Abstract
本发明建议一种内燃机活塞(1),该活塞具有一个环形冷却通道(5),该冷却通道具有进油孔(17)和出油孔(18),其中,出油孔(18)为了活塞销座(10)的冷却而对准活塞销座(10)的方向。

本发明涉及到一种根据权利要求1前序部分的内燃机活塞。
背景技术
根据公开文献DE 102 14 830 A1已知一种活塞,该活塞具有一个设置于活塞顶侧的边缘区域内的、环形冷却通道,该冷却通道在背离活塞顶的一侧具有一个进油孔,通过这个进油孔,喷油嘴向冷却通道中喷射冷却油。上述冷却通道在径向外部由一个支承着活塞环带的成型部限定,而在径向内部由为形成活塞顶凹坑的活塞预限定,因此在冷却通道中流动的冷却油只能够冷却活塞环带和活塞顶凹坑的径向外部区域。
从日本的专利申请JP 09 079116中已知一种活塞,其中,向整个活塞顶下侧喷射冷却油从而对其进行冷却。
这里的缺点在于:在公开文献DE 102 14 830和日本的专利申请JP 09 079116中都没有提供用于冷却活塞销座的措施。
发明内容
由此出发,本发明的目的在于:避免现有技术的这些缺点。该目的可以通过独立权利要求和从属权利要求的特征部分中的特征来解决。从属权利要求中的内容为本发明具有优势的设计方案。

接下来将借助图示来说明本发明的几个实施例。
图1示出了具有一个被冷却的活塞环槽护圈的活塞的剖视图,
该活塞的出油孔朝向上面的活塞销座区域,以使得从活塞环槽护圈的冷却通道中流出的油可用于活塞销座的冷却,
图2示出了沿图1中的AA线的剖视图,其中示出了在上面的活塞销座区域中形成的油室,其功能在于:储存用于润滑活塞销的油,以及
图3以剖视图的形式示出了根据图1的活塞,在该活塞中,用于向被冷却的活塞环槽护圈的冷却通道中导入冷却油的喷油嘴,与另一个朝向上面的活塞销座区域的喷嘴连接以形成双重喷嘴。
具体实施方式
图1示出了内燃机活塞1的剖视图,在其活塞顶2中形成了一个活塞顶凹坑3。活塞1可以由钢,灰口铸铁,铝或其它的轻质金属,例如镁制成。在活塞1的活塞顶侧的边缘区域内,为在图中没有描述的气环而设置了一个被冷却的活塞环槽护圈4,该护圈在径向内部具有一个环形冷却通道5。在背离活塞顶的方向上,用于另一个气环的第二个环槽6和用于刮油环的第三个环槽7毗邻于活塞环槽护圈4。由活塞环槽护圈4以及环槽6和7构成的活塞环带8与环绕的活塞裙9连接,在该活塞裙9中,在径向对置的两侧各自形成一个带有活塞销座孔11的活塞销座10。
活塞销座10靠活塞顶侧的区域12,尤其如图4(图3中所描述的活塞沿IV-IV线的剖视图)中所示,沿径向朝内的方向加固,通过这种方式,在这个区域12中分别获得一个在径向朝内方向扩大的活塞销座孔11的天顶15,由活塞销作用于活塞销座孔11的天顶15上的较小表面压力,以及由此得到的活塞销座孔11在发动机运转时最大载荷区域的较小的磨损。
在活塞销座孔11的活塞顶侧区域12的径向内侧形成了油室13和14,其目的在于:在发动机运转时储存用于更好润滑(在图中未示出的)活塞销的油。这附加地降低了活塞销和活塞销座孔11的磨损。
冷却活塞环槽护圈4所需的油,由至少一个喷油嘴16分别通过一个进油孔17,直接喷射到设置在冷却活塞环槽护圈4径向内部的冷却通道5中。油在经过冷却通道5之后,再次从出油孔18流出。出油孔18从背离活塞顶的方向看,径向朝内并对准活塞销座10的区域12的方向,使得从冷却通道5中流出的油撞击到活塞销座10靠活塞顶侧的区域12上并对其进行冷却。
图2描述了图1中活塞1沿AA线,在活塞销座10靠活塞顶侧的区域12内的局部剖视图,该剖视图示出了在其中储存用于润滑在图中未示出的活塞销的油的油室14的形状。
图3示出了喷油嘴16的一种设计方案,该喷油嘴与附加的喷嘴19连接,其功能在于:通过用油20直接喷射对活塞销座10靠活塞顶侧的区域12进行冷却。在本实施例中,喷嘴16和19联合成一个一体的双重喷嘴21,该喷嘴21有利地也设置在活塞1径向相对的一侧上,以便也通过喷射冷却那里的活塞销座,同时通过那里的进油孔将油导入到冷却通道5中。
如同图中所描述的,冷却通道5可以是冷却活塞环槽护圈4的一部分。但是,也可以考虑的是:冷却通道5与冷却活塞环槽护圈4隔开一定距离地设置,从而由此改善活塞顶凹坑3的冷却。此外,特别是对于小活塞,只需要在仅使用一个喷嘴19的条件下,借助于喷射冷却对活塞销座10进行冷却就足够了,在这里,用冷却油填满油室13,14,以对活塞销座10进行冷却和润滑。

Claims (5)
1.一种内燃机活塞(1)
-具有在活塞(1)径向外表面上设置于活塞顶附近的活塞环带(8),
-具有在背离活塞顶方向上毗邻于活塞环带(8)的活塞裙(9),
-具有设置在活塞(1)的活塞顶侧的边缘区域内的环形冷却通道(5),
-具有至少一个进油孔(17)和至少一个出油孔(18),它们各自与冷却通道(5)的一个开口连接并通到活塞(1)的内腔(22),
-具有由活塞裙(9)保持的、设置径向对置的两侧上的、各自带有一个活塞销座孔(11)的活塞销座(10),以及
-具有至少一个设置于活塞(1)内腔(22)中的、指向至少一个进油孔(17)的喷油嘴(16),用以将冷却油导入到冷却通道(5)中,
其特征在于:活塞销座(10)靠活塞顶侧的区域(12)沿径向朝内的方向加固,并且出油孔(18)对准活塞销座(10)的加固区域(12)。
2.按权利要求1的活塞,其特征在于:在活塞销座(10)的加固区域(12)的径向内侧,形成用于暂时储存油的油室(13,14)。
3.一种内燃机活塞(1)
-具有设置在活塞(1)的活塞顶侧的边缘区域内的环形冷却通道(5),
-具有至少一个进油孔(17)和至少一个出油孔(18),它们各自与冷却通道(5)的一个开口连接并通到活塞(1)的内腔(22),
-具有活塞裙(9),
-具有由活塞裙(9)保持的、设置在径向对置的两侧上的、各自带有一个活塞销座孔(11)的活塞销座(10),以及
-具有至少一个设置于活塞(1)内腔(22)中的、指向至少一个进油孔(17)的喷油嘴(16),用以将冷却油导入到冷却通道(5)中,
其特征在于:为冷却活塞销座(10),所述至少一个喷油嘴(16)分别与一个附加的、对准活塞销座(10)的喷嘴(19)连接。
4.按权利要求3的活塞,其特征在于:活塞销座(10)靠活塞顶侧的区域(12),沿径向朝内的方向加固,并且喷嘴(19)分别对准活塞销座(10)的加固区域(12)。
5.按权利要求4的活塞,其特征在于:在活塞销座(10)的加固区域(12)的径向内侧,形成用于暂时储存油的油室(13,14)。
