Abstract

本发明涉及一种单晶颗粒碳化钨的制配方法:目前市场上现有的碳化钨致密化程度差,热稳定性差,组织结构不均匀,晶粒不够粗大等缺陷,本发明针对上述存在的问题,通过采用原料钨粉加炭黑,再加添加剂的方法,科学利用化学放热反应的原理,利用高温碳化钨,铸造碳化钨生产工艺,研制成一种纯度高,碳化均匀,致密化程度好的单晶颗粒碳化钨,它填补了一项国内空白,产品质量已达到国际先进水平,改变了我国原来主要靠出口原材料和低端产品的状况。

单晶颗粒碳化钨的制配方法
技术领域:
本发明属于有色金属材料技术领域,具体涉及一种单晶颗粒碳化钨的制配方法。
背景技术:
众所周知,我国有着丰富的有色金属和稀有金属矿产资源,长期以来,我国在高端材料方面一直依赖进口,只能出口初级产品,主要是因为技术水平低,生产工艺落后,特别是碳化钨的生产加工,现有的碳化钨存在致密化程度差,热稳定性差,组织结构不均匀,晶粒不够粗大等缺陷,这样严重影响了产品的质量。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,为解决现有碳化钨生产存在技术缺陷,而研制一种纯度高,碳化均匀,致密化程度好的单晶颗粒碳化钨的制配方法,它是利用高温碳化之制造方式,使晶体良好成长,与常规生产方式生产的单晶颗粒碳化钨相比,可得到组织更均匀,热稳定性优越及结晶颗粒粗大的单晶颗粒碳化钨。
本发明是这样实现的,目前国外只有美国肯纳金能生产该类产品;它是利用铝热反应发热直接从钨晶矿制取,晶粒长大在熔融的金属熔媒池中进行,我们的生产方法工艺与国外相比有很大不同,晶粒的长大依靠添加剂的放热反应瞬间长大,并借鉴了高温碳化钨和铸造碳化钨的生产工艺,工艺过程便于操作控制,能有效利用现有的工艺设备,其制配方法如下:
(一)、配方:(按重量百分比配比)
钨粉:93-95%炭黑:5-7%添加剂:0.2-0.9%(添加剂有氯化钠、钴粉、镍粉三种,其比例分别是0.05-0.25%、0.10-0.40%、0.05-0.25%)
(二)、生产工艺:
(1)配碳混合工艺:
按以上配方将钨粉、炭黑、添加剂加入λV型容器中混合120-300分钟,物料总重量为200-300kg;
(2)合金化工艺:
在石墨管炉中进行,其工艺参数为:
装舟量:8-12(kg/舟)    推舟速度30-100(分钟/舟)
温度:2000-2500(℃)
(3)表面处理:
将单晶颗粒碳化钨合金块在喷砂机中进行喷砂处理。
(4)破碎筛分:
将进行喷砂处理后的单晶颗粒碳化钨合金块先后在锤击式破碎机、对辊破碎机、振动筛中进行破碎筛分,经多级破碎、多级过筛得到各种规格单晶颗粒碳化钨粉;
(5)颗粒表面处理:
将筛分后得到的各种规格的单晶颗粒碳化钨经气流分级机分级后,分离掉粘附于单晶碳化钨颗粒表面的微细粉和杂质,再经磁选机进行除铁处理。
有益效果:
本发明的单晶颗粒碳化钨是一种纯度高、碳化均匀、致密化程度好,热稳定性优越,结晶颗粒粗大的单晶颗粒碳化钨,实现了低成本、高效益的产业化适合中国国情,改变了我国主要出口原材料和低端产品的情况,它填补了一项国内技术空白,还出口创汇,产品质量达到了国外同类产品的先进水平,在抗冲击性方面,国外产品易产生大量裂纹,而单晶颗粒碳化钨裂纹少,比国外产品好,并得到国外用户的充分认可。

具体实施方式:
本发明是通过采用添加剂的方法,利用化学放热反应的原理,与高温碳化钨,铸造碳化钨生产工艺,成功地研制出单晶颗粒碳化钨,产品质量已达到国际先进水平,其技术指标如下:
T.C:6.08-6.20%                          比重:15.4-15.6g/cm3
F.C:0.10%                               霍尔流速:10.5-14.5s/50g
SCOTT(g/cm3):
WC60-80               WC80-200               WC200-400
7.0-7.6               6.8-7.2                6.0-6.6
杂质含量(不大于):
Fe:0.19%          Si:0.02%          Mo:0.07%
Ti:0.15%          Ta:0.03%          Nb:0.03%。

Claims (1)

1、一种单晶颗粒碳化钨的制配方法,其特征是制配方法如下:
(一)、配方:(按重量百分比配比)
钨粉:93-95%炭黑:5-7%添加剂:0.2-0.9%(添加剂有氯化钠、钴粉、镍粉三种,其比例分别是0.05-0.25%、0.10-0.40%、0.05-0.25%);
(二)、生产工艺:
(1)配碳混合工艺:
按以上配方将钨粉、炭黑、添加剂加入λV型容器中混合120-300分钟,物料总重量为200-300kg;
(2)合金化工艺:
在石墨管炉中进行,其工艺参数为:
装舟量:8-12(kg/舟)    推舟速度30-100(分钟/舟)
温度:2000-2500(℃)
(3)表面处理:
将单晶颗粒碳化钨合金块在喷砂机中进行喷砂处理;
(4)破碎筛分:
将进行喷砂处理后的单晶颗粒碳化钨合金块先后在锤击式破碎机、对辊破碎机、振动筛中进行破碎筛分,经多级破碎、多级过筛得到各种规格单晶颗粒碳化钨粉;
(5)颗粒表面处理:
将筛分后得到的各种规格的单晶颗粒碳化钨经气流分级机分级后,分离掉粘附于单晶碳化钨颗粒表面的微细粉和杂质,再经磁选机进行除铁处理。
