本发明涉椒是一种喷涂枪，特别是一种双喷头喷涂枪。其特征在于：壶体内设有一隔板，隔板把壶体分为两个涂料壶，涂料壶内设有涂料开关，涂料开关通过控制杠杆与手柄上的杠杆座连接；与两个涂料壶相对应的是设有两个喷头主体，喷头主体设于涂料壶的底部，涂料壶通过联接螺母与喷头主体连通，喷头主体的前端设有喷帽，末端设有涂料调节旋钮；手柄的下面设有十字支架，十字支架上设有进气接头、两个气量调节旋钮和两个进气软管，进气接头通过十字支架与两个进气软管连通，两个进气软管各与一个喷头主体连通。本发明通过设置两个喷头，可以提高喷涂效率；采用两个涂料壶的设计，为喷涂多种颜色的涂料，提供了一个简单易行的操作方法。

技术领域
本发明是一种喷涂枪，特别是一种双喷头喷涂枪。
背景技术
传统的喷漆枪，由料斗与喷头组成，往往不能直立，须要支架，操作极不方便，并且只有一个喷头，使用时也只能喷涂一种颜色的涂料。当喷涂多种颜色涂料时，需要先调色后再喷涂，操作复杂，调节不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是为了克服现有单喷头喷涂枪工作效率低操作不便的缺陷，发明一种双喷头喷涂枪。所述双喷头即可单独喷涂，也可同时喷涂，双喷头喷涂枪可大大提高工作效率。
本发明的目的之二是为了克服现有单喷头喷涂枪只能喷涂单一颜色的缺陷，发明一种壶体分隔为两个涂料壶的双喷头喷涂枪。所述两个涂料壶，分别存放一种颜色的涂料，当只喷涂一种颜色时，只须保持喷头关一个开一个即可，无须中途清洗或更换喷涂枪；当两种颜色混合喷涂时，直接将两个喷头都打开即可，无须提前混合颜料。
本发明的目的之三是为了克服现有单喷头喷涂枪不能竖直放置操作不便的缺陷，发明一种三点支撑稳定性好的双喷头喷涂枪。利用三点支撑，可将喷涂放置在任一平面上，方便操作和存放。
本发明的目的是按如下的方式来实现的：所述双喷头喷涂枪，包括壶体、壶盖、手柄、气量调节旋钮、进气接头和喷头主体，壶盖设于壶体顶部，手柄设于壶体侧面，其特征在于：壶体内设有一隔板，隔板把壶体分为两个涂料壶，涂料壶内设有涂料开关，涂料开关通过控制杠杆与手柄上的杠杆座连接；与两个涂料壶相对应的是设有两个喷头主体，喷头主体设于涂料壶的底部，涂料壶通过联接螺母与喷头主体连通，喷头主体的前端设有喷帽，末端设有涂料调节旋钮；手柄的下面设有十字支架，十字支架上设有进气接头、两个气量调节旋钮和两个进气软管，进气接头通过十字支架与两个进气软管连通，两个进气软管各与一个喷头主体连通。
所述两个喷头主体的中部联接处，设有喷头角度调节旋钮。这一技术方案的积极效果是可用于调节两个喷头主体的喷射角度。
所述两个喷头主体的底部和进气接头的底部，处于同一水平面上。
本发明的积极效果如下：通过设置两个喷头，可以提高喷涂效率；采用两个涂料壶的设计，为喷涂多种颜色的涂料，提供了一个简单易行的操作方法；两个喷头主体和一个进气接头，构成三点支撑结构，用时就无须特别的支架，使操作更简单更方便；由于设有角度调节旋钮，所以可以获得不同的喷涂效果；由于设有气量调节旋钮，所以气流及涂料流量均可精密调节，以适合各种类型涂料的喷涂；本喷涂枪配有两种不同口径的喷帽，可根据喷涂介质的不同选择更换。

具体实施方式
如图1图2所示，所述双喷头喷涂枪，包括壶体1、壶盖2、手柄3、气量调节旋钮4、进气接头5和喷头主体6，壶盖2设于壶体1顶部，手柄3设于壶体1侧面，其特征在于：壶体1内设有一隔板7，隔板7把壶体1分为两个涂料壶8，涂料壶8内设有涂料开关9，涂料开关9通过控制杠杆10与手柄3上的杠杆座11连接；与两个涂料壶8相对应的是设有两个喷头主体6，喷头主体6设于涂料壶8的底部，涂料壶8通过联接螺母12与喷头主体6连通，喷头主体6的前端设有喷帽13，末端设有涂料调节旋钮14；手柄3的下面设有十字支架15，十字支架15上设有进气接头5、两个气量调节旋钮4和两个进气软管16(见图3，图3是图1中十字支架15侧视图)，进气接头5通过十字支架15与两个进气软管16连通，两个进气软管16各与一个喷头主体6连通。
图4是图2中喷头角度调节旋钮17的测视图，如图4所示，所述两个喷头主体6的中部联接处，设有喷头角度调节旋钮17。这一技术方案的积极效果是可用于调节两个喷头主体的喷射角度。
所述两个喷头主体6的底部和进气接头5的底部，处于同一水平面上。这一技术方案的积极效果是通过本结构构成三个支撑点，使喷漆枪可以平稳的放置在任一平面上。
使用原理如下：当喷涂枪正常使用时，压缩空气从进气接头处进入，被分成左右两路气流，经气量调节旋钮后，通过进气软管进入喷头主体内，然后从喷帽喷出.当涂料开关打开时，涂料会从涂料壶中流入喷头主体内，当打开涂料调节旋钮时，涂料再被压缩空气吹散，雾化，从而达到喷涂的目的。当两种颜色混合喷涂或须调整两喷头喷涂角度时，通过角度调节旋钮即可改变两喷头的夹角，达到理想的喷涂效果。

1.一种双喷头喷涂枪，包括壶体、壶盖、手柄、气量调节旋钮、进气接头和喷头主体，壶盖设于壶体顶部，手柄设于壶体侧面，其特征在于：壶体内设有一隔板，隔板把壶体分为两个涂料壶，涂料壶内设有涂料开关，涂料开关通过控制杠杆与手柄上的杠杆座连接；与两个涂料壶相对应的是设有两个喷头主体，喷头主体设于涂料壶的底部，涂料壶通过联接螺母与喷头主体连通，喷头主体的前端设有喷帽，末端设有涂料调节旋钮；手柄的下面设有十字支架，十字支架上设有进气接头、两个气量调节旋钮和两个进气软管，进气接头通过十字支架与两个进气软管连通，两个进气软管各与一个喷头主体连通；所述两个喷头主体的中部联接处，设有喷头角度调节旋钮；所述两个喷头主体的底部和进气接头的底部，处于同一水平面上。
