瘦猪肉100份,肥猪肉30-40份,50--60°白酒10-15份,虾仁10-30份,海肠粉5-6份,大姜2-4分,炒制蒜茸2-5份,茴香1份,丁香0.5份,草果0.5份,食盐2-8份。
优选的组分是:瘦猪肉100份,肥猪肉40份,50--60°白酒15份,虾仁30份,海肠粉5份,大姜3分,炒制蒜茸5份,茴香1份,丁香0.5份,草果0.5份,食盐6份。
