Abstract

本发明提供一种链斗式提升机中央板链,具有心轴,心轴外套设有套筒,套筒上套设有外链板和内链板,其特征在于:心轴中部套设有中间套筒,中间套筒的两侧具有边套筒套设在心轴上,心轴与中间套筒和边套筒均为间隙配合,每个边套筒上过盈配合套设有一个外链板,中间套筒两端过盈配合套设有内链板;枢设于外链板中部的位于外链板内侧的限位卡盘压制限位卡盘两侧的内链板将内链板限位,枢设于内链板中部的位于内链板外侧的限位卡盘压制限位卡盘两侧的外链板将外链板限位;外链板内侧具有与供边套筒穿过的通孔同心的环状凹槽,内链板外侧具有与供中间套筒穿过的通孔同心的环状凹槽。本发明寿命长,强度高,装卸方便,运行平稳,受物料特性限制小。

Description

链斗式提升机中央板链
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种运输机械的部件结构,尤其涉及一种链斗式提升机所使用的板链的结构。
背景技术
链斗式提升机采用封闭循环运转的板链作为输送设备,固设于板链上的链斗中装有物料被运输,链斗运行到板链圈的顶部后翻转而将物料抛离链斗。
现有的传统NE板链采用套筒滚子链的结构型式,由内外两个薄壁套筒即中间套筒和滚套组成。如图1、图2所示:外链板1’套设于心轴5’并由螺栓螺母结构6’定位于心轴5’两端的台阶,心轴5’上套设有中间套筒4’,内链板2’套设于中间套筒4’并由外链板1’夹住定位于中间套筒4’两端的台阶,中间套筒4’上套设有滚套3’。
上述内外双层两个薄壁套筒的结构带来的后果是结构强度低。并套筒要转动,则相应各零件之间必须有间隙,外界的磨粒性物料7’必然进入其内腔,其结果是转动零件结合面间的磨擦系数大大增加,磨粒性物料硬度值通常大于钢材的硬度值。心轴5’与中间套筒4’间的比压值较大(50—100Mpa)而易磨损。故此,传统NE板链的使用寿命和使用场合受到物料硬度的严格限制。
如图1、图3所示,NE板链使用于链斗式提升机时,链斗8’固设在链斗两侧的板链100’的外链板1’上,这样运转时会有横向摆动现象。NE板链链速低(V≤0.7m/s),重力式卸料,也即链斗8’翻过顶点翻转后物料以自身所受重力流出,从而流动性大和有粘度的物料无法卸出。
发明内容
本发明提供一种链斗式提升机中央板链,其目的解决现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种耐磨,寿命长,强度高,装卸方便,运行平稳,受物料特性限制小的链斗式提升机中央板链。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
链斗式提升机中央板链,具有心轴,心轴外套设有套筒,套筒上套设有外链板和内链板,其特征在于:心轴中部套设有中间套筒,中间套筒的两侧具有边套筒套设在心轴上,心轴与中间套筒和边套筒均为间隙配合,每个边套筒上过盈配合套设有一个外链板,中间套筒两端过盈配合套设有内链板;枢设于外链板中部的位于外链板内侧的限位卡盘压制限位卡盘两侧的内链板将内链板限位,枢设于内链板中部的位于内链板外侧的限位卡盘压制限位卡盘两侧的外链板将外链板限位;外链板内侧具有与供边套筒穿过的通孔同心的环状凹槽,内链板外侧具有与供中间套筒穿过的通孔同心的环状凹槽。
上述中间套筒和边套筒的内径相同,外径也相同。
上述外链板和内链板的两端均具有台阶,限位卡盘横截面为T型,限位卡盘下端面与外链板或内链板的两端的台阶配合。
上述边套筒上套设有L型料斗连接板,料斗底面固设于中央板链两侧的料斗连接板上。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于:1、心轴在套筒内作360°自由转动,磨损均匀,且能自动补偿,避免其单边磨损,转动灵活,阻力小,功耗低。2、心轴与套筒采用全封闭结构型式,外链板内侧的环状凹槽及内链板外侧的环状凹槽形成防尘环,防尘环自行密封,防止外界磨粒性物料进出心轴内腔,内外空间隔离完全,输送物料硬度不受限制。3、限位卡盘枢设在内链板或外链板上而可以自由转动,链板端部磨损量小,保证板链密封所需的最小间隙。4、扣卡式装拆,无需其它联接件(如螺栓等)。5、料斗装设于一个中央链板上,横向摆动小,运行平稳。6、单套筒厚壁结构,在同样的外径下,中央链拉伸强度是传统NE板链拉伸强度的5—8倍,在安全性、可靠性,使用寿命、提升高度、输送量等方面优点卓著。7、中央板链为离心式卸料(V≤2.5m/s),料斗的装配形式是背装式,即使在同样的链速下,物料抛离料斗的线速度远高于NE板链提升机,不受物料流动性和粘度的影响。

具体实施方式
如图4、图5所示,本发明心轴5中部间隙配合套设有中间套筒3,中间套筒3的两侧具有与中间套筒3内径外径均相同的边套筒4间隙配合套设在心轴5上,也即心轴5可以在中间套筒3和边套筒4内作360°自由转动。
每个边套筒4上过盈配合套设有一个外链板1,中间套筒3两端过盈配合套设有内链板2,外链板1和内链板2的两端均具有台阶。枢设于外链板1中部的位于外链板1内侧的横截面为T型的限位卡盘6压制限位卡盘6两侧的内链板2并与内链板2端部的台阶配合而将内链板2限位,枢设于内链板2中部的位于内链板2外侧的横截面为T型的限位卡盘6压制限位卡盘6两侧的外链板1并与外链板1端部的台阶配合而将外链板1限位;限位卡盘5枢设在内链板2或外链板1上而可以自由转动,因此外链板1或内链板2与限位卡盘6配合的端部的台阶部位磨损量小,保证板链密封所需的最小间隙。
外链板1内侧具有若干与供边套筒4穿过的通孔同心的环状凹槽10,内链板2外侧具有若干与供中间套筒3穿过的通孔同心的环状凹槽20,这些环状凹槽10、20装配后形成防尘环,运转时,粉尘颗粒从外链板1和内链板2之间的间隙向内腔运动,会落入并堆积阻滞于这些防尘环中而构成粉尘填充自密封,从而阻止更多的粉尘进入,将内外空间隔离完全,保护心轴5。
如图4、图6所示,料斗8的装配形式是背装式,也即边套筒4上套设有L型料斗连接板7,料斗8底面固设于中央板链100两侧的料斗连接板7上。

Claims (4)

1.链斗式提升机中央板链,具有心轴,心轴外套设有套筒,套筒上套设有外链板和内链板,其特征在于:心轴中部套设有中间套筒,中间套筒的两侧具有边套筒套设在心轴上,心轴与中间套筒和边套筒均为间隙配合,每个边套筒上过盈配合套设有一个外链板,中间套筒两端过盈配合套设有内链板;枢设于外链板中部的位于外链板内侧的限位卡盘压制限位卡盘两侧的内链板将内链板限位,枢设于内链板中部的位于内链板外侧的限位卡盘压制限位卡盘两侧的外链板将外链板限位;外链板内侧具有与供边套筒穿过的通孔同心的环状凹槽,内链板外侧具有与供中间套筒穿过的通孔同心的环状凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的链斗式提升机中央板链,其特征在于:中间套筒和边套筒的内径相同,外径也相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的链斗式提升机中央板链,其特征在于:外链板和内链板的两端均具有台阶,限位卡盘横截面为T型,限位卡盘下端面与外链板或内链板的两端的台阶配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的链斗式提升机中央板链,其特征在于:边套筒上套设有L型料斗连接板,料斗底面固设于中央板链两侧的料斗连接板上。
