技术领域

背景技术
在韩国专利局提交的专利申请第2004-0108870号(发明名称:后方平衡步行鞋),公开了后方平衡步行鞋,该后方平衡步行鞋的特征是从鞋底垫的中心向后跟侧形成有双重接地跟,形成前跟部分和后跟部分,使前跟部分和后跟部分以上述双重接地跟为中心向上倾斜,使前跟部分和后跟部分以上述双重接地跟为作用点进行上下移动。

因此,制造鞋的时候,由聚氨基甲酸酯泡沫形成的鞋底垫上面用粘合剂可较好地粘贴由硬质的塑料板制成的硬性辅助鞋垫,但是由塑料板制成的硬性辅助鞋垫上面不能很好地与面革底面粘合。
因此,为了增加面革的底面与硬性辅助鞋垫上面部分的粘着力,在由硬质塑料板制成的硬性辅助鞋垫的上面部分粘贴其他纤维纸后,在此上面粘贴面革。此时,随着时间推移粘贴在硬性辅助鞋垫上面的纤维纸会掉落,因此以这种方法制作的鞋子具有走路时会产生噪音,穿着感差等缺点。
并且,上述现有发明,在鞋底垫的底面中央部分形成拱形的槽形状双重接地跟为鞋底垫的一部分,与鞋底垫形成一体。因此该双重接地跟部分也由与鞋底垫相同材质的聚氨基甲酸酯泡沫制成。
另外,当人们穿上鞋上阶梯时,鞋底垫前跟部分踩到阶梯平坦的部分,同时,鞋底垫的中央部底面接触到阶梯棱角部分。
此时,穿戴现有发明中的鞋子上楼时,在鞋底垫的中央底面形成的拱形槽形状的部分踩到阶梯棱角部分,阶梯棱角部分与聚氨基甲酸酯泡沫形成的拱形槽部分接触,有滑倒的危险。不仅如此,走在山路等凹凸不平的道路时,由上述聚氨基甲酸酯泡沫形成的拱形槽部分踩到如小石块等小的突出物时,存在滑到及扭伤脚等危险,每当脚底的中央部分踩到石子等突出部分时,脚底中央部存在硌脚及产生疼痛等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,在由硬质塑料板制成的硬质中插(以往记载为硬性辅助鞋垫)上形成切开部后,将易与面革粘贴的鞋底垫上面部分向上突出露到上述切开口上面,使面革坚固地粘贴到粘贴有硬质中插的鞋底垫上面,在鞋底垫底面中央部形成的拱形槽插入软垫后,在鞋底垫的整个面上粘贴防滑垫,可以防止在阶梯或凹凸不平的路面滑倒,缓冲集中到脚底中央的荷重。
为达到上述目的,本发明在底面中央部横向形成拱形槽,该拱形槽的前后方底面向上倾斜而成的鞋底垫上面,粘贴有硬质的硬质中插的鞋底,其特征在于,上述拱形槽的底面以填充拱形槽的形式粘贴中央软垫;包括该中央软垫底面在内的鞋底垫的整个底面粘贴防滑垫;鞋底垫上面形成与硬质中插相同形状及厚度的中插插入槽;在突出周缘部的内周底面形成周缘形面革底面粘贴部;在上述中插插入槽的前后方底面纵向突出地形成与面革底面粘贴部具有相同高度的前后方突出粘贴部;上述硬质中插的前后方上下贯通地形成用于向上贯通上述前后方突出粘贴部的前后方切开部;在上述硬质中插的前后方上面粘贴前后方软垫,面革的底面与底面的突出周缘内周面和面革底面粘贴部、前后方突出粘贴部、前后方软垫粘合。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1至4对本发明前后方向上倾斜的鞋底做详细说明。
根据本发明的前后方向上倾斜的鞋底如图3所示,在底面中央部横向形成拱形槽11,该拱形槽11的前后方底面向上倾斜而成的鞋底垫10的上面,粘贴硬质中插20,在粘贴硬质中插20的鞋底垫10上部粘贴面革30。
上述拱形槽11底面以填充拱形槽11的形态粘贴中央软垫12,在包括该中央软垫12底面在内的鞋底垫10的整个底面形成防滑垫粘贴槽13,在上述防滑垫粘贴槽13粘贴防滑垫14。
此时,上述中央软垫12可形成如图3“a”所示,与连接拱形槽两侧前端部的假想连接线(单虚线)相同的高度,中央软垫12具有良好的缓冲能力,因此即使中央软垫12向底面形成凸出的弧形也不影响步行。
另外,如图1至图3所示,在鞋底垫10上面形成与硬质中插20具有相同形状及厚度的中插插入槽15,在突出周缘部16的内周底面形成周缘状面革底面粘贴部17,在上述中插插入槽15的前后方底面纵向突出地形成与面革底面粘贴部17具有相同高度的前后方突出粘贴部18,19。
上述前后方突出粘贴部18,19如图2所示,中插插入槽15前后方两侧与面革底面粘贴部17内周面隔一定间隔向上突出,以便此后粘贴面革时,扩大与面革的粘贴面积。
另外,上述硬质中插20是将硬质的塑料进行注塑成型制成,粘贴在底面中央部分较低、前后方倾斜、整体形成弧形鞋底垫10的上面,防止穿上利用这种鞋底的鞋子时,由软质的聚氨基甲酸酯泡沫成型的鞋底垫10前后方被使用者体重向下方展开。
上述硬质中插20的前后方上下贯通地形成前后方切开部21,22,用于向上贯通上述前后方突出粘贴部18,19,在上述硬质中插20的前后方两侧前方突出粘贴部18之间和19之间的上面粘贴前后方软垫23,24。

参考图1至图4,对上述本发明的作用关系说明如下。
首先,要制作本发明的鞋底时,在鞋底垫10中央部底面形成的拱形槽11底面用粘合剂粘贴弹性良好的中央软垫12,之后用粘合剂粘贴防滑垫14到防滑垫粘贴槽13上,粘贴有中央软垫12且包括中央软垫12底面在内的鞋底垫10前后方整个底面形成防滑垫粘贴槽13。
此时,上述防滑垫14通常用橡胶制作,在其底面形成多个防滑用踏(tread)槽,不会因为气候变化发生龟裂,并可起到防滑的作用。
如上所述在鞋底垫10的整个底面粘贴防滑垫14后,将硬质中插20插入到在鞋底垫10上面形成的中插插入槽15并粘贴。
此时,突出于中插插入槽15形成的前后方突出粘贴部18,19要向上贯通硬质中插20的前后方切开口21,22是显而易见的。
如此,将硬质中插20插入到鞋底垫10上面的中插插入槽15并粘贴,硬质中插20比鞋底垫10小,形成与硬质中插20相同厚度的中插插入槽15,前后方突出粘贴部18,19的高度与面革底面粘贴部17高度相同,因此,面革底面粘贴部17的上面与硬质中插20的上面,前后方突出粘贴部18,19的上面高度处于同一高度线。
在此状态下,将面革30底面粘贴到粘贴有硬质中插20的鞋底垫10上面,如图3及图4所示,面革30底面周缘部分与突出周缘部16内面和其下部的形成周缘状面革底面粘贴部17粘合,同时与露在硬质中插20的前后方切开口21,22上面的前后方突出粘贴部18,19上面粘合。
此时,上述由皮革、合成皮革、纸纤维等制成的面革30与具有一定缓冲能力的由聚氨基甲酸酯泡沫制成的鞋垫10,使用粘合剂粘贴其粘贴性能良好,因此,露在硬质中插20上面的前后方突出粘贴部18,19,也能牢固地粘贴到面革30的底面。
如上所述,将面革30底面粘贴到粘贴有硬质中插20的鞋底垫10上面时,粘贴在两侧前后方突出粘贴部18,19之间的硬质中插20上面的前后方软垫23,24,会担心硬质中插20的上面部分上不能与面革30的底面,即粘贴在面革30内侧的衬底31粘合不牢固。

本发明在由软质材料制成的鞋底底面,以中央凸出、前后方向上倾斜的状态下在其上面安装平坦坚硬的硬质中插20,穿上由该鞋底制成的鞋子时,前后方不接触地面,只有中央部分与地面接触。
此时,鞋底的前后方具有向下的作用力,但有坚硬的硬质中插20来支撑体重,因此产生前后跟部分向下弯曲、中央部分向上弯曲的作用力,对整个脚底产生压迫,虽然有一定程度推拿的效果,但是若穿戴时间较长,持续的压迫会导致痛症。
但是本发明,通过在鞋底垫10底面的中央软垫12、硬质中插20上面前后方安装的前后方软垫23,24,可减少上述压力,减缓施加到脚底的痛症。
另外,在本发明的鞋底整个底面设有防滑的防滑垫14,步行时,不管哪个部位踩到其他物质也不会滑倒。
即,人上楼梯时,脚底中央部底面大部分踩到阶梯棱角部分,包括现有发明在内的以往大部分鞋子中央部底面没有防滑手段,上阶梯时会有滑倒的危险。但上述的本发明,在鞋底的整个底面形成用于防滑的防滑垫14,可预防在楼梯滑倒。
此外,在山路等土路步行时,脚底各部分都会踩到小石块,上述的本发明在鞋底的整个面粘贴用于防滑的防滑垫14,脚底底面中央踩到小石块或岩石时可起到防滑的作用。
另外,与现有发明相同,具有穿上鞋底垫底面中央凸出且前后方向上倾斜的鞋底制成的鞋子时,鞋子的前后方因处于空中,会产生向下的作用力,此时人体的重心在脚后方,使人体的重心向后偏沉,由后方平衡刺激身体肌肉,平时也能够锻炼步行时使用的肌肉,将步行的冲击减小到最小、穿戴时间长也不会感到不适、稳定感高具有肌肉锻炼效果等,在此省略对其详细说明。
发明效果
如上所述的本发明的前后方向上倾斜的鞋底,在鞋底垫底面的拱形槽插入软垫的状态下,在整个鞋底垫粘贴防滑垫,使鞋底垫上面露到硬质中插的上面,在硬质中插上面前后方粘贴软垫,粘贴在鞋底垫上的防滑垫在上阶梯或踩到小石块时起到防滑的作用,虽有硬质中插垫但因为安装在前后方和中央部分的软垫,不会感到坚硬和硌脚,通过露在硬质中插上面的突出粘贴部,面革的底面与鞋底垫的上部可牢固的粘贴在一起。

Claims (3)

1、一种前后方向上倾斜的鞋底,包括横向形成于底面中央部的拱形槽(11),该拱形槽(11)的前后方底面向上倾斜地形成鞋底垫(10),所述鞋底垫(10)的上面粘贴硬质中插(20),其特征在于,上述拱形槽(11)的底面以填充拱形槽(11)的形式粘贴中央软垫(12),包括该中央软垫(12)底面在内的整个鞋底垫(10)上形成防滑垫粘贴槽(13),在该防滑垫粘贴槽(13)上粘贴防滑垫(14)。
