Description

用于通过环形传送带运输货物的传送设备的承载单元组件
技术领域
本发明涉及通过传送带运输货物的传送设备所用的承载单元,所述传送带在该设备的两端被偏转鼓所引导,且所述传送带紧固到负载梁下侧,所述负载梁相对于所述传送带移动方向而横向取向,并且沿着所述传送带移动方向彼此隔开一定距离。负载辊子在各种情况下设置在所述负载梁两端,所述负载梁安装到承载轴颈上,并且所述负载辊子沿着所述传送设备的两对负载绳缆或者负载导轨滚动,所述负载绳缆或者负载导轨指定给所述传送带的向前铰线和返回铰线。各个承载单元的承载柱设计有延伸部,该延伸部可释放地紧固到负载梁的指定端部。 
根据35U.S.C.§119,本申请要求2007年7月24日提交的奥地利专利申请A 1173/2007的优先权,该在先申请通过引用方式全文包含在此。 
背景技术
在例如可以从本人的共同转让的美国专利No.6,935,490B2及其相应欧洲专利EP1452466A1中可以获悉的这种传送设备中,负载梁在其端面上设置有孔,从承载单元的承载轴颈伸出的柱形延伸部可以插入该孔中,并通过螺栓紧固到所述负载梁。针对需要更换承载单元来说,必须取下螺栓而且从所述承载轴颈伸出的延伸部必须从设置在所述负载梁上的孔中抽出。 
但是将所述承载单元紧固到负载梁的这种已知紧固方案不能满足需要,因为插入负载梁的承载轴颈的柱形延伸部或者所述螺栓承受显著的腐蚀,因此在释放所述负载梁和所述延伸部之间存在的紧固件,以使承载单元可以从负载梁上取下并更换为新的承载单元的时候,就会出现困难。 
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种通过传送带运输货物的传送设备所用的承载单元,在所述承载单元中,将该承载单元紧固到所述负载梁的紧固方案设计成使其可以通过简单的方式在任何时候即使在不良条件下也可以释放。 
鉴于这些以及其他目的,根据本发明,提出了一种通过环形传送带运输货物的传送设备所用的承载单元组件,所述传送带紧固到所述负载梁下侧,而所述负载梁相对于所述传送带移动方向横向取向并沿着所述传送带移动方向彼此隔开,所述承载单元组件包括: 
负载辊子,其在所述负载梁两端的每一端安装到承载轴颈上,所述负载辊子沿着所述传送设备的两对负载绳缆或者负载导轨滚动,所述负载绳缆或者负载导轨限定了所述传送带的向前铰线和返回铰线; 
所述承载轴颈具有形成为向上敞开的凹槽的延伸部,所述延伸部可释放地紧固到相应负载梁的各端部并容纳该端部。 
换句话说,本发明的目的这样来实现:所述延伸部设计为向上敞开的凹槽,所述负载梁的指定端部可以安放并可释放地紧固到该凹槽。 
优选地,负载梁具有六边形截面设计,并且槽形延伸部的内表面具有大约梯形截面设计。另外,优选地,槽形延伸部相对于所述承载轴颈偏移,使得所述承载轴线和所述负载梁中心轴线至少大约同轴。另外,优选地,负载梁端部通过螺栓连接到所述槽形延伸部。 
其它被认为是本发明特征的特征将在附带的权利要求书中论述。 
尽管通过实施为通过传送带运输货物的传送设备所用的承载单元来图示和说明本发明,但是本发明仍然未限制到所示的细节,因为在不背离本发明精神的条件下,且在权利要求书的等同物的范围和领域内,可以制作各种变形并进行结构变化。 
但是,当结合附图阅读时,从以下具体实施例的说明中,将更好地理解本发明的构造和操作方法,以及本发明的其他目的和优势。

具体实施方式
现在详细参照附图,首先特别参照图1,这里图示了用于运输货物的传送设备中的传送带1的一部分。传送带1在其侧向边沿配置有锯齿边缘11,这使得可以通过偏转鼓在该传送设备两端引导所述传送带。显然,据此,传送带1进一步设计有多条加强绳缆12,它们的位置彼此靠近,并且因此所述传送带具有高负载能力。传送带1紧固到负载梁2下侧,该负载梁相对于所述传送带运动方向而横向延伸,在各种情况下,弹性密封片3位于传送带1和负载梁2之间。例如,通过穿过传送带1和负载梁2的螺钉4来实现将传送带1紧固到负载梁2。位于传送带1和负载梁2之间的密封片3避免了传送带1和负载梁2之间在各种情况下形成间隙,由于传送带1承受增大的磨损,所以待传送的货物会渗入该间隙中。 
运行辊子5和5a设置在负载梁2两端。所述负载辊子5和5a沿着一对负载绳缆6和6a或者负载导轨而接受引导。在这种情况下,装载着待传送的货物的传送带1的铰线(strand)和未装载货物的传送带1的铰线在各种情况下被指定了一对负载绳缆6和6a或负载导轨,所述传送带1沿着所述负载绳缆或者负载导轨在端站处的偏转或驱动鼓之间旋转移动。 
将运行辊子5和5a紧固到负载梁2通过承载单元的延伸部8发生作用。延伸部8紧固到负载梁2的指定端部。 
现在参照图2,运行辊子5和5a在各种情况下指定给承载单元7,所述承载单元包括两个承载环71和72,所述承载环位于运行辊子5和5a中;和承载轴颈73或者承载柱73,其插入所述承载环71和72中。承载柱73通过固紧螺钉74轴向固紧,所述固紧螺钉被端盖75覆盖。而且,用于供应润滑剂的导管76位于承载柱73中。承载柱73设计有轴向伸出的延伸部8,所述延伸部设计为向上敞开的凹槽(trough),其内表面设计成与负载梁2下部的外表面相对且相同。在这种情况下,各负载梁2的指定端部从上插入槽型设计的延伸部8中,并通过两个螺钉81紧固到该延伸部上,所述螺钉穿过负载梁2的自由端并拧入延伸部8。 
为了释放这种紧固件,使得承载单元7可以取下,取下两个螺钉81,然后延伸部8可以从负载梁2向下移开。 
由于承载单元7这样紧固到负载梁2,所以避免了将承载单元7紧固到负载梁2的现有技术中存在的缺陷。 
设计有延伸部8的承载轴颈7的设计可以从图3和3a中再次看到。由 于负载梁2具有六边形截面的实体轮廓,所述槽型延伸部8的内表面相应设计成大约为梯形的截面。 
由于延伸部8进一步相对于承载轴颈7向其轴线横向偏移,所以负载梁2的中轴线以及承载轴颈7的旋转轴线大约同轴延伸。 

Claims (4)

1.一种用于通过环形传送带运输货物的传送设备的承载单元组件,所述传送带紧固到负载梁下侧,而所述负载梁相对于所述传送带移动方向横向取向且沿着所述传送带移动方向彼此隔开,所述承载单元组件包括:
负载辊子,其在所述负载梁两端的每一端安装到承载柱上,所述负载辊子沿着所述传送设备的两对负载绳缆或者负载导轨滚动,所述负载绳缆或者负载导轨限定了所述传送带的向前铰线和返回铰线;
所述承载柱具有形成为向上敞开的凹槽的延伸部,所述延伸部从所述承载柱的轴向伸出,所述延伸部可释放地紧固到相应负载梁的各端部并容纳该端部。
2.如权利要求1所述的承载单元组件,其特征在于,所述负载梁具有六边形横截面,并且所述延伸部的所述向上敞开的凹槽的轮廓为梯形。
3.如权利要求1所述的承载单元组件,其特征在于,所述延伸部相对于所述承载柱的轴线横向偏移,使得所述承载柱的所述轴线与所述负载梁的中心轴线至少大约同轴。
4.如权利要求1所述的承载单元组件,包括一个或多个螺栓,所述螺栓将所述负载梁的所述端部连接到所述延伸部。
