技术领域
本发明涉及一种双压接工具,其用于将带绝缘区域的电导体固定至接触元件。具体地说,本发明涉及一种根据所附权利要求1的前序部分的双压接工具。
背景技术
这种工具用于将由绝缘护套封闭的电导体固定至接触元件,其中所述电导体可以是单股或多股导线,所述接触元件例如为线端套管、电缆端部夹或插座。通过所述双压接工具,不仅要在所述导体和接触元件之间建立导电连接,而且要通过压制过程将邻接剥露的导体端部的绝缘部分固定至所述接触元件。该压接工具可设计成手动工具或机动工具。
US3,713,322公开了一种用于将接触头连接至导线端部的压接工具。这种工具利用两对压紧冲头,其在导槽内相对于容纳横截面径向移位以将定位在容纳横截面中的套管与插入的导线端压紧。在这种结构中最初第一对带有平砧面的冲头压到接触套管以将所述接触套管压成椭圆形。在进一步的压接过程中横向于第一对冲头定位的一对冲头压到预压的接触套管上以由曲砧面完成压接过程。四个压紧冲头由同一凸轮环驱动,其中单个冲头的前进由凸轮环的内侧上的径向变化表面设计确定。使用该公知的压接工具仅可在电缆剥露的端部的区域中完成一个压接过程。此外,在压接过程中手动工具的使用者必须施加很大的力。
US5,415,015示出了一种压接工具,通过这种工具,电导体的剥露的部分和绝缘部分可以在单个压接过程中与待连接的接触元件的压接。为此,所述手动工具在两个相对的冲头上包括两个不同设计的砧面,两个砧面前后布置,其使压接过程同时在接触区域和绝缘区域上进行以使接触柱的套管形部分变形。为此,冲头必须以指定的方式与接触套管的形状匹配。因此基本不能加工任何不同截面。此外,使用这种公知的工具不可能达到在压接位置上永久应变的情况下的严格的安全要求。

WO 2004/021523A1公开了一种压接工具,可通过该工具同时在剥露的导体端部部分和相邻的绝缘部分中实现压接连接。为此,设置了两个互相前后布置的压接单元,每个单元包括四个压接冲头,所述四个压接冲头在进行的压接过程期间同时径向位移到容纳横截面中,在该截面中所述冲头将接触套管和导体压紧在一起。导体区域和绝缘区域中同时压紧在一起需要极大的力,尤其是较大的横截面,这种力已经不能由使用手动工具的使用者来施加。受到比较大的负荷会导致所述冲头的快速磨损。此外,在导体充分固定在接触套管中之前压紧力作用在绝缘区域上时可能会导致对接触套管中的电导体的不利的位置移动。最后,这种公知的工具不可能在不改变单个冲头的情况下加工不同的截面。

EP 1 598 906 A1公开了一种带可旋转冲头的压接工具,这种工具的侧面包括四种不同尺寸的压接形状。可旋转冲头压在固定的压爪上,所述压爪包括两条不同尺寸的压接槽。通过转动可旋转冲头,可选择四种不同压接形状的一种,其中在所有情况下选定的压接形状与两条压接槽中的适合的一条是相对的。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种改进的压接工具,通过这种工具,在单个压接过程中,可在接触元件的轴向偏离区域中产生双压接连接以便将剥露的导体端部和绝缘端部都与接触元件连接。在通常用于压接连接的横截面中,在单独手动操作中使用者施加很小的力就可实现双压接连接,所以也可以将压接工具设计成手动工具的形式。所述压接工具应该容易地适于各种接触元件类型、接触元件尺寸和电缆横截面。最后,所述压接工具至少应能在剥露的导线端的部分产生符合MIL标准的压接连接。
该目的由根据所附权利要求1的双压接工具实现。
为此,在所述双压接工具中,前压接单元和后压接单元分别由其特有的传动凸轮板操纵,其中两块凸轮板均由肘节杆连接至共用的力输入元件使得在压接步骤中第一传动凸轮板转过预定的初始压接角度,并且仅在此后才使第二传动凸轮板开始动作以便同样压接绝缘区域。根据该实施方式的这种情况,在绝缘区域进行压接过程之前在导体区域的压接过程部分地或几乎完全地完成。通过这种措施可以显著减小使所需的力。然而,也可以以相反的顺序进行传动凸轮板的致动,使得首先仅在后压接区域进行压接,然后在前压接区域进行压接。
此外,通过采用本来就公知的肘节杆技术进行力路径的转换,可以减小所需的驱动力。
优选地,前压接单元——通过其在剥露的导体区域中进行压接连接——包括四个压接冲头,这些压接冲头可以相对于容纳横截面径向滑动。这样前压接单元可根据上述MIL标准设计。
为了在施加较小的力的同时能取得良好的压接效果,因而在后压接单元中采用几个压接冲头,这些压接冲头可旋转地支撑,其中这些压接冲头的砧面可以相切地旋入到容纳横截面中。这种设计的实现可参考引用的DE 195 07 347 C1。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的根据本发明的双压接工具设计为适于单手操作的手动工具。为此,这种手动工具以常规方式首先包括两个手柄1,为了得到改进的人体工程学可在所述手柄上附加塑料握把以适合于人手。
实际的双压接工具布置在工具头2中。工具头包括前压接单元3和后压接单元4。这两个压接单元相对于工件轴线5前后轴向布置。接触元件和待固定于所述接触元件的电导体(未示出)沿工件轴线5插入中心容纳横截面6中,所述容纳横截面在所述工具处于其打开位置时在两个压接单元中延伸。

前压接冲头16的致动面17——该致动面17相对于容纳横截面6径向向外定位——靠在前传动凸轮板12的凸轮面上,并且由于表面的设计,所述致动面在前传动凸轮板12的转动期间径向向内移动以压紧接触元件中的导体的剥露部分。

前压接单元和后压接单元中驱动力均通过上述肘节杆9传输。所述肘节杆9的联接于传动凸轮板12、20的长度和位置以及联接于传动杆15的长度和位置设计为,使得在将手动工具致动时,首先仅使前传动凸轮板12转动。仅在经过预定的压紧角度例如15°后,才将驱动力作用在后传动凸轮板20上使得后者也产生移动。预压角度——该角度优选地处于10°到30°之间的区域——可以选择为使得在所述剥露的导体和接触元件之间的前压接单元中取得至少部分压紧或预先考虑该压制过程。根据该实施方式,接下来的步骤中两块凸轮板同时转过确定的角度,或主要仅后传动凸轮板20进行转动以便实现所述绝缘导体区域和接触元件之间的压接连接。
在所示的实施方式中每块传动凸轮板上都已存在上述的调节元件7,通过该元件可在每个压接单元中设置横截面尺寸,该横截面尺寸应该在压接过程的完成时获得。所示的实施方式中采用凸轮作为调节元件7,通过该凸轮可以设置相应传动凸轮的凸轮行程。这样接杆的有效长度发生改变,其中在任何情况下如果设定的凸轮行程完成则传动凸轮不再转动使得附连的压接冲头不再穿入容纳横截面中。
通过可分开的设定性,该双压接工具可易于调节至各种横截面尺寸,使得使用一种工具可加工各种接触元件和导体横截面。
所述设定性也可可以对所述压接尺寸进行任意重置,由于磨损的缘故这种重置是必须的。

Claims (11)

1.一种双压接工具,用于将带绝缘区域的电导体固定至接触元件,包括:
前压接单元(3),其具有前传动凸轮板(12)和前压接冲头(16)以在所述导体的剥露端部的区域中形成前压接区域;
后压接单元(4),其具有后传动凸轮板(20)和后压接冲头(21)以在所述导体的绝缘区域中形成后压接区域;
其中每个压接单元(12、20)的压接冲头(16、21)包括互相指向对方的砧面,在所述砧面之间存在容纳横截面(6),其用于容纳所述接触元件的插入有导体的待压紧区域,并且其中所述压接冲头通过传动凸轮板(12、20)的转动移位以便通过使容纳横截面(6)变窄来执行压制过程,其特征在于,

4.如权利要求3所述的双压接工具,其特征在于,在所述前压接单元和/或后压接单元(3、4)上分别布置有一个调节元件(7),通过所述调节元件(7),前传动凸轮板和/或后传动凸轮板(12、20)的有效凸轮行程是可变的以便能够设置压接尺寸。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的双压接工具,其特征在于,通过传动杆(15)输入力,所述传动杆与前肘节杆和后肘节杆(9)连接,所述肘节杆分别又驱动前传动凸轮板或后传动凸轮板(12、20)。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的双压接工具,其特征在于,所述前压接单元(3)包括四个压接冲头(16),所述压接冲头相对于所述容纳横截面(6)可径向滑动并且在任何情况下都布置成为偏移约90°使得它们的砧面互相成对地相对。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的双压接工具,其特征在于,所述后压接单元(20)的后压接冲头(21)可旋转地支撑并且在所述后传动凸轮板(20)致动时后压接冲头的砧面切向旋入所述容纳横截面(6)。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的双压接工具,其特征在于,所述压接工具设计为适于单手操作的手动工具。
9.如权利要求8所述的双压接工具,其特征在于,所述前压接单元和后压接单元(3、4)布置在两块支承板之间,所述支承板与所述手动工具的手柄(1)之一连接,而另一个手柄(2)与传动杆(15)连接,所述传动杆又与所述传动凸轮板(12、20)有效地连接。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的双压接工具,其特征在于,此外,还设有拨爪(8),其只有在达到预定的端部位置后才允许打开所述手动工具。
11.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的双压接工具,其特征在于,此外,其包括机动装置。
