喷枪
本发明涉及一种用于生成双组分泡沫的喷枪,其包括:用于容纳起始组分的两个压力容器;为了输送原始组分而彼此平行地排列在枪构件中的导管;用于计量起始组分的剂量阀;以及用于产生双组分泡沫的混合腔,其中剂量阀被设置为针阀,其每一个均配有直接开入所述混合腔设于其中的可拆卸喷嘴尖端的阀口。
在建筑中使用聚氨酯泡沫连接建筑元件并产生绝缘是人们熟知的。这种泡沫可以以低廉的成本产生并且应用方便。泡沫的一个特殊优势是其在应用之后即以预定方式膨胀、填充可能存在的空隙并实现组件之间的安全连接。在实践中,既使用单组分体系,也使用双组分体系。单组分体系的优点在于只要求单一的起始材料,而且应用工具简单、不复杂。然而,此类体系的不利之处在于单组分泡沫只有在吸收了潮湿空气或者相邻建筑材料中的水分之后才固化,所以固化时间较长。
双组分体系的凝固方式可以使固化非常迅速地发生,以便可以在工作中实现快得多的进展,因为诸组分实际上可以在粘合后直接进行进一步处理。然而,以前所知的用于生产和处理双组分泡沫的设备相对复杂,以致于此类系统尚未完全占据优势。
从美国专利5,092,492A我们知道了一种计量和混合两种起始组分的喷枪,用这种喷枪可以产生双组分泡沫。计量是经由一个计量泵、止回阀和致动构件的系统进行的,因而总体上导致一种相对复杂的结构。
还知道使用喷罐的其它解决方案,其中的喷罐通过公共致动装置致动,以便将内容物送至公共喷嘴。这些方案参见例如美国专利4,880,143A、5,634,571A、或3,575,319A。虽然这种装置结构相对简单,但它们不适合产生高品质泡沫,因为起始材料的计量无法重复再现,而且不能令人满意地彻底混合。
美国专利申请US2002/0038826A揭示了一种喷射装置,确定用于连接至双组分进料导管。因而难以在建筑现场操作。此外,介质的流径长,所以混合物的质量不能令人满意。美国专利6,158,624A的方案有类似的缺点。
本发明的目的是避免这些缺点并提供一种结构简单且能够产生高品质泡沫的喷枪。压力容器的布置应当最适宜操作,不光是对于流径而言,而且对于设备的重量分布而言。
本发明的另一目的是开发一种即使在恶劣工况下也能可靠地工作、且便于清洁和维护的喷枪。
这根据本发明以以下方式实现:压力容器的连接点在轴向上一个在前一个在后,且压力容器基本上垂直于枪构件设置。
本发明的相关方面是简单的布置和这样一个事实,即起始组分仅在可拆卸喷嘴尖端内才相遇,所以在工间休息时防止了工作材料在设备内部的固化。已经注意到,直接致动的针阀相对于其它阀系如止回阀表现出显著的优势,因为在不当使用时可能会发生喷嘴尖端阻塞,导致显著的反压。针尖端能够安全地防止材料从喷嘴尖端有害地回流至输送导管,因而防止阻塞或者损坏喷枪的基本组件。在这样的情况下,为了恢复功能状态,只需要更换喷嘴尖端。如果阀针在其关闭位置用弹簧预拉伸则特别有利。在这种情况下,开启运动是通过机械驱动克服弹簧的作用而发生的。因而可设定针阀的预定关闭力。
可以实现特别简单的布置,以向两个阀针提供公共致动装置。本发明的一个特别有利的实施方式的特征在于阀针被布置在输送导管的内部。结果,不但实现了简单紧凑的结构,而且确保了起始组分的输送横截面具有简单直接的形式,所以可以安全地防止材料等的沉积。在此方面,同样重要的是输送导管排列成平行相邻,压力容器的接触点在轴向上一前一后。
还获得了一种特别简单的结构,使得喷嘴尖端包括一个依靠在剂量阀上的凸缘,其中混合腔就布置在凸缘之后。结果,在更换了喷嘴尖端后无需执行任何特殊清洁工作就得到了功能喷枪。
根据本发明的喷枪的生产可以大大简化,使得喷枪具有一个枪构件,在这个构件中布置有输送导管,而且这个构件可制做成喷射成形零件。当所述剂量阀被作为可插入枪构件的部件布置时,这个方面特别有利。
现在参照附图所示实施例更详细地解释本发明,其中:

根据本发明的喷枪包括枪构件1,其上安装有两个压力容器2、3。喷嘴尖端4以可拆卸方式用夹子5固定在枪构件的前部。
压力容器2、3通过连接件6、7安装在孔腔8、9区域,使得连接点在轴向上彼此错开。孔腔8、9开入沿枪构件1的长度方向延伸的输送导管10、11中。阀针12、13沿轴向可移动地布置在输送导管10、11中,在其尖端配有剂量阀14、15。剂量阀14、15各自包括锥体16、17,其朝向喷嘴尖端4开放并被连接至喷嘴尖端4的凸缘18遮盖。混合腔19直接设置在凸缘18之后,该腔被用于混合由压力容器2、3容纳的两种组分。
阀针12、13由弹簧20预拉伸至关闭位置。在枪构件1手柄22部的触发杆21使剂量阀14、15同时打开。
本发明可以生产出以简单方式产生双组分泡沫、容易清洁并便于操作的喷枪。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于生成双组分泡沫的喷枪,包括:用于容纳起始组分的两个压力容器(2、3);为了输送原始组分而彼此平行地排列在枪构件(1)中的导管(10、11);用于计量起始组分的剂量阀(14、15);以及用于产生双组分泡沫的混合腔(19),所述剂量阀(14、15)被设置为针阀,其每一个均配有直接开入所述混合腔(19)设于其中的可拆卸喷嘴尖端(4)的阀口,其特征在于,所述压力容器的连接点在轴向上设置成一个在前一个在后,且所述压力容器(2、3)基本上垂直于所述枪构件设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述阀针(12、13)由至少一条弹簧(20)预拉伸至其关闭位置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的喷枪,其特征在于,为两个阀针(12、13)设置有公共致动装置(21)。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述阀针(12、13)布置在所述输送导管(10、11)内部。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述喷嘴尖端包括依靠于所述剂量阀(14、15)上的凸缘,所述混合腔(19)直接布置在所述凸缘之后。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述喷枪有枪构件(1),输送导管(10、11)布置在所述枪构件中,且所述枪构件制做成喷射成形零件。
7.如权利要求6所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述剂量阀(14、15)被布置成所述枪构件(1)中的插入件。
