Description

Video and audio push service platform
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of video and audio push services, in particular to a video and audio push service platform which is arranged between a network camera and an artificial intelligence service provider and used for providing a docking framework service.
Background
The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms is changing day by day, and the application of AI algorithms to internet protocol cameras (IP cameras) can bring about many functional enhancements, such as human shape/face recognition, audio analysis, people stream calculation, behavior analysis …, and so on. In the prior art, the application of the artificial intelligence algorithm to the network camera is generally divided into two modes, one mode is to directly implant the artificial intelligence operation logic into the network camera equipment, and the other mode is to upload the audio-video data captured by the network camera to the cloud host of the artificial intelligence service provider, and then implement the artificial intelligence calculation service by the cloud host.
In order to enable the network camera to smoothly interface with the cloud host of the artificial intelligence service provider, the artificial intelligence service provider provides a required Application Programming Interface (API) to the network camera. However, due to differences in the needs of different customers, a single webcam may require several different artificial intelligence service providers to provide services. Therefore, different application programming interfaces provided by various artificial intelligence service providers need to be implanted into the network cameras. This is a great burden for the network camera end, and once implanted, different artificial intelligence service providers are required to be added or replaced, or even when the application programming interface of any one artificial intelligence service provider is upgraded, the network camera end needs to perform maintenance and update of software, which causes a very heavy workload.
On the other hand, for an artificial intelligence service provider, if there are multiple network camera manufacturers who want to adopt their services, each network camera manufacturer must be familiar with the program embedded in the application programming interface provided by the network camera manufacturer. If the number of the network camera operators who want to adopt the service is larger, the cost of the artificial intelligence service provider on the education training network camera operators is larger, and the artificial intelligence service provider forms a considerable resource consumption for the network camera operators.
In addition, since the main chip and the operating system used in the webcam developed by each manufacturer are very different, there are many designs that can only operate with low power consumption. These different chips, different operating systems, and limited system resources have made it more difficult for human intelligence service providers to develop application programming interfaces and to implant web cameras.
In short, the current method of providing an application programming interface to the network camera end by the cloud artificial intelligence service provider for invoking the related services is relatively difficult and complicated for the artificial intelligence service provider or the network camera operator. Therefore, how to provide a service framework for assisting the connection between the cloud-end artificial intelligence service provider and the network camera provider, so that the combination of the cloud-end artificial intelligence service provider and the network camera provider can be simpler, quicker and more efficient, becomes a problem to be solved in the field.

As shown in fig. 1, the video push service platform 1 is connected to at least one webcam 2 and at least one artificial intelligence service provider 3, respectively. The video and audio push service platform is provided with a plurality of Application Programming Interfaces (API) which respectively provide functions of subscribing, reporting, message notification, uploading/downloading and the like.
Through the application programming interface, the at least one network camera 2 can report events and upload video data to the video push service platform 1. In addition, through the application programming interface, the at least one artificial intelligence service provider 3 can subscribe to the video and audio push service platform 1, receive the message notification of the video and audio push service platform 1, download the subscribed video and audio data from the video and audio push service platform 1, process the subscribed video and audio data, and upload the processed video and audio data to the video and audio push service platform 1.
The artificial intelligence service provider 3 downloads the subscribed video data from the video push service platform 1, and then processes the video data through the calculation of the artificial intelligence. For example, the downloaded image file, audio/video file or audio file is processed by artificial intelligence of human shape/face recognition, audio analysis, people stream calculation, behavior analysis, etc. In addition, because only the subscribed artificial intelligence service provider 3 can receive the pushed message notification, the whole system can be kept with high security and privacy.
