Description

用于汽车的刮水装置
本申请是申请日为2005年3月17日、题为“刮水装置”的中国专利申请CN200580010779.4的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其用于汽车的刮水装置，其具有至少一个用于将刮水臂固定在刮水轴上的固定件。
背景技术
在与车辆相撞时，行人完全没有受保护。特别是发动机罩下面不可变形且坚硬的部件常常会导致行人在与汽车发生碰撞时受到重伤。而刮水装置位于行人在与汽车碰撞时经常撞到的区域内。由现有技术公开的普通刮水装置的缺点在于，在行人与汽车碰撞时，这种刮水装置对行人存在着巨大的伤害危险。因此汽车制造商要求在发动机罩和刮水器驱动机构之间留有65至85毫米之间的最小间隔。为此目的，刮水轴到风挡玻璃下边缘的间隔增大了。然而，在刮水器运行时，固定件在停车位置外位于风挡玻璃上方10毫米。在行人与刮水装置碰撞时，该刮水装置的变形不超过10毫米，因为固定件就安装在风挡玻璃上。但是这种变形距离对于降低行人的受伤危险还是太小。
发明内容
本发明的任务是改进开头所述类型的刮水装置，以减小今后行人与汽车相撞时受到伤害的危险。
本发明通过一种开头所述类型的刮水装置来解决所提出的任务，其中按本发明，所述至少一个固定件设有理论断裂部位，由此在碰撞到该至少一个固定件时，该固定件与刮水轴可以至少部分松开。因为在碰撞时，固定件会与刮水轴至少部分松开，与固定件连接在一起的刮水臂会沿着碰撞力的方向变形，从而受碰撞行人的受伤危险就会降低。
根据行人撞在固定件上的角度，理论断裂部位断裂之后，固定件或者被推到刮水轴上，或者横向于刮水轴偏移。
在一种构造简单的结构方案中，固定件具有一个空心圆柱体，该空心圆柱体套在刮水轴上。
空心圆柱体在面向刮水轴的端面上具有一个环形理论断裂部位。在与行人碰撞时，该端面的至少一部分会从空心圆柱体断开。
为了使空心圆柱体不依赖于碰撞角度可靠地在理论断裂部位处失效，该理论断裂部位可以是一个环形槽。为了确保理论断裂部位在碰撞力很小的情况下就断裂，使该槽朝其槽底逐渐变窄。
为了使扭矩能够通过固定件从刮水轴传递到刮水臂上，固定件可以具有一个圆锥形的孔，刮水轴的圆锥形端部可以插入该孔内。为了使圆锥形的孔牢固地压紧刮水轴圆锥形端部，可以设置螺纹件。
此外，本发明涉及一种开头所述类型的刮水装置，其中根据本发明，所述至少一个固定件具有一个套在刮水轴上的管件和一个连接件，其中该连接件一端与刮水臂连接，并且另一端与管件可松开地连接。在行人撞上刮水装置时，管件和连接件就会相互松开，从而管件就能和其余刮水装置一起避开碰撞力。由此大大降低了行人受伤的危险。
管件和连接件可以相互冲压，在碰撞时冲压部位会松开，从而管件和其余刮水装置就能避开碰撞力，此外该冲压部分还确保扭矩可靠地从管件传递到连接件上。
在本发明的一种改进方案中，管件可以斜着套在刮水轴上。由此在刮水器运行时，刮水橡胶条就能更好地压紧风挡玻璃，由此在高的刮水器速度以及/或者汽车速度的情况下，刮水质量得到了最优化。
管件优选是低成本的压铸件，并且/或者连接件是用板件廉价地制造的。所以固定件能够大批量地低价生产。
尤其对于其中刮水臂在运行时相互反向运动的反向运转装置，设有斜着套在刮水轴上的管件的固定件可以廉价地生产。到目前为止，在反向运转装置中，对于左右固定件需要两种独立的模具。然而当固定件具有这种管件和连接件时，左右固定件只需一种模具就能进行制造。为此只需将管件每次旋转180度插入冲压模具。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一个在此并未详细示出的刮水装置的固定件10。该固定件10将这里并未详细示出的刮水臂与刮水轴11连接在一起。该固定件是一个空心圆柱体。该固定件10在面向刮水轴11的一侧具有一个环形槽形式的理论断裂部位12。在碰撞行人时，固定件10就会在理论断裂部位12处失效。为了使固定件10在碰撞力较小时就已经断裂，槽12朝着其槽底逐渐变窄。波形线13表示一种可能的断裂情况。固定件10由于断裂会和刮水轴11至少部分松开。根据行人碰撞在固定件10上的角度，固定件10或者被推到刮水轴11上，或者横向于刮水轴11偏移，从而固定件例如侧向弯曲。
为了能够将扭矩通过固定件10从刮水轴11传递到刮水臂上，固定件10设有一个圆锥形孔14。刮水轴11的圆锥形端部15插入圆锥形孔14中。用一个螺纹件16把圆锥形端部15牢固地压入圆锥形孔14中，由此就保证了可靠的扭矩传递。
图2示出了固定件20，它具有一个管件21和一个连接件22。该管件21可以套在这里未详细示出的刮水轴上。在连接件22上可以安装一个这里同样未示出的刮水臂。管件21和连接件22通过冲压部位23相互可松开地连接在一起。在行人撞在刮水装置上时，管件21和连接件22就会相互松开。通过这种方式，管件21就能和其余刮水装置一起避开碰撞力，由此行人受伤的危险就减少了。此外冲压部位23确保了扭矩可靠地从管件21传递到连接件22上。为了在管件21和连接件22之间进行冲压，可以使用所有本领域的技术人员公知的冲压方法。管件21优选是一种低成本的压铸件，并且/或者连接件22是廉价的板件。管件21最好具有一个用于固定刮水轴圆锥形端部的圆锥形孔。
图3示出了反向运转装置的两个固定件30和31，其中刮水臂在工作时相对反向运动。对于固定件30和31，管件32斜着套在刮水轴33和34上。由此在刮水器运行时，刮水橡胶条就能更好地压紧风挡玻璃，从而在高的刮水器速度以及/或者汽车速度的情况下，刮水质量得到了最优化。通过管件32和连接件35简单的结构设计，尤其是用于反向运转装置的固定件30和31可以低成本地制造。到目前为止在反向运转装置中，需要两种独立的模具用于左右固定件。然而当将所述固定件30和31用于反向运转装置时，左右固定件可以只用一种模具进行制造。为此在制造过程中，只需每次将管件旋转180度插入冲压模具中。

Claims (6)

1.刮水装置，该刮水装置具有至少一个用于将刮水臂固定在刮水轴(33，34)上的固定件(20，30，31)，
其特征在于，所述至少一个固定件(20，30，31)具有一个套在刮水轴(33，34)上的管件(21，32)和一个连接件(22，35)，其中该连接件(22，35)的一端与刮水臂连接，而另一端与管件(21，32)可松开地相连，从而在行人撞上刮水装置时，管件和连接件能够相互松开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刮水装置，其特征在于，所述管件(21，32)和所述连接件(22，35)互相冲压。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的刮水装置，其特征在于，所述管件(21，32)斜着套在刮水轴(33，34)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的刮水装置，其特征在于，所述管件(21，32)是一种压铸件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的刮水装置，其特征在于，所述连接件(22，35)由板件制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的刮水装置，其特征在于，所述刮水装置用于汽车。
