Abstract

一种高强度网锁钢背,开有若干背孔,所述钢背一面以网格状布设有多个凹槽,该凹槽的分布密度为2.7-7个/cm2,每一凹槽的槽口面积为2.5-9mm2。本发明加工非常简单、并且加工成本低。相比传统钢背来说,其网格状分布的凹槽对摩擦材料拥有更好的锚固能力和更大的粘接面积。采用本钢背制备的刹车片具有很高的剪切强度,其剪切强度大于8MPa。因此本发明在制动安全性上更优于普通形状的钢背,更能满足和确保乘客对安全舒适的要求。

Description

网锁钢背
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车刹车片的钢背,尤其是涉及一种高强度网锁钢背。
背景技术
中、小型汽车刹车片一般包括钢背、摩擦块,其中摩擦块由增强材料、粘合剂及填料等摩擦材料粘合而成;钢背起承载、支撑摩擦块的作用,由钢板冲压制成。刹车时,钢背受刹车钳推动,其摩擦块与刹车盘或鼓接触磨擦,通过磨擦达到车辆减速刹车之目的。由于汽车的刹车系统中,刹车片是最关键的安全零件,所有刹车效果的好坏都是刹车片起决定性作用。因此,钢背与摩擦材料的胶合牢固度和钢背的强度是其中的重要因素。目前,为了提高钢背表面与摩擦块胶合的牢固度,最常见的是在钢背上开多个背孔,以增强了摩擦材料在钢背上的附着力。然而,人们在长期使用过程中,发现摩擦材料在此种钢背上的附着力仍然不高,一般剪切强度只有5—6Mpa,并且其粘接面积也不大。
为此,人们继续探索增强摩擦材料在钢背上附着力及粘接面积的方案。申请号为02216963.6的中国专利公开了一种制动衬块钢背,该钢被上冲刺有分组、多排、交错布置的刺形状的凸块。虽然该技术方案有效的解决摩擦材料在钢背上的附着力不高的技术问题,但其刺状构造必须应用专用的加工设备才能制造,并且加工复杂,生产成本很高,因此难以在汽车业内大范围推广使用。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种能显著增强摩擦材料在钢背上的附着力和粘接面积的网锁钢背,以解决现有钢背与摩擦材料粘接强度不够牢固、有效粘接面积不足等技术问题;同时,本发明还解决了现有在钢背上冲刺的技术方案所存在的加工复杂,生产成本高等技术问题。
本发明主要是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:该网锁钢背上开有若干背孔,所述钢背一面以网格状布设有多个凹槽,该凹槽的分布密度为2.7—7个/cm2,每一凹槽的槽口面积为2.5—9mm2
作为优选,所述凹槽的深度为1.5—3mm。
作为优选,所述凹槽的槽口正面形状为方形。
作为优选,所述钢背上的任意两相邻凹槽之间距离相等。
在本发明中,凹槽的数量、槽口的面积对增加摩擦材料的附着力和粘接面积起这至关重要的作用,发明人研究表明:当槽口面积大于9mm2,或密度小于2.7个/cm2时,钢背对摩擦材料的附着力很快下降,摩擦材料的残留量大约仅为正常面积的70—80%。而当槽口面积小于2.5mm2时,凹槽对摩擦材料的锚固力同样较弱,同时也给冲模的加工带来困难。当密度大于7个/cm2时,钢背对摩擦材料的附着力并没有明显增强,并且在冲压时,还易造成钢背的冲压面形变,同时浪费摩擦材料。因此本发明槽口面积选择在2.5—9mm2之间,同时将凹槽的密度控制为2.7—7个/cm2,这样钢背对摩擦材料的锚固力较高,并且粘接面积也大幅度提高,同时钢背的各项综合性能较好。
另外,凹槽的深度也应控制在1.5—3mm为宜。凹槽过深,则在冲压过程中易造成钢背表面变形,影响钢背强度,并且一定程度上造成摩擦材料的浪费。凹槽过浅,则摩擦材料对钢背的附着力较弱,并减少了有效粘接面积。
本发明加工非常简单、并且加工成本低。相比传统钢背来说,其网格状分布的凹槽对摩擦材料拥有更好的锚固能力和更大的粘接面积。采用本钢背制备的刹车片具有很高的剪切强度,其剪切强度大于8MPa。因此本发明在制动安全性上更优于普通形状的钢背,更能满足和确保乘客对安全舒适的要求。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明一种优选实施方式的主视图,图2是其A——A剖视图。图3是图2所示B处的局部放大图。结合上述附图可知,钢背中有背孔2,在钢背的表面冲有呈网格状分布的凹槽1,并且钢背上所有凹槽最好以均匀等距的方式分布,即任意两相邻凹槽之间距离相等。这样在冲压时,可以保证钢背上的应力分布均匀,并且还能让摩擦材料对钢背的附着力均匀分布。凹槽1的槽口形状为正方形,当然槽口形状也可以为长方形、圆形、三角形或其他形状,但方形凹槽1对摩擦材料锚固能力更强,并且有利于冲压模具的加工。在上述凹槽1中,每一凹槽的槽口面积为4mm2(选择在2.5—9mm2之间任意一数值时均可有效实施),凹槽的分布密度为4个/cm2(选择在2.7—7个/cm2之间任意一数值时均可有效实施),凹槽的深度为2mm(选择在1.5—3mm之间任意一数值时均可有效实施)。
实施时,可以首先利用冲床,配合带凸块的模具,在制造钢背的钢板上冲压出凹槽1,然后再冲制出钢背,并在钢背上冲制出若干背孔2。
为了验证本发明的效果,发明人采用同样的摩擦材料和制造工艺,分别以本发明网锁钢背和普通钢背各制备了12片刹车片,常温冷却后进行剪切对比试验,其结果如表1所示:

试验结果表明:采用本发明网锁钢背制备的刹车片与采用普通钢背制备的刹车片相比,其在剪切力、剪切残留面积和摩擦材料残留量的指标上均有明显提高,其剪切力平均提高67.5%,剪切残留面积平均提高8.5%,摩擦材料的残留量平均增加60.1%,说明采用本发明制备的刹车片在制动安全性上更优于采用普通钢背制备的刹车片,因此更能满足乘客对安全舒适的要求。

Claims (4)

1.一种网锁钢背,钢背上开有若干背孔,其特征是所述钢背一面以网格状布设有多个凹槽,该凹槽的分布密度为2.7—7个/cm2,每一凹槽的槽口面积为2.5—9mm2
2.根据权利要求1所述的网锁钢背,其特征是所述凹槽的深度为1.5—3mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的网锁钢背,其特征是所述凹槽的槽口正面形状为方形。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的网锁钢背,其特征是所述钢背上的任意两相邻凹槽之间距离相等。
