Abstract

一种充气橡胶圈内胎,由外胎、车轮、气门组成,其特点是:在车轮上套装有充气橡胶圈内胎、充气橡胶内胎左侧面设有多个孔和右侧面设有多个孔,充气橡胶圈内胎左侧面设有的多个孔间隔之间构成多个支撑筋,右侧面设有的多个孔间隔之间构成的多个支撑筋和左侧面支撑筋相对应,充气橡胶内胎截断面中心位置设有充气空腔,充气空腔一侧设有气门,充气橡胶圈内胎两端设有连接件,充气橡胶圈内胎两端通过连接装置进行连接。外胎套装在车轮上,由于是将外胎及充气橡胶圈内胎,依次进行安装,解决了难以安装的难题,故有利于安装、充气橡胶圈内胎直径大于车轮而小于外胎直径,故保持了原有的轮台弹性。爆胎时又能起到支撑行驶作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种内胎,特别是一种新型充气橡胶圈内胎。
背景技术
目前,汽车、轿车、摩托车等多数使用钢制车轮或铝合金车轮,分为有胆车轮和无胆车轮,这类车轮在行驶过程中发生爆胎,汽车方向,就会失去控制,容易发生危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决以上问题而提供一种结构简单爆胎后能继续行驶的新型充气橡胶圈内胎。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,一种新型充气橡胶圈内胎,由外胎1、车轮13、气门10组成,其特点是:在车轮13上套装有充气橡胶圈内胎2、充气橡胶内胎2左侧面设有多个孔3和右侧面设有多个孔9,充气橡胶圈内胎2左侧面设有的多个孔3间隔之间构成多个支撑筋14,右侧面设有的多个孔9间隔之间构成的多个支撑筋和左侧面支撑筋14相对应,充气橡胶内胎2截断面中心位置设有充气空腔4,充气空腔一侧设有气门21,充气橡胶圈内胎2两端设有拆卸连接装置,充气橡胶圈内胎2两端通过拆卸连接装置进行连接。外胎1套装在车轮13上,外胎内表面6与充气橡胶圈内胎2之间形成一个充气空腔5。
由于本发明是将外胎及充气橡胶圈内胎,依次进行安装,故有利于安装、拆修。由于是在车轮13的中心位置安装的充气橡胶圈内胎直径大于车轮而小于外胎直径,故保持了原有的轮胎弹性及舒适性。爆胎时又能起到支撑行驶作用,故汽车在行驶中发生爆胎时能安全行驶。

实施例1:从图1、图2、图5、图6、图7,可见本发明由外胎1充气橡胶圈内胎2,车轮13、气门10构成,在车轮13上套装有充气橡胶圈内胎2。充气橡胶圈内胎2左侧面设有多个孔3和右侧面设有多个孔9,充气橡胶圈内胎2左侧面设有的多个孔3间隔之间构成多个支撑筋14,右侧面设有的多个孔9间隔之间构成的多个支撑筋和左面支撑筋14相对应,左侧面多个支撑筋14和右侧面多个支撑筋上还可以设有多个孔44,充气橡胶圈内胎2截断面中心位置设有充气空腔4,充气空腔4—侧设有气门21,充气橡胶圈内胎2截断面外形呈工字形或凸字形,充气橡胶圈内胎2的外圈面设有多个凹环7,凹环7下面设有帘布层8,充气橡胶圈内胎2一端设有连接件29,连接件29连接在弧形管22一端,弧形管22上设有开口26,弧形管22上还套装有锁扣38,锁扣38上的锁片槽42对应于弧行管22上设有开口26,锁片27可以在弹簧25的推动作用下卡入开口26内,另一头连接件37设有可调节的锥形锁头33及锁杆35,锥形锁头33前端设有牵引孔31,充气橡胶圈内胎2是这样连接安装的,把外胎1左侧面胎边先安装在车轮13上,充气橡胶圈内胎2可以从外胎1右侧面开口处安装到外胎1内,再把牵引绳30从车轮内面的气门孔穿过,牵引绳30通过气门10穿出拉到车轮外部。再把外胎1右侧胎边安装到车轮13上。外胎1安装后,即可从气门外部紧拉牵引绳30当牵引绳30拉动牵引孔31使锥形锁头33在拉力的作用下导向弧形管22内,在锥形锁头33碰到锁片27,锁片27会随着锥形锁头运动张开。锁头凹槽34到达锁片27位置锁片27会在弹簧25作用下卡进锁头凹糟34内,免充气橡胶圈内胎2通过锁扣和锥形锁头连接后紧紧地固定在车轮13上,最后可在气门10外拉住牵引绳30的一头用力从牵引孔31之中抽出牵引绳30即可。外胎1套装在车轮13上,外胎内表面6与免充气橡胶圈内胎2之间形成一个充气空腔5。其中弧形管22上套装的锁扣38装配时,可以把锁片槽42开口朝上安装,也可以把锁片槽42开口朝下安装在弧形管22上。
实施例2:从图3、图4,可见其中充气橡胶圈内胎2一端设有有磁铁15,充气橡胶圈内胎2另一端设有钢片16及磁铁18,充气橡胶圈内胎2两端通过磁铁15与钢片16相吸及锁扣19和锁扣孔47相扣连接后紧紧地固定在车轮13上,外胎1套装在车轮13上,外胎内表面6与充气橡胶圈内胎2之间形成一个充气空腔5。其中充气橡胶圈内胎2两端设有的磁性锁的结构可以是多种多样的。
其中充气橡胶圈内胎2两端可以采用多种多样的连接装置。

1.一种充气橡胶圈内胎,由外胎(1)、车轮(13)、充气空腔一侧设有充气空腔气门、外胎气门(10)组成,在车轮上套装有充气橡胶圈内胎,充气橡胶圈内胎左侧面设有多个孔和右侧面设有多个孔,充气橡胶圈内胎(2)两端通过连接装置进行连接,外胎(1)套装在车轮(13)上,外胎内表面(6)与充气橡胶圈内胎(2)之间形成另一个充气空腔(5),其特征是:充气橡胶圈内胎(2)截断面中心位置设有充气空腔(4),充气橡胶圈内胎(2)左侧面设有的多个孔(3)间隔之间构成多个支撑筋(14),右侧面设有的多个孔(9)间隔之间构成的多个支撑筋和左面支撑筋(14)相对应,充气橡胶圈内胎(2)的外圈面下面设有帘布层,充气橡胶圈内胎(2)截断面外形呈工字形,充气橡胶圈内胎(2)一端设有磁铁(15),充气橡胶圈内胎(2)另一端设有钢片(16)及磁铁(18),充气橡胶圈内胎(2)两端通过磁铁(15)与钢片(16)相吸及锁扣(19)和锁扣孔(47)相扣连接后紧紧地固定在车轮(13)上。
