Abstract

本发明公开了一种浴缸,包括由同一材料制的浴缸外壳与第二层外壳,浴缸外壳设置于第二层外壳内,在浴缸外壳与第二层外壳接触的表面上涂敷有胶水,该浴缸外壳与第二层外壳通过胶水粘合连接,本发明还提供了上述浴缸的制造方法,包括有如下步骤,步骤一,采用同一材料制成浴缸外壳与第二层外壳;步骤二,将浴缸外壳外壁和/或第二层外壳内壁上涂敷胶水;步骤三,将浴缸外壳放置于第二层外壳内,使浴缸外壳的外壁与第二层外壳内壁接触,在互相粘到胶水之后展开,然后继续把第二层外壳套进浴缸外壳1上。本发明制造流程更快、成本更低;品质良好、结构简单,可快速生产;可以轻易且快速地将第二层外壳粘到浴缸外壳上;达到生态环保标准与要求。

Description

以真空成形或者是以射出成形制成的浴缸第二层强化外壳
技术领域
本发明的方法系运用于浴缸的技术领域中,主要系于加入一个用来强化浴缸的第二层壳到浴缸里面的方法有关。这个创新也跟利用塑料材料制作而成的浴厕设备有关。
背景技术
要解决的技术难题在于:要如何在不使用聚脂树脂、玻璃纤维材料、各种填充物以其有毒的亦挥发镕剂的材料的条件下,提供浴缸外壳进一步的强化,以便获得相同或更好质量的最终产品。
现今,最常被采用的浴缸生产流程,如英国专利第2266261号(Kalus Jurgen与Filleis Roger还有Folkard,1993)中所描述的,是利用聚脂塑料为材料,然后提供额外的强化浴缸外壳设计。先不提生产的方式,浴缸外壳的强化,是由一个包含聚脂树脂或者是玻璃纤维或者填充物以及一些用来产生外学作用的特殊的化学成分例如催化剂与溶剂做成的第二外壳制成。上述的制造流程,只能透过昂贵的设备才能做到。
然而这个方法的的制程有一些缺点,例如:
1.制造流程耗费的时间非常冗长
2.制造流程会产生有害的有毒或可燃废弃物,在生态保护无法让人接受。
3.在生产过程中使用玻璃纤维,在最后安装阶段,对于工人可能产生很高机械性伤害的风险。
4.要用到太多材料
5.制作聚脂树脂与玻璃纤维的机器太高
6.在制作浴缸外壳的过程里面会损失比较多的聚脂树脂之类的材料
7.因为使用数种材料,以及完全无法回收废弃塑料
上述的缺点,促使我们开始放弃现有的方法,开始着手设计一个全新的聚脂塑料浴缸制造方法。
发明内容
此一技术创新是全新的强化浴缸外壳技术。这些流程与使用相同的浴缸制作材料,制作一个或一个以上的第二外壳的流程有关。
一个或者更多的第二外壳是利用跟浴缸相同的材料制成。其使用的流程部分已经为人所知(使用真空或者是射出成形塑料材料)。
浴缸的第二外壳的基本外型与浴缸相仿,第二外壳的底部形状是设计成多边型的突起物,看起来像是一格一格的蜂窝。
根据专利申请书的说明,这个技术创新具备一些益处,基本上,大致如下:
1.制作稳定性增加,制造流程更快也更省钱。
2.质量良好、简单、以及快速生产具有强化效果的第二外壳的浴缸 壳
3.可以轻易地且快速地将第二层外壳黏到浴缸外壳上
4.完全没有采用聚脂树脂、玻璃纤维、填充物以及要使用上述材料的设备
5.可以达到生态环保标准与要求,且任何阶段,包括最终产品的组装都完全合乎生态环保规定。
6.在制造过程中,没有额外的成本。因为第二外壳的材料跟浴缸外壳相同。
7.可以大量生产

具体实施方式
生产强化浴缸外壳的第二外壳所需设备跟现有生产浴缸外壳的设备相同,不是使用真空成形,就是使用既有的生产流程,例如塑料材料射出成形。
用来做为第二层外壳的外型的模具跟用来制作基本产品(即浴缸的外壳)的模具几乎同样大小。在这两种模具的唯一不同是用来生产第二层外壳的模具,是用来提供第二层外壳的外型表面上有一些多角型的突起物。
一旦浴缸外壳与第二层外壳完成,浴缸(a)被安置在第二层外壳内,(b)就像图三所呈现的一样,接着就将浴缸外壳黏到第二层浴缸外壳中。
使某些种类的胶水将浴缸外壳黏到第二层浴缸外壳上,用来强化浴缸外壳要把浴缸外壳黏到第二层浴缸外壳,要用某种胶水黏合。这种胶水是以来自于浴缸与第二层外壳最后制作流程所得的废弃物的锯木屑混合苯的溶液制成。
无论是以铸造或者是放在模具中真空铸造而成的浴缸外壳,都是在内层涂上一层薄薄的胶水,可以用刷子刷上,或者用某种喷雾的工具。
在把浴缸外壳的内侧涂上一层胶水后,马上进入后续阶段。浴缸外壳放在第二层外壳里面(见图三)。其外层是跟第二层外壳的内层黏在一起。例如:其平坦的一面黏上胶水。黏合的的过程以下列步骤开始,将浴缸外壳的外层与涂满胶水的表层接触,在碰到黏胶之后,慢慢展开,然后继续进行把浴缸第二外壳套进浴缸外壳的流程。上述的流程最后的结果是一个三层的浴缸外壁(请见图一),第一层(1)由浴缸外壳的材料组成,第二层,(2)由第二层外壳组成,还有中间层,(3)由胶水材料组成。
这个黏合的基础流程大约要花上一个小时,取决于胶水层的厚薄,完成上述流程的时间大约要12个小时。
下一步骤是最后用机器收边与处理缝隙处理。
利用超音波焊接将浴缸外壳与第二层外壳黏合,强化浴缸外壳的流程
利用超音波焊接的黏合方式必须要维持浴缸外壳跟第二层外壳之间最起码的整洁。
在您将浴缸外壳放到第二层外壳之后,就可以开始利用合宜的工具进行超音波焊接的流程。上述流程的最后的成果是将两层浴缸组合成浴缸壁(如图二所示)。第一层(1)包括浴缸外壳,第二层(2)包括第二层外壳。
在上述的流程之后,完成了黏合一个第二层强化外壳的浴缸。你可以看到将浴缸外壳与第二外壳胶合的流程所组合而成的浴缸。
根据计划图浴缸(4)有一般标准外型(图四)。侧面图有一个惯常的的外型,不过在较低的边缘上,你可以看到一些突出物(6)。在图六,你可以看到B段,就是图四的B。请注意,突出物(6)是在下方。
在图七,你可以看到图四的A段,包括将浴缸外壳与第二层外壳的外壁黏合的详细步骤。
在图八,你可以看到图四的浴缸下面的图型。你可以看到第二层外壳的底部。(2)上面覆盖着突出物。在图九,你可以看到支撑第二层外壳的M段的详细图解。你可以看到突出物(6)构成了一个由中空的六角形突出物构成的网,放在第二层外壳的底部(7)。
浴缸底部是由突出物支撑(6),这些突出物支撑了浴缸的重量,而且,透过六角形的外壁,将重量转移到地面。

Claims (6)

1.以真空成形或者是以射出成形制成的浴缸第二层强化外壳,其第二层外壳加入浴缸外壁做为强化作用的过程如下:将浴缸外壳放在第二层外壳中,浴缸外壳与第二层外壳都是采用图一种材料。第二层外壳先涂上胶水,胶水黏在第二层外壳上,浴缸外壳永久地将浴缸外壳与第二层外壳黏在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浴缸第二层强化外壳,其胶水主要系以在最后处理浴缸外壳的流程中得到的废弃的锯木屑予以添加苯溶液所制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浴缸第二层强化外壳,将第二层外壳的浴缸强化层黏到浴缸外层的步骤如下:将浴缸外层放入第二层外壳浴缸外壳与与第二层外壳属于同一材料,浴缸外壳与第二层外壳利用合适的超音波焊接工具永远的接合起来。
4.根据权利要求2所述的浴缸第二层强化外壳,该浴缸在第二层外壳(2)的下方有突出物,该突出物形成一个由六角型的中空突出物构成的网,底部就构成第二层外壳的一部份,所述突出物承受浴缸的重量,并透过六角型壁,将重量转移到地面。
5.根据权利要求2所述的浴缸第二层强化外壳,其特征在于:所述第二层强化外壳的整个表面为成型件,在所述强化外壳的内侧面上有突起物,该突起物具有整齐的上侧面(5)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的浴缸第二层强化外壳,其特征在于:所述浴缸外壳的外壁的所有表面接触放置着所述突起物的整齐上侧面(5)。
