Abstract

本发明提供一种驱动一方的轴旋转的致动器不构成驱动另一方的轴旋转的致动器的负载的、使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构。在使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构(1)中,相对于A轴(3)没有干涉地设有同心状的驱动侧锥齿轮(7),并设有与驱动侧锥齿轮(7)啮合的被驱动侧锥齿轮(8),将B轴(9)以同心状态连接固定在被驱动侧锥齿轮(8)上。通过利用A轴致动器(11)以外的B轴致动器(12)来对驱动侧锥齿轮(7)进行驱动,可实现不与A轴(3)干涉的对B轴(9)的驱动。A轴致动器(11)不构成B轴致动器(12)的负载,B轴致动器(12)也不构成A轴致动器(11)的负载。因此在高速驱动时有利。

技术领域
本发明涉及同心双轴机构,尤其涉及驱动一方的轴旋转的致动器不构成驱动另一方的轴旋转的致动器的负载的、使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构。
背景技术
在同心双轴机构中,当将致动器装载在各个轴A、B上后,一方的致动器例如A轴驱动用的致动器需要将另一方的B轴驱动用的致动器作为负载加以驱动。其结果,对A轴驱动用的致动器作用有比B轴驱动用的致动器大的负载。尤其是在高速驱动时,B轴的致动器构成A轴的致动器的负载是很大的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种驱动一方的轴旋转的致动器不构成驱动另一方的轴旋转的致动器的负载的、使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构。
本发明的使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构,其特征在于,包括:A轴;朝与A轴成规定角度的方向延伸的B轴;驱动侧锥齿轮,该驱动侧锥齿轮相对于A轴没有干涉地同心状态地配置,且以可绕与所述A轴的中心轴线共同的中心轴线自由旋转的状态得到支撑;与驱动侧锥齿轮啮合并以同心状态与B轴连接固定的被驱动侧锥齿轮;对A轴进行旋转驱动的A轴致动器;以及对驱动侧锥齿轮进行旋转驱动的B轴致动器。
本发明中,相对于A轴没有干涉地设有同心状的驱动侧锥齿轮,并设有与该驱动侧锥齿轮啮合的被驱动侧锥齿轮,将B轴以同心状态连接固定在该被驱动侧锥齿轮上。通过利用A轴致动器以外的B轴致动器来对驱动侧锥齿轮进行驱动,可实现不与A轴干涉的对B轴的驱动。另外,A轴致动器不构成B轴致动器的负载,B轴致动器也不构成A轴致动器的负载。因此在高速驱动时有利。A轴与B轴之间的角度也可不是直角,可通过锥齿轮的设计来自由地设定。
在此,可采用如下结构,即,配置:将A轴以可自由旋转的状态予以支撑的台架;以同心状态固定在A轴上的A轴驱动带轮;以同心状态和可自由旋转的状态安装在A轴上的B轴驱动带轮;架设在固定于A轴致动器的输出轴上的输出侧带轮与A轴驱动带轮之间的A轴驱动皮带;以及架设在固定于B轴致动器的输出轴上的输出侧带轮与B轴驱动带轮之间的B轴驱动皮带,并将所述驱动侧锥齿轮以同心状态连接固定在所述B轴驱动带轮上。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,对应用了本发明的、使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构的实施形态进行说明。
图1是表示本实施形态的、使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构的立体图,图2是其纵向剖视图。使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构1(以下有时简称为“同心双轴机构1”)具有圆筒状的垂直台架2,A轴3以可自由旋转的状态垂直支撑在该垂直台架2的上端部上。在从垂直台架2朝上方突出的A轴3的轴部分的下端部上以同心状态固定着A轴驱动带轮4。B轴驱动带轮6以同心状态和可自由旋转的状态通过轴承支撑在A轴3的前端部上。
驱动侧锥齿轮7以同心状态固定在B轴驱动带轮6的上端。该驱动侧锥齿轮7安装成与A轴3不干涉。被驱动侧锥齿轮8以正交的状态与驱动侧锥齿轮7啮合。B轴9以同心状态与被驱动侧锥齿轮8连接固定。该B轴9以可自由旋转的状态支撑在呈L字形的支撑架10的垂直臂部分10a的上端部上。支撑架10的下侧的水平臂部分10b的前端固定在A轴3上的A轴驱动带轮4与B轴驱动带轮6之间的部位上。
在此,在垂直台架2的侧方垂直地配置有A轴致动器11和B轴致动器12,它们分别由未图示的支撑部件支撑。在它们的输出轴11a、12a上分别同心状态地固定有输出侧带轮13、14。各输出侧带轮13、14配置成与A轴驱动带轮4和B轴驱动带轮6处于相同高度位置,在输出侧带轮13与A轴驱动带轮4之间架设有A轴驱动皮带15,在输出侧带轮14与B轴驱动带轮6之间架设有B轴驱动皮带16。
在这种结构的同心双轴机构1中,A轴致动器11的旋转通过A轴驱动皮带15传递给A轴驱动带轮4,固定有该A轴驱动带轮4的A轴3绕其中心轴线进行旋转驱动。另一方面,B轴致动器12的旋转通过B轴驱动皮带16传递给B轴驱动带轮6,与B轴驱动带轮6以同心状态连接固定着的驱动侧锥齿轮7进行旋转,与驱动侧锥齿轮7啮合着的被驱动侧锥齿轮8进行旋转,以同心状态与被驱动侧锥齿轮8连接固定着的B轴9绕其中心轴线进行旋转驱动。
驱动B轴9的B轴致动器12不包含在A轴致动器11所驱动的负载中。另外,驱动A轴3的A轴致动器11不包含在B轴致动器12所驱动的负载中。因此,采用本实施形态,能实现适合高速驱动的同心双轴机构。

Claims (2)

1.一种使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构,其特征在于,包括:
A轴;
朝与A轴成规定角度的方向延伸的B轴;
驱动侧锥齿轮,该驱动侧锥齿轮相对于A轴没有干涉地同心状态地配置,且以可绕与所述A轴的中心轴线共同的中心轴线自由旋转的状态得到支撑;
与驱动侧锥齿轮啮合并以同心状态与B轴连接固定的被驱动侧锥齿轮;
对A轴进行旋转驱动的A轴致动器;以及
对驱动侧锥齿轮进行旋转驱动的B轴致动器。
2.如权利要求1所述的使用了锥齿轮的同心双轴机构,其特征在于,包括:
将A轴以可自由旋转的状态予以支撑的台架;
以同心状态固定在A轴上的A轴驱动带轮;
以同心状态和可自由旋转的状态安装在A轴上的B轴驱动带轮;
架设在固定于A轴致动器的输出轴上的输出侧带轮与A轴驱动带轮之间的A轴驱动皮带;以及
架设在固定于B轴致动器的输出轴上的输出侧带轮与B轴驱动带轮之间的B轴驱动皮带,
所述驱动侧锥齿轮以同心状态连接固定在所述B轴驱动带轮上。
