data corresponding to the real-time playing policy in real time, and the local playing policy allows the terminal to determine whether an operating state of the terminal conforms to the local playing policy, and when the operating state of the terminal conforms to the local playing policy, cause the terminal to play the advertisement data according to the local playing policy;
the terminal includes: an advertisement data acquisition unit for downloading advertisement data from the advertisement application server according to the received advertisement update information; an advertisement data storage unit for storing the downloaded advertisement data; the advertisement data playing unit is used for receiving a real-time playing strategy transmitted by the advertisement application server through the call establishment signaling, receiving a download address of a local playing strategy pushed by the advertisement application server, and downloading the local playing strategy according to the download address of the local playing strategy; detecting the running state of the self-body, judging whether the running state of the self-body accords with the local playing strategy or not, and playing the advertisement data which accords with the local playing strategy when the running state of the self-body accords with the local playing strategy; otherwise, according to the received real-time playing strategy, the advertisement data corresponding to the real-time playing strategy is played in real time.
29. The system according to claim 28, wherein the update information sending unit of the advertisement application server is further configured to actively push the advertisement update information to the terminal, receive an advertisement update request message periodically sent by the terminal, and send the advertisement update information to the terminal through an advertisement update response message; wherein,
the advertisement update information includes at least: advertisement identification and advertisement download address.
30. The system of claim 29, wherein the advertisement data obtaining unit comprises: the update information request module is used for sending an advertisement update request message to the advertisement application server according to a preset period;
the updating information receiving module is used for receiving the advertisement updating information actively pushed by the advertisement application server and receiving an advertisement updating response message containing the advertisement updating information and sent by the advertisement application server;
and the advertisement data downloading module is used for downloading the advertisement data corresponding to the advertisement identification from the advertisement application server according to the advertisement downloading address of the received advertisement updating information.
31. The system of claim 30, wherein the control information sending unit of the advertisement application server is further configured to actively push a download address of the local play policy to the terminal.
32. The system of claim 30, wherein the terminal further comprises: and the control information request unit is used for sending a play control request message to the advertisement application server according to the preset period.
33. The system according to claim 32, wherein the control information sending unit of the advertisement application server is further configured to receive a play control request message periodically sent by the terminal, and send a download address of the local play policy to the terminal through a play control response message.
34. The system according to claim 31 or 33, wherein the advertisement data playing unit of the terminal is further configured to receive a playing control response message containing a control information download address sent by the advertisement application server, download the local playing policy according to the received control information download address, store the downloaded local playing policy, and play the advertisement data corresponding to the local playing policy at a predetermined time according to the stored local playing policy.
35. The system of claim 34, wherein the terminal further comprises: the advertisement data counting unit is used for counting the playing times of the advertisement data and reporting the playing times of the advertisement data to the advertisement application server;
the server further comprises: the terminal information counting unit is used for receiving the advertisement data playing times actively reported by the terminal, actively inquiring the advertisement data playing times of the terminal and analyzing the advertisement data played by the terminal according to the advertisement data playing times;
an advertisement data storage unit for storing advertisement data;
the equipment information maintenance unit is used for storing the advertisement updating information of the updated advertisement data of the terminal;
and the control information storage unit is used for storing the local playing strategy.
