Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性剂量装置(dispensing device),所述一次性剂量装置包括由多个部件构成的筒或注射器、具有混合器外壳的混合器、以及相应地关闭由多个部件构成的筒或注射器的开口和出口的封闭机构。
背景技术
当前,剂量装置通常会被重复使用,即由多个部件构成的筒或注射器的内容物足以适用于多种应用,而静态混合器仅可用于单一应用并且随后要被更换掉。然而,在由多个部件构成的筒或注射器在药物领域的应用中,倾向于单一应用。其优点在于:由于单一应用由此能够确保相应地对单个病人进行治疗,因此避免使病人受到可能存在的污染。
例如由同一申请人申请的WO2006/005213A、WO2005/021394A、US5918772A中所披露的现有技术剂量装置具有带有在给药前必须被移除以便能够附接混合器的封闭件的筒。其它剂量装置包括或多或少比较复杂的阀门布置以便防止进行多次使用。
发明内容
对于在医药领域中的一次性应用而言,现有技术的这种剂量装置在操纵性和生产方面都要求较高,并且因此本发明的目的在于提供一种制造经济且操作简单快捷且首先是安全的剂量装置。可以通过如独立权利要求1中所述的装置实现该目标。从属权利要求中列出了其它优点和解决方案。
附图说明
下面,结合示例性实施例的示意图对本发明进行更加详细地描述。所述附图中仅大致示出了混合器与由多个部件构成的筒或注射器之间的界面,图1-3和7示出了处于关闭位置的剂量装置,而图4-6和8示出了处于打开位置的剂量装置。附件可具有一个入口或者两个分开的入口,然而封闭塞的个数等于筒或注射器上面的出口的个数。
图1示出了混合器的剖视图和与双筒或注射器形成的联接区域的剖视图;
图2示出了混合器入口部段的透视图;
图3示出了所述双筒或注射器的出口部段的透视图;
图4-6示出了位于已经沿箭头所示方向(参见图8)进行旋转的混合器外壳中的一定位置处的图1-3中所示的相同元件;
图7示出了图1所示的筒和混合器的顶视图;和
图8示出了已经沿箭头所示方向进行旋转的图4所示的筒和混合器的顶视图。
具体实施方式
图1示出了双筒1的出口部段,所述出口部段具有两个储存容器2和3、两个出口喷嘴4和5以及设有周向带沟槽的卡扣圆缘(snap bead)7的出口凸缘6。
混合器8大致包括混合器外壳9和布置在所述混合器外壳中的混合元件10。混合器8的入口部段具有入口凸缘11和接收卡扣圆缘7且与其配合的内部沟槽12。
根据本发明,混合器外壳9设有封闭塞(closure stopper)13和14,所述封闭塞大体上与混合器外壳一体注射成型且可以被插入到出口2和3中。在封闭塞13和14之间布置有弯曲的隔壁15。从入口方向进行观察,混合元件10具有紧接着隔壁21的入口侧端部20。混合器外壳隔壁15和混合元件隔壁21的作用是保持所述组分分开直至到达第一混合段。
在图4中示出了位于出口凸缘6中的用作止退安全机构(anti-reversal safety)且相对于出口偏置约40°-120°的两个凹口16和17。特别是如图8所示,这些凹口旨在当混合器外壳旋转约90°-180°之后接收封闭塞13,14的端部18并且防止混合器外壳返回。为此,封闭塞的端部18能够整体或者仅部分地圆化或者可以具有适于在凹口16和17中提供止退动作的其它形状。按照这种方式,所述出口保持畅通且物料能够按剂量得到分配。此外,旨在接收混合元件出口侧上的端部20的凹部19被布置在出口凸缘6中。
特别是如图5中所示,在打开位置,封闭塞受到相对较大的弯曲并且因此明显的是:后者且,如果混合器外壳与封闭塞一体成形的话,同样所述混合器外壳必须由适当的材料进行生产。此外如图1和图4中清楚地示出,封闭塞优选是中空的。
如文中所述,在混合器外壳相对于图1-3和7中所示的位置转动约135°角之后所处的位置如图4-6和8中所示,在该位置处,封闭塞从出口中滑出并且被接合在所述筒的出口凸缘中的凹口中。如文中所述,混合器外壳相对于所述筒的转动角度可达到约90°-180°。
在图1或图4中,可以进一步看到:混合器被推到所述筒上面并且借助于位于混合器处的内部沟槽12和位于所述筒处的卡扣圆缘7被接合在所述筒处,从而使得所述混合器外壳仍然可以相对于所述筒进行旋转,而不再撤回。
在出口侧端部处,以凸头22和相应的槽口23的形式存在的卡扣机构被适当地设置在混合器的入口凸缘11内部和所述筒的出口凸缘上面,从而使得所述混合器外壳总是相对于所述筒位于限定位置处并且特别是在端部位置处避免产生意外旋转。因此,还可以进一步为打开位置设置槽口。
如在医药容器中已公知地,可以适当地设置撕开式开口封条。
这里并未示出筒或注射器的进一步设计,这是因为绝大多数实施例都对后者有所考虑且并不是必要的发明点。因此,筒或注射器可直接手动进行操作或者借助于剂量器具进行操作。这同样适用于可具有出口或任何类型附件的混合器。
结合示例性实施例,已经提到:所述封闭塞与所述混合器外壳或附件一体成形。虽然这是当前所考虑到的最佳解决方案,但是在本发明的范围内还有可能提供一种由不同于混合器外壳或附件材料的材料制成的独立的封闭塞,所述封闭塞可以被附接到所述混合器外壳或附件上面。
本发明还包括具有多于两个部件,例如三个部件的筒或注射器,在该筒或注射器中,将会相应地导致在混合器外壳或附件上面设置超过两个封闭塞。
Claims (7)
1.一次性剂量装置,所述一次性剂量装置包括由多个部件构成的筒或注射器(1)、具有混合器外壳(9)和混合元件(10)的混合器(8),或者具有附件的混合器(8)、以及关闭由多个部件构成的筒或注射器的出口的封闭机构,其中与混合器外壳或附件相连的封闭机构包括用于每个出口的封闭塞(13,14),所述封闭塞能够被插入到由多个部件构成的筒或注射器的出口中且能够产生变形,从而使得通过使所述混合器外壳或附件相对于由多个部件构成的筒或注射器产生旋转,能够从由多个部件构成的筒或注射器的出口中移除封闭塞(13,14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的剂量装置,其特征在于,由多个部件构成的筒或注射器的出口部段具有止退安全机构(16,17),以便防止产生形变的封闭塞(13,14)返回。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的剂量装置,其特征在于,隔壁(15)被设置在所述混合器外壳或附件的封闭塞(13,14)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的剂量装置,其特征在于,所述封闭塞的端部(18)整体或者仅部分地圆化或者具有其它形状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的剂量装置,其特征在于,所述封闭塞(13,14)是中空的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的剂量装置,其特征在于,单独生产出的所述封闭塞(13,14)的材料不同于所述混合器外壳或附件的材料,并且所述封闭塞被紧固到所述混合器外壳或附件上面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的剂量装置,其特征在于,能够进行旋转的所述混合器外壳(9)或附件的入口凸缘(11)包括与筒或注射器的出口凸缘(6)上面的对应的卡扣机构相配合的卡扣机构。
