Abstract

一种卡缘连接器,其包括一绝缘本体、固持于前述绝缘本体的若干端子、及与所述端子配合的抵压装置,所述端子设有一固持部、由固持部延伸设置的弹性臂、和设置在弹性臂末端的接触部,所述抵压装置抵推接触部向外分离,所述弹性臂设有一抵压部,所述绝缘本体对应抵压部与接触部之间的位置设有一支撑部,在电子卡插入时,所述抵压装置释放接触部并向外抵推抵压部,且弹性臂在支撑部的支撑作用下,驱使所述接触部向内侧移动,从而抵压于电子卡上。本设计提供了一种具有较大弹性并且端子结构简单的低插入力卡缘连接器。

Description

卡缘连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种低插入力卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种低插入力卡缘连接器的端子结构。
【背景技术】
2001年4月10日公告的美国专利第6213804号,揭示一种与电子卡缘插入配合的卡缘连接器,其包括设有狭长插槽的绝缘本体、及固持于前述插槽两侧的若干端子,所述端子设有固持部、由固持部向插槽的两侧延伸的弹性臂、和设置在弹性臂末端的接触部,所述卡缘连接器还包括抵压装置及设置在抵压装置用于支撑抵压装置移动的弹簧,在电子卡插入时,所述电子卡推动抵压装置向下移动,所述端子向插槽内侧移动。
2006年3月21日公告的美国专利第7014487号,揭示另一种具有低插入力的卡缘连接器。所述两现有技术端子结构复杂,且不能提供足够的弹性力,导致端子不能很好的与电子卡电性连接。
因此,有必要对现有的技术进行改进以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有较大弹性且结构简单的导电端子的卡缘连接器。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通以下技术方案实现的:一种与电子卡插入配合的卡缘连接器,其包括设有狭长插槽的绝缘本体、固持于前述插槽两侧成两列排列的若干端子、及与所述两列端子配合的抵压装置,所述端子设有固持于插槽底部的固持部、由固持部向插槽的两侧延伸的弹性臂、和设置在弹性臂末端的接触部,所述抵压装置抵推接触部向外分离,所述弹性臂设有一抵压部,所述绝缘本体对应抵压部与接触部之间的位置设有一支撑部,在电子卡插入时,所述抵压装置释放前述接触部并向外抵推抵压部,且弹性臂在支撑部的支撑作用下,驱使所述接触部向内侧移动,从而抵压于电子卡上。
相较于现有技术,本发明之卡缘连接器端子结构简单,且其能提供与电子卡配合的足够弹性力。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图6所示,本发明卡缘连接器100,用于插入对接电子卡5,其包括一狭长的绝缘本体1、若干收容于所述绝缘本体1的导电端子2、一收容在绝缘本体1的抵压装置3、和装设于绝缘本体1和绝缘抵压装置3之间并将二者弹性连接在一起的一对弹簧4。
如图2和图3所示,所述绝缘本体1设有一基部12、从基部12的相对两侧垂直延伸设置的一对墙体13、设置在两墙体13之间的狭长插槽11,和从基部12的两端向外延伸设置的一对耳部14。
如图4至图6所示,所述墙体13的内壁面设有若干平行卡插入方向延伸的端子收容槽131,及设置在端子收容槽131上方的突块132。所述突块132自所述狭长插槽11开口向狭长插槽内侧相对凸伸,所述端子收容槽131与所述狭长插槽11相连通,且所述端子收容槽131在其靠近突块132的地方设有上端子槽1311,和与上端子槽1311相对应连通设置的下端子槽1312,所述上端子槽1311设有一抵持部133,下端子槽设有一支撑部134,所述上、下端子槽1311、1312之间形成一凹槽136,所述支撑部134设置在所述凹槽136下端。
所述基部12设有若干与所述下端子槽1312相连通并贯穿基部12的收容槽121,所述耳部14设有收容所述弹簧4的圆形收容孔141。
如图2至图5所示,所述端子2设有固持于插槽11底部的固持部23、由固持部23向插槽11的两侧延伸的弹性臂22、和设置在弹性臂22末端的接触部21,所述弹性臂22设有一从其中间部向狭长插槽11方向弯折的抵压部221,所述接触部21和抵压部221之间设有朝向狭长槽两侧的弯折部24,所述接触部21中间设有与抵压部221弯折方向相同设置的接触端211。
如图2和图3所示,所述抵压装置3设有一延长设置的收容在前述狭长插槽11内的插入部31,和设置在插入部31的相反两端的一对延伸块32。所述插入部31在其下端设有一对斜面311,所述延伸块32各自设有一用于稳定卡持所述卡5的固持槽322。所述抵压装置3还设有与所述绝缘本体1的圆形收容孔141对应设置的可将弹簧4部分地固持在内的收容孔321。
所述电子卡5对应插入卡缘连接器100的一侧设有若干金手指51,与金手指51相反的一侧设有固持部52。
如图4所示,当电子卡5还未插入卡缘连接器100时,所述抵压装置3装入绝缘本体1内,所述弹簧4装在绝缘本体1和抵压装置3的耳部14和延伸块32之间,其两端分别收容在收容孔321和圆形收容孔141内,此时,所述抵压装置3的插入部31容置在狭长插槽11内,所述弹簧4处于未压缩状态,支撑抵压装置3远离基部12。
所述端子2收容在端子收容槽131内,所述弹性臂22收容在下端子槽1312,其靠近弯折部24的部分抵持在支撑部134上,所述接触部21收容在上端子槽1311内,接触端211靠在抵压装置3的侧面上,所述弯折部24抵靠在抵持部133上,所述焊接部23穿过收容槽121焊接在电路板(未图示)上。此时,所述抵压装置3插入部31的底面在端子2抵压部221之上,且所述两墙体13对应两端子2的抵压部221之间的距离小于斜面311之间的距离。
如图5所示,当电子卡压入插入卡缘连接器100时,电子卡5向下推动抵压装置3向下移动,当抵压装置3与弹性臂22相接触时,抵压装置3的斜面311向下滑动挤压抵压部221向墙体13方向转动,此时,抵压部221转动带动接触部21朝向收容槽131方向转动,所述弯折部24离开抵持部133,且所述接触端211沿抵压装置3的侧面向上滑动至电子卡5的金手指51。当电子卡5完全插入时,所述弹性臂22几乎与下端子槽1312平行,所述弯折部24与抵持部133之间间隔一定距离,电子卡5夹持在两排端子2的接触部21之间,端子接触端211与电子卡5的金手指51电性连接。且所述抵压装置3的底面与基部12完全接触。
当电子卡5拔出卡缘连接器100时,所述抵压装置3在弹簧4的可恢复力作用下弹回,所述端子2的抵压部221抵持斜面311使抵压装置3与电子卡5一同退回。同时,所述端子2的抵压部211向狭长插槽11方向旋转弹回并带动接触部21沿支撑部134向墙体13方向旋转,当电子卡5完全推出时,所述端子2和抵压装置3恢复电子卡5未插入时状态。

Claims (8)

1.一种与电子卡插入配合的卡缘连接器,其包括设有狭长插槽的绝缘本体、固持于前述插槽两侧成两列排列的若干端子、及与所述两列端子配合的抵压装置,所述端子设有固持于插槽底部的固持部、由固持部向插槽的两侧延伸的弹性臂、和设置在弹性臂末端的接触部,在电子卡未插入卡缘连接器时,所述抵压装置抵推接触部向外分离,其特征在于:所述弹性臂设有一抵压部,所述绝缘本体对应抵压部与接触部之间的位置设有一支撑部,在电子卡插入时,所述抵压装置释放前述接触部并向外抵推抵压部,且弹性臂在支撑部的支撑作用下,驱使所述接触部向内侧移动,从而抵压于电子卡上。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述端子的抵压部呈向插槽内侧凸出的“V”形,所述抵压装置可沿电子卡插入方向移动,从而可抵推抵压部向外移动。
3.如权利要求2所述卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述抵压装置和绝缘本体之间设有将抵压装置向上抵推的弹簧,在电子卡未插入时,抵押装置在弹簧作用下将端子接触部向狭长插槽两侧推开。
4.如权利要求3所述卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述狭长插槽的两侧设有向中间凸出可阻挡于抵压装置上侧的凸块。
5.如权利要求4所述卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有用以收容抵压装置的收容空间,所述收容空间与插槽相连通,并沿插槽的狭长方向贯穿绝缘本体,当电子卡插入插槽时,可抵推抵压装置向下移动。
6.如权利要求3所述卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体电子卡收容槽底部的两端分别延伸设有一耳部,所述抵压装置贯穿收容在绝缘本体内,其对应所述耳部的位置各自设有一延伸块,所述弹簧弹性固持在所述耳部和延伸块之间。
7.如权利要求1所述卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述接触部和抵压部之间设有一朝向狭长插槽两侧突伸的弯折部。
8.如权利要求7所述卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体对应所述弯折部的位置设有一凹槽,所述支撑部设置在此凹槽下端。
