Abstract

本发明涉及机械压紧装置,具体地说是一种激光叠焊过程中压紧和校平板材的新型激光焊接压紧装置,安装于龙门架上,包括激光头、Y向滑台及前、后压紧梁,其中,前、后压紧梁能上下移动地设置于龙门架工作台的上方,前、后压紧梁上分别均布有多个压紧轮;安装在龙门架横梁上的Y向滑台位于前、后压紧梁之间,能在Y向往复移动,Y向滑台的一侧设有能上下移动的右压辊,另一侧设有激光头及安装座,安装座上设有能上下移动的左压辊;激光头及左、右压辊与Y向滑台连动。激光头位于左、右压辊之间,能在X向及Z向往复移动;左、右压辊及前、后两侧的所述压紧轮围成激光头的工作区域。本发明可保证薄厚两板间的间隙和平面度,焊接效果好。

Description

激光焊接压紧装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机械压紧装置,具体地说是一种激光叠焊过程中压紧和校平板材的新型激光焊接压紧装置。
背景技术
在某型不锈钢板激光焊接设备的研制过程中,发现在激光叠焊时,由于板材自身的薄厚不均,而且板材也存在自身凹凸不平的情况,因此会导致两板叠放时存在微小间隙。当间隙超过0.1mm,平面度也超过0.1mm时就将直接影响焊接质量,使焊接后的板材存在着安全隐患。
发明内容
为了解决上述在激光叠焊时两板材存在微小间隙的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种能消除焊接区域内薄厚两板之间的间隙,还可校平板材自身不平的新型激光焊接压紧装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明安装于龙门架上,包括激光头、Y向滑台及前、后压紧梁,其中,前、后压紧梁能上下移动地设置于龙门架工作台的上方,前、后压紧梁上分别均布有多个压紧轮;安装在龙门架横梁上的Y向滑台位于前、后压紧梁之间,能在Y向往复移动,Y向滑台的一侧设有能上下移动的右压辊,另一侧设有激光头及安装座,安装座上设有能上下移动的左压辊;激光头及左、右压辊与Y向滑台连动。
其中:所述激光头位于左、右压辊之间,能在X向及Z向往复移动;左、右压辊及前、后两侧的所述压紧轮围成激光头的工作区域;所述右压辊上连接有控制其上下移动的第一驱动气缸,安装在Y向滑台上;所述左压辊上连接有控制其上下移动的第二驱动气缸,安装在所述安装座上;所述前、后压紧梁分别位于激光头的前后两侧,前压紧梁的两端连接有控制其上下移动的第三驱动气缸,后压紧梁的两端连接有控制其上下移动的第四驱动气缸。
本发明的优点与积极效果为:
1.焊接效果好,质量高。本发明中的左、右压辊以及前、后压紧梁上的压紧轮均可上下移动地压到焊接板材上,激光头位于左、右压辊与压紧轮围成的工作区域范围内,可保证薄厚两板间的间隙和平面度,实现高质量的焊接效果。
2.适合不同厚度的板材。本发明各驱动气缸均连接有压力阀,根据板材厚度的不同,可通过高速压力阀来改变左、右压辊以及压紧轮的下压压力,保证板材的平面度,并使被焊接的薄厚板材之间的间隙达到最小,满足激光叠焊要求,进而避免因板材焊接质量问题而发生的危害。
3.工作稳定、可靠,结构简单、操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1及图2所示,本发明安装于龙门架上,包括激光头1、Y向滑台2及前、后压紧梁8、10。前、后压紧梁8、10可上下移动地设置于龙门架工作台的上方,分别位于激光头1的前后两侧。前压紧梁8的两端连接有控制其上下移动的第三驱动气缸9,后压紧梁10的两端连接有控制其上下移动的第四驱动气缸11。前、后压紧梁8、10上分别均布有多个压紧轮13。安装在龙门架横梁上的Y向滑台2位于前、后压紧梁8、10之间,可在Y向往复移动,Y向滑台2的一侧设有第一驱动气缸4,其输出端连接有安装于Y向滑台2上的右压辊3,第一驱动气缸4控制右压辊3的上下往复移动。Y向滑台2的另一侧设有激光头1及安装座5,安装座5上设有第二驱动气缸7,其输出端连接有安装于安装座5上的左压辊6,第二驱动气缸7控制左压辊6的上下往复移动。激光头1及左、右压辊6、3在Y向滑台2的带动下与其连动。激光头1位于左、右压辊6、3之间,可在图示中的X向及Z向往复移动;左、右压辊6、3及前、后两侧的压紧轮13围成了激光头1的工作区域。
本发明的工作原理为:
将焊接板材12放在龙门架的工作台上,在激光头1工作前,第三驱动气缸9驱动前压紧梁8向下移动至其上的压紧轮13下压到焊接板材12上,第四驱动气缸11驱动后压紧梁11向下移动至其上的压紧轮13下压到焊接板材12上,第二驱动气缸7驱动左压辊6下压到焊接板材12上,第一驱动气缸4驱动右压辊3下压到焊接板材上,左、右压辊6、3以及前、后压紧梁上的压紧轮13围成了激光头1的工作区域范围,激光头1开始工作,沿图示的X向及Z向移动,在工作区域范围内对板材进行叠焊。因左、右压辊6、3以及前、后压紧梁上的压紧轮13压紧焊接板材12,保证了激光头1工作区域范围内薄厚两板间的间隙和平面度,以实现高质量的焊接效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种激光焊接压紧装置,安装于龙门架上,其特征在于:包括激光头(1)、Y向滑台(2)及前、后压紧梁(8、10),其中,前、后压紧梁(8、10)能上下移动地设置于龙门架工作台的上方,前、后压紧梁(8、10)上分别均布有多个压紧轮(13);安装在龙门架横梁上的Y向滑台(2)位于前、后压紧梁(8、10)之间,能在Y向往复移动,Y向滑台(2)的一侧设有能上下移动的右压辊(3),另一侧设有激光头(1)及安装座(5),安装座(5)上设有能上下移动的左压辊(6);激光头(1)及左、右压辊(6、3)与Y向滑台(2)连动。
2.按权利要求1所述的激光焊接压紧装置,其特征在于:所述激光头(1)位于左、右压辊(6、3)之间,能在X向及Z向往复移动;左、右压辊(6、3)及前、后两侧的所述压紧轮(13)围成激光头(1)的工作区域。
3.按权利要求1所述的激光焊接压紧装置,其特征在于:所述右压辊(3)上连接有控制其上下移动的第一驱动气缸(4),安装在Y向滑台(2)上。
4.按权利要求1所述的激光焊接压紧装置,其特征在于:所述左压辊(6)上连接有控制其上下移动的第二驱动气缸(7),安装在所述安装座(5)上。
5.按权利要求1所述的激光焊接压紧装置,其特征在于:所述前、后压紧梁(8、10)分别位于激光头(1)的前后两侧,前压紧梁(8)的两端连接有控制其上下移动的第三驱动气缸(9),后压紧梁(10)的两端连接有控制其上下移动的第四驱动气缸(11)。
