割取乳液提取纯天然植物酶的方法属生物工程领域。需要解决万寿果乳液分离出70%水分后,再迅速进行低温干燥提取植物酶工艺和提酶后的余渣,万寿果肉,分离出的母液,万寿果的根茎叶再利用的技术问题。其特征一:先在常温下用离心机将乳液中70%的水分分离出去。其特征二:在56℃低温使物料干燥时间缩短,酶活力在10000u/g以上。其特征三:万寿果肉及分离出去的母液再用来做食品和化妆品。其特征四:余渣、万寿果根茎叶,粉碎100目再用做垃圾用植物酶解杀菌生产有机肥料的天然酶制使用。本发明方法专门用于:提取植物酶、再用其辅料来酶解杀菌垃圾综合开发利用万寿果酶的系统工程。

本发明是割取万寿果乳液提取纯天然植物酶的方法,属生物工程领域。
背景技术
万寿果是自然生长在亚热带地区的速生草本植物,它全身是宝,特别是未成熟果皮中含有大量的天然植物酶PAPAIN,此酶可以水解肽键,酰胺键,脂键等,能在常温常压等条件下专一高效地催化底物反应.它在保温措施下也可以控温种植割取乳液提取酶。性质为个人生产实践中发明,本发明无资料可寻,无法引证。
发明内容
本发明目的在于种植大量植物万寿果割其乳液、商品化、大规模提取纯天然植物酶以满足啤酒、食品、化工、印染、皮革、照明、医药多种行业日益对万寿果植物酶越来越多的需求,充分挖掘万寿果自然资源合理利用的内在潜力。此酶为淡黄色或乳白色,含水量6%左右,灰分在10%,无致病菌,重金属含量低于2μg/g,活力在10000u/g以上。提取酶之后的大量万寿果肉还可以用来生产纯天然绿色食品,其提取酶后的母液还可再利用做洗浴液等化妆品。最后剩余渣和万寿果根茎叶共同粉碎100目在常温常压下将其加入流体的人粪尿垃圾,液体垃圾,固体垃圾中,让其剩余的酶再用来酶解各种垃圾中多种含蛋白质原体的病菌,细菌,对酶解杀菌各种垃圾生产大量有机肥料是便宜的天然植物酶制剂,能使万寿果资源得以合理的配置会起到积极的效果。
具体实施方式
割取万寿果乳液,去杂过滤,胶体磨粉碎,离心分离出去70%水分后,将物料用烘干机在56℃时进行烘干,或用冷冻干燥机在56℃时冷冻干燥,还可以在56℃时用喷雾干燥机进行喷雾干燥,含水分6%,以上三种方法采用其中的任何一种方法都可以,然后将其粉碎100目,再真空包装,打上外观包装专利产品,变成植物酶商品出售。
本发明方法在生物工程领域内普通技术人员经过GMP生产规范和ISO9002认证达标的培训都能实现本技术。

    割取万寿果乳液提取纯天然植物酶的方法,其特征在于:
    1)、在常温下将割取万寿果的乳液除杂、过滤、粉碎、离心分离出去70%的水分即母液,可再用来做天然洗浴液化妆品的原料
    2)、将物料置于烘干炉、冷冻干燥机、或喷雾干燥机中,在56℃控温时进行快速干燥获得酶品。
    3)、将提取酶时的余渣及万寿果根茎叶再混合粉碎100目在常温常压下加入到流体垃圾(即人畜粪便垃圾);液体垃圾(即城乡生活污水);固体垃圾(即城乡生活、建筑垃圾)等各种垃圾中,使之酶解含蛋白质的各种病菌、细菌、等各种蛋白原体,使其酶解成无病毒,无危害的有机质,酶解杀菌率达98%左右,使各种垃圾变成有机肥料,对环境保护会起到积极效果。
